Vash Windrider was nursing a Corillian scotch at the bar of the high rollers area withing the casino of Canto Bight. He had been at the bar for nearly an hour waiting for a contact from the Twisted Twi'lek Gang. One of the late Blythe's former associates had agreed to locate, steal, and stock a shuttle from one of the high rolling patrons to serve the assassin's needs. With the Sith was fellow Knight Ren Vist (@Caramel Raccoon ), and four members of the Empire's elite shock troopers. All of whom were scattered round the room as to not bring undue attention to the team.

Finally, a blue skinned Rodian would appear on the other side of the bar. "Your ship is waiting for you sir, on the upper platform." he said with a nod and left just as quickly as he appeared. The assassin finished his drink and stood up, turned to the room before him. Vash then buttoned the top two buttons of his suit jacket, the signal to the others, and went to make his way to the turbo lift that would him to the upper platform.

Ren sat across the room from the other members of the operation, casually playing with a small still full glass of liquor as he waiting for the signal. With security supposedly being tight and the necessity for discretion in this matter, Ren didn't have the choice of donning his usual garbs and mask, all of which were designed to hide his horrible disfigurements. Instead, he wore an expensive but simple suit, gloves, and boots, with an ornate white and gold marquis-style full mask obscuring his features.

Ren's attention was drawn to Vash when he finally stood up and buttoned his shirt, the signal that their ride was ready and it was time to discreetly move out, and Ren slowly stood, taking a moment to stretch, feigning fatigue. A few moments after Vash removed himself from the bar Ren also began to move, noticing the several other Imperial operatives beginning to wrap things up as well. After a minute of navigating the side hall that led to the lift, catching the occasional odd glance from a few shady figures lingering in the shadows of the building, Ren slipped into the lift with Vash.

"The others will be here in a moment," conveyed Ren, his voice cold and raspy, as he leaned against the wall of the lift casually waiting and expecting them to enter briefly after. He looked to Vash as the troopers gathered themselves, and asked, "So, any news on how much security we should expect? This stuff is uncomfortable and the faster we can do this the better."

The man was confident he could have done this job alone, or maybe give him two mandalorian brothers and he could take care of this without even pulling on the power of the force. But he had made no voice towards his opinion on the manner. He inhaled slowly, smelling the stale urine that permeated the bathroom of the establishment as he relieved himself in one of the wall mounted devices. He zipped up his pants and washed his hand, looking at himself in the mirror. He thought he looked rather dashing in his suit but he could feel the eagerness outside increase. He understood that to be his cohorts moving and he turned back to the mirror in time to see the sclera part of his eyes turn black and his irises glow yellow. This quickly faded as he dried his hands and exited the bathroom.

He had a collapsible vibrosword in place of his lightsabers. Hakon preferred a physical weapon rather than an energy blade anyways. He had a cherub hold out stun blaster, easy concealed on his belt under he jacket. He had an Ankh blaster pistol as well, prefering to forego his normal SP-20 due to the mission requirements. A fragmentation grenade and conccussion grenade resided in some webing underneath his jacket. Any detail, even the manner of the weapons and methods of death dealing could give others clues as to their involvement. He hopped the others had realized this. After the Hundred Years of Darkness light saber damage was practically a signature for law enforcement and other agencies. That was why Hakon chose tools that would not point towards any one group.

He stood among the other troopers, too many in his opinion, as well as the other two Sith Knights that had come on this mission. He hummed a small tune along with the lift music that plaid as they waited to come to a stop at their destination.

Vash was lost in his own thoughts for a moment. He road the lift up with the other members. One he didn't even expect on this mission but given his reputation would be a welcome addition to this team. The former Shadow refocused his thoughts and pushed out the confusion and stress of the outside world and the casino. Their target wasn't even on the island as it were. Hence the stealing of the shuttle. As the lift came to a stop at the stop of the building, Vash stepped out.

Vash continued to walk toward the ship with the couple of troopers and the other two Sith as he answered Ren. "We're expecting at least six well armed well trained bodyguards. Plus a dozen or so guests to this little party he's having, and or course we can't do this the easy way so we must take care to have limited collateral damage." He said with a hint of disappointment. Vash then turned his attention to the lowered ramp of the shuttle and the handful of weapon creates next to it. He walked to the box marked 'As Requested'. Inside was a Doo-Wop rifle, with 4 spare mags. A B-10, with 4 mags and a I-48 stun baton. Additionally two flash bags and a couple of sonic grenades. "Ren, please, take your pick from the creates." He said as he opened arm to the stack. "Master Hakon, somehow I don't feel I need to tell a Mandalorian to get ready for combat! With three Sith I think we can leave the troopers on board the shuttle as a sort of QRF team. The boat in nearly the of a corvette, three levels high with a party deck in the rear and the master suit at the front of the second."

Ren stepped off the lift, following closely behind Vash as he explained to him what they were up against. Ren doubted that they would pose much of a threat to them unless one of the other two went and did something stupid. Still, he supposed being prepared was never a bad idea, and thus peered into the crate in front of him. Stun weapons, he observed, and not a bad variety at that. Ren reached down and took hold of the B-10 pistol, turning it over in his hands and frowning behind his marquis mask, before looking up at Vash.

"My talents lie more in the force, and less in rudimentary weaponry such as this. I will repress my talents to avoid exposing our identities but don't expect anything wondrous from me with this pistol," Ren remarked, tucking the B-10 away inside his suit jacket before slipping two sonic grenades away on his other side. Ren then turned his attention over to the other individual with them as he began to make his way over to the shuttle they would be taking. A Mandalorian, did he say? He wondered if he belonged to the clan that had rescued Ren from his captivity. Unlikely, but possible he supposed.

Ren finally stepped aboard the shuttle, turning to face his allies as the operatives began to board the craft with him, calling back to both Vash and this Master Hakon.
"When we arrive I will secure us a room or chamber to act as a fallback point. In the event that security is alerted to our presence or one of requires an asset we may interrogate, the chamber will act as a secure position to do so. I suggest we bring two of the troopers in with us to hold the room in our absence. I agree that the rest can stay to guard our exit."

All the while Hakon stayed silent. There was nothing for him to say. The mandalorian sith turned his gaze to Vash as he spoke letting him know he held his attention. The man had called him master, however he did not hold the title yet. Perhaps he was refering to some other reference of status since he was technically of onderonian nobility. Of course it could be a simple mistake and though Hakon to hold a higher position than what was true.

The man did not need to take any additional weaponry. He had come prepared. The Cherub stun blaster he already had was more than he likely needed as he could take down most enemies without ranged weaponry but it was redundancy for the rare need of such a thing.

Hearing Ren speak Hakon looked over at the man with a slight expression of judgement. He hoped the man was working hard on changing his ineptitude in physical combat or hopefully was a master of channeling the force at least. People who could not pull their weight and act when needed were not held in good opinion for Hakon. Such people were why he had suffered so much as a child. But Ren's suggestion about trooper placement and a fall back point were sound tactics. Perhaps he was more of a brain tank than a field instrument to the Empire. Time would tell. Hakon for the moment would remain silent and ride with his cohorts on the ship to their destination.

Vash looked to Ren with intent at first and then lifted and eyebrow and narrowed his eyes in slight confusion at the warrior's choice of tactic. It wasn't bad, not if they were taking a building or larger ship perhaps. But Vash's idea was much more snatch and grab. There was no time or need for interrogation. The target was on a ship in the middle of the water. There was no where for him to go unless the entire team allowed him to escape willingly. At least that's how Vash felt about it.

Still he was pleased that Ren at least spoke his mind and offered something to the mission. So far as he could tell the other member of their team was little more then a well dressed mute. A bit of a surprise to the former Jedi Shadow since in his experience Mando's loved to bluster about how amazing they were.

Vash gave a scoff of irritation. This was starting to become more complicated and he was sure it would have been easier if he could of simply done this solo. With the others quickly taking their places on bored the ship he followed suit and moments later the shuttle would take off and make for the target vessel.

Ren felt the shudder of the shuttle take off shortly after everyone boarded and the engines whined as they were powered up. Within a minute the airship lifted up and took off, heading straight towards the yacht that was their destination. During that transition, Ren took the time to focus and channel the Dark Side within himself, building his power so as to be wholly prepared for what was to come. With any luck, they would infiltrate the vessel, and move quickly. The fallback point would be secured within the first minute of deployment, and he would move on to help locate and capture the target. Soon enough the music and lights of the yacht came into view long before the actual vessel was in sight.

A beautiful, and likely expensive, boat sat out on the water rolling along slowly, a beacon of warm yellow light out on the cool dark waves, the only other illumination being the moon and that of the gambling city behind them. The shuttle dipped down and soon landed on the large and open stretch of deck that was home to the numerous vehicles that had been used to bring the partygoers here. As soon as they landed Ren immediately began to make idle conversation with two of the disguised troopers and stepped off the vessel.

Ren had his plan in mind, and he would leave it to his fellow Sith to get the jump on finding their target. Once they were located, the task of apprehending them could begin.

Hakon looked at the ship as they approached. He judged its make and model, wondering how fast it would go, how many life rafts there were and what type of crew it required. From that he would be able to judge the situation a little bit better. Some of the staff were probably not part of the regular crew. There were likely some extra security, as well as wait staff. His mind went to a few different places. They could just hold the whole boat hostage and threaten to blow it up without there actually being a bomb anywhere. The threat of utter anhialation usually made others refrain from poking around possible explosives.

The man did not think that was necessary though nor efficient. Once they touched down he exited the vessel and entered the crowd of chatting party guests. He made his way over to the bar and got himself a glass of whiskey served neat. He took a sip, appreciating that it was high quality. It was sometimes the little things on the job that he appreciated. Normally a bottle of the stuff here was a couple hundred credits worth but apparently it was an open bar. Still he would only sip it, not wanting to have his abilities softened by the toxin of alcohol.

As he was standing by the bar he tried looking casual. His eyes scanned the crowd and were lucky enough to spot their target making small talk with a woman probably barely old enough to drink by this planet's standards. He looked over to see if Ren was keeping an eye on him and he would use his eyes to subtly let the man know he had located the target.

Ren moved through the party aboard the yacht with a measured calm, making idle chatter with the two soldiers by him and trying not to grow irritated over his marquis mask. Strolling along the edges of the deck as he approached the stairs that lead further into the yacht, where rooms were available for guests to retire. Ren made sure to keep track of the location of his fellow infiltrator as well, reaching out with the Force to sense the Mandalorian when he his visual contact with him was broken. When he saw him make his way to the bar, he felt comfortable enough to divert his attention once more to his initial task. Stepping into the hall Ren checked one of the first doors he encountered and was glad to see that it was empty. It didn't surprise him, the night was young and all of the guests would still be on the main deck drowning their sobriety away.

Nodding for the disguised operatives to move inside and secure the room, Ren turned his attention back towards the party and moved once more to the semi-open deck, where the majority of guests were still mingling or moving towards the open bar. He made sure to scan the faces of anyone that seemed to be heading to the lower decks where he assumed the gambling and female "entertainment" were to be had. Ren once more shifted his gaze to the bar where he last saw Hakon only to find him staring directly at him, and Ren turned to follow the gentle nudge of his head. It only took him a moment to recognize their target, mingling with some young girl, and Ren shared his acknowledgment with a gentle nod.

Ren immediately scanned the space for whatever security personnel were around, having already acknowledged the two by the landing pads, and decided that it would help if he reached out with the Force. Any security hidden around would surely be vigilant, and one could read an individual's intent like reading words on a screen if they knew how to focus. Through his vigilance Ren was able to notice the four other security personnel spread out around the party, their gazes too hard and mindful for casual partygoers having a good night. Two by the bar, one back near the halls leading inside, and one not even twenty feet from their target. Ren did his best to subtly gesture towards each of them, hoping his ally would understand.

Ren continued to keep an eye out as overwatch. That left Hakon to do the actual acquisition of the very important person. Luckily it seemed that the young woman left the man was with needed to use the bathroom. He did not stay with the man, instead followed the woman to the bathroom. Even on a large yacht the bathrooms were still meager. When she entered the door to the bathroom Hakon used the force to keep it from closing completely. He looked to either side to see if anyone was watching but everyone was still on the main deck. He took out his cherub stun blaster and simply turned into the room and fired a single stun bolt into the woman's face, knocking her out cold. He splashed some of his drink on her so that she would reek of alcohol when she came to. A terrible waste of good alcohol but necessary.

He would then close the door, leaving the unconscious woman in the bathroom alone. He closed and locked the door using the force. This way if anyone came looking for her they would be less likely to bother someone in the bathroom. The story, if this worked, would be that she got blackout drunk, passed out in the bathroom and the only thing that really happened was that she inconvenienced other guests who needed to use the bathroom. But for his overall plan to work he needed the target's date out of the picture. He went back to the bar and ordered another drink.

As Hakon turned his attention to following the young mistress away from the main scene, Ren returned his gaze to the numerous disguised security personnel around the room. He knew whatever plans were to be executed in the next few minutes, they would continue to pose a threat if their vigilance went uninterrupted. Positioning himself at a table with a few other guests, he began to reach out with his mind and hone in on the bodies of the guards. In the brief breaks in his conversation, he focused the Force on the nervous system in the men, targeting their skulls, and aimed to bring about sudden throbbing pain. A horrendous migraine to distract if not outright disable the security guards.

Much to his satisfaction each of the guards soon began to grimace or reach for their heads, although he ensured that he staggered the occurrence in the two guards both at the bar. Each would feel a steadily growing pain that wracked their heads in pulsing throbs. An awful headache, it would seem like. Those that did not outright get up and go somewhere to tend to their pain were surely too distracted to be of much use to the man they were supposed to be protecting. Ren watched as Hakon returned from wherever he went, noticeably without the girl that he followed, and Ren nodded subtly, keeping his focus on disabling the men in the room.

Hakon saw a few of the guards move away, likely Ren's handy work. Hakon walked over to the bar towards the man that was the target. A few others were at the table, talking with the man and seemed to be in a similar level of business. However it seemed that they did not notice him or chose to ignore him for whatever reason. The mandalorian clenched his jaw slightly at the annoyance.

Looking around he tried to come up with another idea. He figured perhaps an offer on a fast speeder would be a good thing to do and so came around to a different side of the group, a new point of approach perhaps giving him the benefit. Alas this turned out poorly and he ended up getting jostled by one of the servers and splashing his drinking against the V.I.P. It was not what he had intended but it certainly gained both the target's attention and those in the immediate area.

The man swore at Hakon, calling him numerous undermining terms. The Sith in disguise apologized. Perhaps this could be salvaged somehow and used to his advantage. "Perhaps the bathroom you can wash it out." The man just gave Hakon the evil eye and then stormed off towards the bathroom. Hakon set down his glass once again and followed after the man. What he did not know was the bathroom was already occupied by the man's own date.

Having arrived at the bathroom the man knocked on the door. "Hello, anybody in there? Come on, hurry up, this stain won't come out of this-" But the man did not get to finish his sentence because Hakon shot him in the back of the head with his stun blaster. The Mandalorian caught the target's body before it hit the floor. In one practiced move he slung the man's arm over his shoulder to make it look like he had just become severely inebriated.

Walking back through the boat, making sure to avoid the guards he would get the target back to the ship for exfiltration. He smiled and laughed with the people who thought the man had one to many drinks along the way. Finally, with V.I.P. on the ship, the craft took off. The target was acquired and nobody was any the wiser for it. More importantly, it could not be linked to the Empire.
