Intent:
This Lightsaber Combat Form is created by Sith Warrior Jakkar Rivon, incorporating some elements of lightsaber combat of each form and combining them in an effort to find a perfect balance between his unique state of mind and his light frame. It is mostly a offensive form, and is prone to quickly tire out the user because it is so physically demanding.

Combat Styles:
Jar'Kai: The usage of two lightsabers. In this case, allowing the user to be unpredictable in combat, while also allowing the mobility of the user to make them move like a whirlwind.
Double-Bladed Lightsaber Combat: The usage of a saberstaff, double-bladed light-saber allows for increased defence and unpredicatability in combat, but is also very difficult to master.
Medium Style: The balance between fast but light attacks and slow but powerful blows, mostly used as a gate-way between the two, for example; if Jakkar's anger were to take over his mind during combat, he would attack with strong blows and sacrifice his speed unintentionally for more slow but powerful blows. While his mind is stable on the other hand, it allows Jakkar to pass to a more agile style of combat.
[Note: Jakkar's anger-imbued blows during his berserk state is prone to tiring him out quickly]

Lightsaber Forms:

Form III: The only feature incorporated into the Combat Style is the user focusing on projectiles as they charge into combat, aiming to defend themselves as they quickly advanced upon their foes.

Form IV: Incorporating the acrobatic style that allows the user to use the momentum against their foes in combat. One of the most demanding features for the user...

Form V: The user strikes with power attacks and defense immediately followed by a counter-strike. In Jakkar's case, this is mostly used while in close quarters, and his mind is still his own and free from the clutches of his anger.

Form VII: Incorporating the 'Juyoo' side of Form VII, the user strikes with agressiveness and anger, leaving themselves open for force attacks. Mainly incorporated so that Jakkar has the muscle-memory to use it when he's in his angered state. It is tiring and Jakkar refrains from using it most of the time.
