What is going to happen in your plot? @Morgan Arcas has had a bit of a row with a Zabrak named Braqus. This horned individual is the leader of a small-time group of soldiers of fortune in Nar Shaddaa, and has previously not only withheld Morgan's pay from a set of jobs they pulled, but also beat him quite badly once he went over to complain. Interestingly, this led to Morgan meeting @Aeron Mathis in the first place.
Braqus and his crew have come into some credits (no doubt from the many other mercenaries they robbed), and are throwing a party to celebrate their establishing themselves as a semi-legal private security corporation named War Drum, particularly as a result of having spent most of their considerable wealth to purchase an XS-250s modified freighter, alongside a few Starfighters, and having them be the backbone of said Organisation.
Morgan, being the kind, loving and wonderful man that he is will - in the interest of turning the other cheek and making their previous disagreements be water under the bridge - be attending said party to congratulate his friend, Braqus, for his achievements... Then he'll be stealing the Zabrak's freighter. And enlisting Aeron (and perhaps another Deucalian character that's a member of his clique) to help.
Thus proving once and for all that to a man as magnanimous as Morgan Arcas, bygones will be bygones after all.
What other players will be a part of this? Myself with the character @Morgan Arcas and @Zay with the character @Aeron Mathis. Perhaps another Deucalian character from their clique, should they wish to involve themselves (meaning either @Killa Ree with @Skuld Stark or @Korvo with @Uhtred Wardruna).
Where are all the places (if more than one) that your plot will be taking place? Nar Shaddaa, Space
Please provide a basic in-character timeline of what you expect to happen.
Thread 1. The Times They Are A-Changing: Upon hearing that an old friend who wronged him in the past is turning over a new leaf and hosting a party in Nar Shaddaa, Morgan will be attending said party in hopes of making amends and offering up forgiveness. Aeron (and perhaps someone else) will have been dragged into attending. In the party, a freshly minted ship is unveiled, and the group mingles and prepares to dazzle the crowd. (Self-DM)
Thread 2. Hey Mr. Tambourine Man: Morgan and his crew will then either sneak or shoot their way into said freighter and steal it, hoping to make it out of Nar Shaddaa with it in tow. Knowing Braqus, there was no way it would've been acquired legally, and as a result, no authorities he could turn to to report its theft. (Self-DM)
Thread 3. How Many Roads Must a Man Walk Down: Having managed to escape the hangar with the freighter, Morgan and crew now have to avoid the pursuing starfighters (that made up the rest of War Drum's so-called fleet) and make their way to safety in one piece, either by crushing the opposition, or by escaping their clutches. (Self-DM)
What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"? Stealing an XS-250s freighter in pristine condition, which Morgan will be making his personal ship, and modifying further in future plots.
Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose. No.
