Exactly like the title. I'm planning a character and in her backstory I'm planning to have her either leave the order or be kicked out. Either works. What kind of thing gets a Jedi kicked out of the order for this timeline, besides falling to the darkside? Unplanned pregnancy? Accidentally causing the deaths of civilians? Questioning teachings? Or, what kind of things would bring so much disgrace on the Order or herself that it would be a better option to flee into exile than to face the council for punishment? I'd really like some help with getting over this roadblock, as being an Imperial girl of sorts I'm unfamiliar with what exactly the limits are on Jedi behavior the Order would tolerate.

Oh, and I should mention, this character is going to be an indie, just to avoid any potential confusion since I already have the Sith as my main faction.

@Bantha so unplanned pregnancy isnt that big of a issue this timeline.

questionable teaching well that needs to be explained a bit better.

Causing citizens to die, depends on how bad of a mess up or if it was her fault.

This timeline really only not agreeing with the Jedi being more war like, or going dark side would be the main reasons. But there can be others such as having a issue with a fellow Jedi but even that is a bit weak as your character can bring it to the council. Unless its serious so getting kicked out will be hard. Now leaving like i said for not being pro war, or deciding that you rather not give your life for others. I mean it really depends on what you want her to be like.

Probably something along the lines of accidentally killing a fellow Jedi, falling to the dark side, or maybe even some kind of petty crime record. Otherwise this timeline we are pretty loose.

I think accidentally killing a Jedi (if it was a proven accident and not caused by complete ineptitude or lack of care) would still be forgiveable, for the most part.

But, like, intentional murder of your fellow Jedi or an innocent person, falling to the Dark Side, a general disregard for the law and for anything light-sided, stuff like that.

Unplanned pregnancies? Pssht.

Killing a Jedi id a duel in a fit of rage, or some minor offence might not get you kicked out but enough incidents could get you kicked. Or the worst crime ever ..... Making the lird masters coffee with to much sugar.

Probably not my place to speak, but may I suggest some sort of desertion. Like, she was guarding a village and just left for some reason? Up to you but that's my two cents
