"Not as crowded as it is here. But there will still be a pretty decent amount of people. Don't worry though, no one's going to be judging you on your proficieny. If they do, they won't be doing it for far too long... Anywho, I'll train you up good. By the end of the day, you should be able to hit a slow, moving target."

Xel was pretty excited to get to the shooting range, he wanted to see how Jicelli could improve with something that was vital to life in the galaxy. He hoped she would pick it up somewhat easily after some dedication. He set the box that had the recently purchased blaster pistol and ammunition on his legs, just before his knees. With any luck, they would be able to get on the first airbus that came.

"That's nice to hear. The last thing I'd want is a fight though. I'll try my best not to shoot you, or someone else, on accident."

Jicelli was glad to have Xel around. He could understand her concerns well enough, but was also completely willing to help her out. The last of what she said was nothing more than some light humor. After all, the trip so far has been quite dull. The little talk would help pass the time as they'd wait. If an airbus came and was heading somewhere they didn't need to go, that'd make the trip even more dull. She surely didn't intend on sitting on a bench the whole time, and was sure Xel didn't intend to either.

After a short while of sitting and waiting, the crowd began to get a little more animated. A large vehicle was approaching the stop. When it arrived, a flood of people came from the vehicle's interior. Xel grabbed the box and stood up and mtioned to Jicelli with his free hand. With that same hand he extracted several credit chips from his left cargo pant pocket. He began to walk towards the bus, his right arm taking charge of the box, while his left was taking charge of keeping his credits in his hand firmly. He trusted no one, especially with loose credits. After the bus unloaded fully, another flood came into the bus. Xel made sure to go at a decent pace so he did not lose Jicelli in the small herd. Once inside the bus, he dropped his credits into a collection jar beside the driver. He held up his index and middle finger to signify that two people would be payed for with those credits. Xel cared little for the change. He led Jicelli over to a set of seats near the center of the airbus and allowed her to sit first. Once all the passengers were seated, the airbus closed its doors and began to move.

"Now we just have to wait a short while longer. It'll be a short walk to get the actual range once we arrive at the next stop."

Thankfully the airbus would arrive, unloading it's passengers and welcoming new ones. Of course she'd stick close to Xel as they make their way in, doubting some of the other people here would give up a a chance of taking another's seat. As he'd let her sit first, she'd give a slight nod in thanks and would then listen to him as the bus moves.

"Excellent. How many times have you been here? Often? I've only been here a few brief times before. Never had a real chance to give the place a look around."

"I've been to Corellia roughly thirteen times. Give or take a few. Every time I've come, I've come here to Coronet, so I know my way around. Once I stayed here a few rotations, trying to outrun a few unfriendlies who wanted all the cargo on my ship. That was years ago though, back when I had my other ship."

Xel, though relaxed at the moment, was still waiting for someone to try to steal the box he held. Not uncommon on planets like Corellia. After a while the airbus began to slow down a bit as they approached the next stop. This was also Xel and Jicelli's stop. Xel stood up the moment the airbus came to a complete stop. He lead the way towards the front of the airbus and out to the stop. Plenty of others were doing the same as well. Once out, Xel walked away from the airbus stop and took a right on the sidewalk at a four-way intersection, checking once more that Jicelli was with him. After a short walk, they approached a somewhat large building. A large sign hung over the enterance flashed its letters. Xel led the way inside to a rectangular room. It was littered with posters of weapons, seating, and a few employees working at three desks. Xel went to two of the empty chairs that lined the walls and motioned Jicelli over. He sat down and began to open the package that he was holding. Once he got to the weapon inside, he handed it to Jicelli.

"This is your new best friend."

"That's interesting to know. At least we aren't going to get lost anywhere."

Jicelli would follow him off the airbus, and would stay close as they'd walk down the sidewalk. It'd be important to try and remember where all they've been, just in case the information proved to be important in the future. As she'd follow him inside the building, she'd find it to be what she expected. Nothing fancy, and obviously a gun place. What other place has such posters?

Being offered her new best friend, she'd take the blaster in her hands and look it over. With some humor she'd comment on it's currently dormant use.

"For a best friend it sure doesn't seem to be very talkative."

"It's just shy. You two will be great pals in no time."

Xel silently chuckled as he pulled out the two rounds of ammunition. He handed one to Jicelli and hoped she knew how to load the blaster. He tossed the empty box in a nearby trash can and sat once more.

"First test, load the blaster."

"I'm sure we will, but hopefully not in a surprise party."

She'd take the munition from him, listening as he gives her the simple task. Of course, she knew how to load a blaster. It wasn't that hard to do. Though she would have to look the blaster over briefly before finding the slot in the bottom of the hand grip, sticking it in with a reassuring pat. Luckily she'd also has enough sense to not point the thing at him and keep her finger off the trigger.

"Not too hard..Pretty sure I did it right. I mean, it went in right. Definitely feels different that the other I had.."
