Time of day: morning, a week after she was found

The sounds of beeping pierced her consciousness. Her eyes fluttered open to a strange site, a white room. Or rather, a series of rooms joined together. Through her foggy vision, the girl could tell the area was large and spacious, not a place where slaves would be kept. What had happened?
Oh, right, she was bought by someone strange. This person had done something to make her sleep, a sedative? Her mind went back to the last thing it remembered:
The girl was pulled to her feet, the collar controls were given to the person in robes. The person, however, didn't seem too happy about the collar and chains. "Take the chains off. she can walk better without them." The seller chuckled.
"How do you plan on controlling her then?," he sneered.
"Look at her, she cannot run, much less fight!" The seller relented and gave his men the order. The chains were roughly pulled off, almost knocking the girl over. "Come, child, let's go home." The person said gently. The girl followed the stranger, now her master. They walked for several feet before the girl collapsed from weakness and a coughing fit. "Are you alright?!" the person kneeled down to her. The girl trembled, expecting to be smacked. Once the fit was done, the girl panted, using her hands and knees to support herself.
"My.... humble... apologies....Master...I......won't...... do...it....again...." She croaked out. The person winced internally at her statement.
The person picked the girl up, making her cry out involuntarily from fear. "No...Please!"
"Rest, Little One, you'll be alright." A wave of sleepiness overtook her and the girl found herself going limp as blackness and silence greeted her.

The girl jolted a bit at a noise, it was just a weird looking droid putting some object down. As her vision cleared, she noticed a clear, plastic, thin tube going from a bag over her and into her left arm. She tipped her head in curiosity, what was this thing?
