The Sith Imperium is know for its endless legions of talented warriors and none is more infamous than their Zabrak warrior Varek Rayth or Darth Vires. While the purple=eyed demon learned primarily from the Barabel Darth Vereor, he had another instructor as well. An ancient Anzati by the name of Zash would teach him the talents of Makashii and mental warfare among other arts. His ability to strike with frightening precision and blinding speed made him a difficult opponent even into the later parts of the Zabrak's career when he was regarded as one of the strongest in the galaxy. At the forefront of the former Warmaster's vanguard in every battle was Zash.
His lightsaber talents are nearly as famed as his feats with the Force but not quite as flashy. A tendril of Zash's lightning is capable of instantly killing a weaker target with little warning and briefly paralyzing those of stronger convictions. Aside tremendous capacity to use and channel the dark arts, his telekinetic and defensive abilities were also said to be impressive, the power known as Barrier being his preferred method of stopping any attacks. Potential opponents have also been rendered utterly useless by his proficiency with Force Scream. Outside of the more obvious shows of lightning, Zash also holds a talent for breaking the mind of a target, something his kind are naturally skilled in.
Seemingly opposite to these overt combative abilities are the Anzat's artistic skills. A highly skilled pianist, singer and painter, Zash seeks perfection of all hobbies. For some time the more simple versions held his interest but before long the hunter turned to Sith Alchemy. His primary ability, one utilized by Lord Exodeus, was his ability to create Sith Amulets akin to the one used by Arcturus Wolfgang. Aside that, he had done a particularly large amount of research in regards to the creation of Sithspawn, some samples remaining beneath his home on Anzat.
Zash's personality is what one would expect of a typical Anzati noblemen. A strong arrogant streak combined with an intense distaste for Jedi who "weaken themselves for the Light's embrace, fiending for it as a fiend does his spice of choice." On record, Zash has killed many Jedi in the past, feeding on their Sea of Memory shortly afterwards. Intelligent, cunning and manipulative, the Anzat has a firm grasp on tactical thinking and is capable of leading a fairly sizable force to victory although they may not hold any particular love for the man.
His outfit is composed primarily of Rancor leather with few exceptions. His bracers are made of a cortosis-woven durasteel capable of withstanding a few lightsaber blows. Around his neck sits the pinnacle of his Alchemy-related works in the form of a Sith Amulet that gives his emerald lightning such intense potency as well as maintains his youthful appearance, protecting him from the decay that generally comes from such an intensive use of the power. Outside of the rancor-leather clothes, cortosis-weave armguards and Sith Amulet Zash carries little notable gear aside his lightsaber, a cyan blade of considerable thickness.
