Aden backed away to a wall, far enough that if for some reason fighting does break out immediately he won't be in the cross fire, and for good measure he would move laterally, so he isn't directly behind any of the Mandos.

Anyways, the U-Wing pilot was pretty repulsed by that this bizarre person basically admitted to cannibalizing someone, and gleefully admiting it was a Mandalorian... in the presence of Mandalorians. He was right about his bad feeling, but it really wasn't hard to pick up on it. But still, Mandalorians are pretty big on culture and are protective of each other and things they deem belong to them such as beskar. Eating a Mandalorian and stealing their beskar? This won't end well for someone here...

The flyboy hoped that they would be able to take it outside so he can sit down and have his drink in peace, or something that gets the strange man out of the way. But still, he was cautious as he would watch the situation unfold from a distance. One hand is holding his drink, and the other hanging down, close to his holstered blaster . He will let the Mandalorians and guards handle this, but if he needs to defend himself Aden will.

Stranger wasn’t expecting his seat to slide from underneath him and landed funny when he hit the ground. He knew he was pressing buttons- wasn’t it obvious? This little kid wouldn’t be throwing a tantrum if he wasn’t. “I’m offering you the armor, brother.” He brushed his cheek which was now bruising. “I thought you said you wanted the armor? Let me repeat what o just told ya…I give some of the armor now, then we go get the rest back from that awful planet I visited a few years back. Except the helmet, heheh. It doesn’t even look like your guys’ anymore. Dredgen was quite the mad lad, heheh.”

Now, hopefully these bucket-heads came to their senses and took the job. It paid well. For both of them. However, he needed some explaining to do. The current armor he was wearing wasn’t Dredgen’s. It belonged to some idiot like Laren who tried killing him over a joke he made, except Stranger killed him first. He only wore some of the armor because to be honest, he didn’t really like the style. Stranger thought Dredgen made the best looking version of it anyway.

“Also, you can relax with the name calling.” He turned his glare to Aden and scowled for a moment or two, he didn’t say anything, but his ancient eyes flared into the young boy.
Coward.
It was the only thought Stranger could make about the boy before looking back at the two Mandos. His little BD unit chirped and made Stranger smile. “Oh, I’ve got guns if you want them, too. That and some very special cargo that isn’t what you think it is. I don’t know how much you’d get for him on the market as a slave or anything, but if you guys know where I can meet a Jedi or something, I’ll give you a little extra where it counts, heheh.” His sly smirk came back and his cool demeanor relaxed himself further. “No need to be hostile. ‘Cause if ya kill me, you’ll never get what it is you want. And that is not a very good deal, is it, brothers?”
He put his hands in the air in honest surrender, waiting to see how the two would respond. Vano was making a big scene, so as long as Stranger played his cards right, he’d never have to worry about the Joker’s Wild.

“Oh, and one more thing. The name’s Germaine.”

So the cannibal guy pressed just the right combination of buttons to get Laren to snap. Taldorak laughed internally as the chair got kicked off to the side. Tal would then take one step back so this stranger could do the full sprawl as he collided with the floor.

The more this guy spoke the deeper the hole he dug himself. As the hands went up, Tal would reach down and haul him back up to his feet, his blaster pressed to Germaine's spine, followed by the audible click from stun to live. "Jermaine. Walk." he'd begin to shove the man towards the door, blaster still in position. "Do not move a way I don't like. This shot will paralyze ya and I am real good at prolonging suffering. So, as we walk, you're going to remove the bits of armor that you do have on and drop them to the floor for my friend to pick up. Then, we can talk about this other armor."

Stranger stifled a laugh. This guy thought he was hot stuff didn’t he? Oh if only they knew what he really was, what he had seen, what he had done…

Stranger didn’t care about the armor he was wearing. The damn Sapian Alpha on Abyssm was wearing what he really wanted. So, Stranger threw the armor on the ground after he doffed it all. “I like the way you do business, brother. Straight to the point. Literally, hehe.” He laughed. Did this guy know how fast it could happen? For his neck to snap suddenly. All it took was the flick of a finger. And BAM!!

Dinner.

“You know I was joking about the cannibalism, right? He died of blood loss. Do you really believe everything you hear? Damn, I bet I could rule the galaxy if everyone is as gullible as you. Though…Who’d every wanna do that? The Eternal? Probably. The Jedi? Probably. The Shadows of Yor? Hell yeah, brother. Oh! That reminds me, do you guys wanna kill some heretic Mandos, too? I’m pretty tight with them and all but they’re becoming a pain in my ass. One of ‘em already tried killing me- and for good reason…” Stranger but his tongue before he continued. Dredgen Frage was after him because he was there. On Abyssm. He saw what happened to Redrix Dredgen Yor. He saw who really pulled the trigger. Crimil was pissed, too. Poor ol’ Stranger got framed. So he cut the loose ends.

That’s all these guys were. Buckethead one and buckethead two. Numb Nuts and Cooter Hooter. “You guys got what you wanted, now, who has two thumbs and wants to go to hell? This guy! Heheh, and by hell, I mean Abyssm. I might survive another trip, but that’s what you guys are for!” Stranger’s gaze shifted back to Aden. “And you, too. You heard too much and Crimil is as bloodthirsty as a deranged nexu in hallway full of chickens. Them Dredgens will have ya soon, kid. Luckily for you, I know how to hide. And run.”

Furtive, the little BD unit on his shoulder, was scared stiff- or at least she was doing a good job pretending to be. The jittery looking droid knew what she was doing and if Stranger taught her anything right, it was how to look helpless and vulnerable. *-Pl-please set the gun down, mister! He was just joking! I swear! He’s gonna beat me for this…-*

"We may have got this set of armor, but we need the rest. You are going to take us there."

Laren grabbed the beskar on the ground and held it with one arm, tucking it under and close to his body. Once he had it all secured, he had his blaster in the other hand drawn on the weirdo. Better safe than sorry. Laren looked over to see the guy this wack job was talking to and then back to the chakaar.

"But first, Tal! Put him in cuffs, him having free hands in close quarters is a bad idea."

Laren's blaster still drawn on the stranger as they made it to the back alley behind the lounge. No need to mess up anything further inside. No need to mess up anything regardless but, Laren had business to tend to. Some things you just don't say, whether it's a joke or not.

"I'll have Cryptic store the beskar on the Unforced. I hope you don't mind, it's safer to store it on one ship and take another to Abyssum."

Boy this guy just kept talking and talking and talking. He was lucky Tal had some patience. So once they reached the exit and the armor was off, Tal would in a fluid motion flick the blaster to stun and then fire four shots into Strangers back. It would be enough juice to put down a Gapillian for a day. "Laren, you want to go to Abyssm, have at it kid. That beskar stays with me, I got too many jobs going and I ain't putting a single one on pause for this guy." He'd holster his blaster and the bouncer at the door would throw some cuffs on Stranger.

Then Tal would hold out his hands for the beskar. "I got this half, you get the other. Then we see if there's someone to return all of it to, okay? And kid, be careful." Once he had the beskar, he would head back into the bar.

Thai was switching between idle chatting with Taldorak's bodyguards and checking her datapad when he re-entered the lounge. Several customers had decided to end their night after the commotion, which was unfortunate, but she wasn't worried about losing them as customers. Things like this happened every once in a while; as long as they continued to be somewhat-peacefully handled, it wouldn't hurt her business. This was Coruscant after all. Her attention was eventually completed encapsulated by the datapad. She had just received a very unexpected message from a very well known name. Holy shit.

Her head lifted up as Tal got closer. She put her datapad away and waved him back over. She did recall him mentioning something to say to her. But where was Laren? Thai leaned to the side to see if Laren was following, but she did not see him. Hopefully he was okay.

Stranger shrugged and let the men cuff him. Furtive bounced off his shoulder and bolted for The Derelict. Their loss. There was no way Laren’s ship could make it to Abyssm. The guy that owned the armor is dead. The other half is on Stranger’s ship which was gonna be on full lock down once Furtive got there. He offered a job and the guys wanna cuff him and shoot him? Yeah. Have fun dying. They’ve never been there before either- they must have really thought this through didn’t they? These Mandos really were just a bunch of bucket heads and if Laren was really planning on trying to make it Abyssm, he’d need Stranger awake. Or, Laren could look for some Shadows of Yor- they’d probably kill him, too.

Everything on Abyssm was hungry- even the damn plants liked to wet their roots in blood. If Laren Vano actually managed to make the wild hyperjumps, which would greatly surprise Stranger, he would last an hour on the planet itself. Stranger learned something today. Mandos are idiots. All of them. That Mr. Macho guy on the holonet was probably the smartest one out there. But even he wouldn’t survive on Abyssm.

Stranger knew how to lie. He was planning on telling these two the truth but…you know. They stunned him. So Stranger thought he’d tell them the truth about who’s armor was who after Laren was taught some manners. By the death plants, preferably. They really knew how to torture. Stranger’s armor belonged to a cultist Mando who played cards with him and got in deep with the sharks. The rest was on his ship, awaiting recovery. Furtive locked it up after they stunned him, she was smart. The armor Stranger was initially talking about was actually on Abyssm and belonged to Redrix Dredgen. Guess Stranger would have to see where he wakes up- and he was hoping it would be heaven. Because there was no way in hell Laren knew what he was doing nor what he was getting into.

Aden observed, he saw that this 'Germaine' person was glaring at him, but he didn't react besides taking a sip of his drink as normal. Although 'Germaine' might be really really sketch and odd, he wasn't intimidating the young fighter pilot.

It's not Aden's business, but he thought it was weird that the Mandalorian clad in the purple armor was ready to jump to this planet named Abyssm. Does it even exist, can the shady guy be trusted? Is their dogma that strong they will chase any sort of lead regardless of the reliability of the source? Not his business though, he won't question it aloud.

But Aden would be lying if he said he didn't have some trouble covering up a giggle when the other Mandalorian shut him up with stun shots. What an odd individual.

Now that the commotion was over, Aden would slowly make his way back to the bar, sitting close to where he was originally. "Well, that was interesting. Ya'll get a lot of interesting patrons like this?" he half-jokingly asked the bartender @lizziie and the Mandalorian, who Aden gathers is the apparent head of security @Rhogar. Hopefully this odd-showing doesn't hurt her business. Probably won't though.

Laren watched as the body of the Stranger drop to sleep. The Mandalorians bickered over the beskar. Of course Tal wanted to take it. He hadn't picked it up. What did he mean by jobs? The guy is sitting at a bar being a lazy sack of sh-

Anyway, Laren had did have respect for the other older Mandalorian that has fought alongside him. Tal was a valued fighter, but man was he greedy. The Vano would look at the slumped body of the di'kut and then thought about if Abyssum was worth it. Dropping the beskar in front of Tal he would leave it saying,

"Fine.. you owe me. You took the base.. now the beskar. You owe me."

Letting Tal leave back to his booth with the beskar in hand, Laren would grab a crate and sit next to the sleeping Stranger. Then grabbing his canteen of water, he would pour it on the head of the di'kut. Seeing the guy wake up just a little bit. Not enough to be fully aware of anything. Then suddenly back to sleep. The Mandalorian was about to give up and leave him in the alley, but instead noticed the BD unit next to him and how it was still operational.

"Hello there.. I have a BD unit of my own. His name his buddy. What's yours?"

"Holding the beskar. It's going to stay in a safe, kid. Not going to some secret horde. It'll be here when you return." Tal said to Laren before taking the beskar. "Oh, and if you do go to Abyssm and return, if you and your brother can keep quiet, I may have work for you. Good paying work." He would then pass it off to one of his men, who would disappear into one of the back rooms with it.

As Tal walked past @Aden Archer, he would pat the mans shoulder. "I got your next two rounds."

Once he made his way to Thai, he snapped to one of his men who would grab a mop and clean up the mess Laren made. The older Mandalorian would catch her looking for Laren. "Kids fine, he wants to go with the creep to Abyssm." Once he slid into the booth, he would laugh a bit. "So, friends or more? Gotta know since I work with both of you."

"Not... usually." Thai would respond to Aden from her seat in the lounge from across the room. Her cook, noticing Taldorak's return, had taken up her job at the bar temporary so she could have a moment to speak with Taldorak.

"So, friends or more? Gotta know since I work with both of you."

Thai would usually roll her eyes at a comment like this, but she was quite fond of the other Mandolorian. The Togruta just shook her head, responding with, "Ah, not much. A little something more I suppose. I guess I shouldn't be surprised you know him." They were both Mandalorians after all. "He saved my ass on one of the lower levels while I was headed back after picking up that expensive wine I like to get."

She left it at that. If he wanted to know more, he could ask Laren. Thai wasn't still sure how serious the other Mandolorian wanted things to be. Thai herself wasn't all that sure; Mandos brought a lot of trouble with them, sometimes.

"So, what've we got to chit chat about this time?"

"Thank you" Aden smiled and sincerely thanked the Mandalorian for getting the next two rounds for him. That means more Alderaanian ale to himself.

From there, Aden would enjoy himself, he knows that the bartender is now talking to the one about things. Aden isn't a nosey person or one to but in other people's conversations, so he would just enjoy his drink where he is.

Aden would continue to enjoy his drink.

Furtive stared at Laren for a good while and then back at her master, who had given her orders just before he went out.
“I’m Furtive.” She spoke without beeping in perfect basic. “I apologize on behalf of my friend- he wanted to try a social experiment. It was very successful.” She spoke a little timidly but the dark green and black BD unit used Stranger’s skunked body as a shield in case she needed an escape. She wanted to just lead Laren to were the other armor was so she knew Stranger would be alright, but that wouldn’t follow the plan very well. Stranger got his info, and the tool the bait. Furtive just needed to be…furtive.

“Have you been to Abyssm? Do you know how to get there? I have a recorded hyperlane if you are still considering the trip. Word of advice, Stranger isn’t hostile. He’s actually afraid of violence…so much so that he’ll kill if it means there won’t be any much of it left over.” She looked at her master for a minute, but then quickly began to watch Laren again. She wasn’t going to take any chances of being deactivated too, or being destroyed either- Stranger would kill her if she died.

“He was planning on giving you the armor anyway- but now I’m not so sure he’ll be as keen. You can interrogate him if you wish, but I cannot make any promises that he’ll comply. He’s seen everything. He’s done everything. There’s things he won’t even trust me with.” She put an emphasis on the “me” but then decided to stay quiet for a bit. Furtive had been with Stranger ever since he was a little boy. She watched the poor man grow to trust no one and play games where only he is the winner- like this one. Furtive made a few calculations, making sure her getaway would have as little casualties as possible. Laren was a Mando- but he was still just a kid compared to her.

"Yea? Then maybe the guy should start off with 'I'll give ya the armor, sorry for doing the most wrong thing I could in front of a Mandalorian.' I'll be sure to let him know what happens to those who do such things. But first.."

Laren began to speak into the comms channel with his brother Rakiss. He knew that his brother would be ready to regain a lost Mandalorian's armor. Holding a prisoner that was unconscious was going to be easy. Just throwing him in the cargo hold, cuffed inside a Nexu cage, with Nexu in the Cargo hold. Yea, he won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

"Brother, How you doin? I need a favor. Found out about some lost beskar. Got a guy that's gonna take us there. You game?"

He would wait for his answer as he watched the limp body of the stranger lay there, and the droid next to him. Impatience grew slightly though he was smart enough to wait for another set of hands. Mando hands that is.

Rakiss was in a slight slumber, his sleep light in the cockpit of his ship. With nothing out of the ordinary he felt a little relaxation would do him well.... that was until his communicator went off and his brothers voice could be heard.

He yawned and stretched slightly and responds to his brother. “I’m not doing too bad, you caught me taking a nap hehe......... lost beskar you say? Just send me the coordinates and I’ll meet you as soon as I can. While I’m on the way just give me all the details you can about what’s going on.”

Rakiss stated as he sat forward and prepped his ship for a jump, he was interested to see how Laren came into the knowledge but he was happy all the same. It would give him something to do and rack heads with his brother once again. Grabbing his helmet near him and placing it on his head he spoke to himself “Let’s see what we can stir up....”

“Looks like it’s a real hunt this time...”

Tal would nod as he removed his helm, setting it back on the seat beside him. "More it is. Good. Kind of an airhead, but he's a good kid. You'll get him sorted." Tal said with a smirk. "Open the case, big haul this time. Sand from about fifteen different worlds, and if it interests you, I can help you expand into Kattada. Got some contacts out there, beach resort. Swanky, and you can make some real coin."

He'd wait for her to open the brief case. Inside would be his payment, always three months in advance for rent, and the jars of dirt labeled with the planets on them. He couldn't explain it, but he was drawn to her. Not in a lover sort of way, more as a protector. Perhaps she reminded him of Vriana, or he just felt that need to help her along. Was likely just the old age making him want to help some people out.

Furtive tilted her slightly after hearing the Mando’s threat. Did he not hear anything she just said? Laren was a hot head, Stranger would’ve liked to put him in his place, but Furtive knew better.

“I would suggest you bring as little people as possible to Abyssm.” She noted while she moved out from her hiding spot, a little more in the open, but her dark coloring helped her blend in. “Less casualties. I don’t want your brother to get into this. Abyssm is best left alone anyway. I’m aware of the capabilities of Mandalorians, and Redrix was one of the best I’ve seen, but this place is best explored in small groups of two. More than that will attract predators.” She looked behind her quickly before looking back at Laren. It was just a habit she picked up.

“It is a land ruled by arguably the four most powerful entities in this galaxy. They shape the world as they see fit and can wipe the surface clean if they will it so. The Elder Elementals should, nevertheless, be the least of your problems. The land that is inhabitable is ruled by Titans that make a zilobeast look like a womp rat. Some of these Titans can even wield aspects of the Force and the ones that do lead bands of barbaric humanoids called Sapians. I used to think Sand People were pests…” She continued to gaze at Laren while taking a few seconds to look around her in case a new threat arrived.

“Laren Vano, you will find much more than the armor Germaine seeks to take back. The Mandalorian who lost the armor in the first place found a new law to live by before his death. The Unmaking is a curse. Do not heed to the Whispers as Redrix did. Yor doesn’t need to ever return.”

If Thai could blush, she might've. The togruta busied herself by doing as Tal instructed. The case was indeed filled with both credits and jars of sand. She would have quite the collection if he kept doing this. She appreciated the gesture though. It was like getting a little bit of each world in his travels to herself.

"Kattada? I'm not familiar with the name." But a beach resort sounded nice as hell. She felt like she was still a long way from expansion, but looking to the future couldn't hurt. It was a bit scary though.

"Good, meet me at this coordinates when you arrive, we gotta lift his body into the cage and lock him up. I'll search him before we move him."

After closing his comm link he looked at the droid that continued to chirp over the flora and fauna of Abyssum. Laren was tired of hearing the same thing he hears from every other person that tells him not to go do a certain job, it was repetitive. So hearing these same cries from a droid was just normal. It wasn't that Laren underestimates Abyssum, he just knows he can handle the problems that come from it, and with his brother by his side? It will be that much easier.

"Alright droid, I will tell you this one time. I know the risk assessment. It's low.. It's always low.."
