Looking for help designing a species

Yo, so I wanted to kill time and do a write up for something cause I haven't done too many as of late. I decided on writing a fanon species to add more to the site and give me and others a cool option for a playable race. I thought a humanoid bat-type thing would be a cool thing to work with and I wasn't quite sure I liked the only bat-like species in canon being short and small sentient rodents.

I would like to have a species that's more bulky and aggressive in their appearance, and I stumbled upon the image above. What i'd be looking to create would be a sentient predatory species, but thing is I don't know what planet they should be from or anything else like that. I hope that by posting this thread I can get someone to help me better display what the species should be like and the specifics of the species. If anyone would be willing to help, let me know and we can PM and work through ideas.
