Hello, wanderers of the Player Workshops. I'm working on what is my 9th or 10th character ever, and before this point all my character ideas have been sub-par. So, I'm reaching out to you guys for help/advice/money! For this one, I had the idea of trying to meet or become friends with one or more characters, then go through a Jason Bourne-esque accident (if anybody's seen The Bourne Identity) to pick up retrograde amnesia at the start of the timeskip. Then after his amnesia stuff sets in, I had the thought of putting him in/getting picked up by the Shadow Conclave as a means to help him discover who he wants to be, though I do quite enjoy playing as a Sith and can send him that way if necessary. Any tips, critique, personality ideas, anything will be accepted as help. If you have anything to offer, comment below.
Thanks!

"Where do I see myself in five years? That's a tough one. I'd like to continue training, maybe dabble in espionage, put the training I have to use. This... Empire, that the Sith have, it seems to be growing. Maybe I'll be on contract with them within five years. The Republic doesn't seem to be doing so hot anyways. I suppose, though, it all depends on where my path takes me. I don't have the foresight of a Miraluka to warn me of dangers ahead, but if I follow my instinct I should get along just fine."
"You want me to pull anything from that? It's literally just the answer I give every time I get asked that question." Link smirked, shaking his head as he crossed his arms. These job interviews were getting a little over the top, if he had to say so himself. Maybe he would, at some point. "If you'd like the honest truth, I can assure you that what I said in the clip is my opinion."
Mr. Guerrin, we now fully realize what your plans for the future entail. It never hurts to ask what one's expectations are. Now, if you would like to have any chance of working with us in the mean time, please tell us about your past.
"Pff. I'm not sure you realize how young I am for someone in my line of work, sir. I don't have a past. At least, not an exciting one." Link glanced to the interviewer briefly, then looked back out the window he stood by. "Do you know many sixteen-year-olds exclusively in the profession of contract killing? I don't, aside from me anyways." Link turned his body to the window and let his arms fall, subtly draping his right hand over the blaster pistol that sat comfortably on his hip.
W-wait. You only do contract killing? This was just a simple security interview... What do you want?
"If I told you my past, I'd give away my motivations. If that ever happened, I'd be exposed." Link drew his pistol and extended his arm, the executive's forehead behind the sights. "It's bad enough that I had to give you my basic information. After that, I have to kill you. It's a good thing I'm on contract, though." The executive staggered back in fear, and the camera feed cut out just as Link pulled the trigger. Moments later the recording flashed back on, the executive lying on his back with a horribly disfigured mess where his head should've been; the killer, however, was nowhere to be found. A slight breeze ruffled some papers on the floor, the skyscraper office's window left agape.

Some might perceive him as a sociopath. Cocky, arrogant, or egotistical, as well. In a public aspect, they would be correct. Link's air of confidence is shown in every aspect of his public appearance. His words seem to paint him as self-absorbed, his body language much the same. if first impressions are everything, Link courageously exhibits himself at first notice, definitely alluding to some sort of conceited attitude or belief. He's proud of himself, and if you meet him you'll know it.
This egotistical attitude isn't easy on him. Often exhausted, Link has become quite the actor in order to hide his underlying traits. After all, who would hire a kind killer? Link's natural gift of subtlety has lent him a helping hand in many situations, keeping suspicions down as he went about his work.
Even if he had all of the subtlest of subtleties in the galaxy, he's still terrible at lying. This stems from his old, self-deemed "childish" ways. Kindness was always his most admirable trait, and deep down he wishes he could be kind all the time. It just doesn't work out though, and he's decided to hide this as well as he can. His caring attitude still shows, even through his profession as he often chooses the most humane ways to kill in any given situation. Truthfully, he longs for a companion to show kindness to. Unfortunately, he tries to dismiss these lingering emotional needs as teenage development.
