Right in the middle of the busy night club, it was hard to tell that it was located on the stunning world of Spira. Not that Heather minded that - it was actually rather pleased to forget the tropical world for a moment as it decreased the chance of being reminded of Niamos...which would then remind her of Horuz - the list just continued and she wasn't here to spiral, she was here to have some fun.

It had been months by now since Heather had been elected as the senator of Lianna. After tons of work and rather traumatizing events, she has decided to just take a week of and relax, to fully take her mind of things and to just enjoy a vacation she hadn't had in ages.

She had enjoyed the beaches the last two days, but sometimes her mind was wandering, and so tonight she had chosen to throw herself into the night life. It was very unlikely that anyone would recognize the still rather newly inaugurated senator here and so she was sipping a cocktail at the bar, adorned in a sparkly, dark dress and her long cover hair partly covering the open back.

She wasn't exactly sure whether she'd actually start dancing any time soon or staying at the bar a little longer, but she had decided to simply go with whatever pleased her tonight.

Ajax was on Spira for his small hunt of a common tax evader. The Contractor brought in the easy money bounty to the local authorities and wanted to end the night spending some of the credits he earned by having fun. He heard about a decent nightclub on the other side of the city. So renting a room down the street, he would change into a set of nice clothes for the night out.

When he made it to the line, he saw how long it was and decided "nah fuck that" and walked to the front. The bouncers stopped him, until the Contractor showed his badge, "I'm here on business gents." The bouncers looked at each other before stepping aside and waiving him in. It's amazing what a badge and a lie could get someone. Made sense to him why there was corrupt officials in the galaxy, but that wasn't his problem.

Walking up to the bar he would look at the bartender before getting his attention, "Give me an AMF." The tender would nod before he started mixing four different liquors into one glass. Ajax would look around at the tail in this place. Found some decent ones. A couple Twi's dancing on the poles, couple Togruta, hell even the Zabrak women here were looking good. Though he noticed a specific woman (@LadyRen ) sitting at the bar a few seats over. "Hey tender," when the guy mixing the drink looked up he would smirk and hold up two fingers with 'the look' and sure enough Ajax nodded.

Once the drinks came up ready, he would take a couple steps over and set the mixed drink down next to the woman. "Why aren't you out on that dancefloor?" He would take a seat on the bar seat looking at the people dancing, leaning his back on the counter. It was time to pull some game.

While it had been hard to find a way to relax at first, she had to admit to herself that the day had been rather pleasant. She had spent some time relaxing at the beach, swum for a while and she had found a lovely restaurant not far off the beach.

She had needed this. Even more than she had assumed and she could feel all the built up anxiety finally fading from her consciousness. Still, everything that had recently happened had left its traces and even in this night club she was well equipped with little tools that would ensure her safety if needed. So far, Spira had seem fairly safe, but even if she was here to have some fun, she didn't fully let her guard down.

She absent-mindedly emptied her drink and put the glass back down, her eyes then fixed at nothing in particular as a slight wave of booze washed over her. It was a subtle tipsyness, not at all unpleasant and rather lightening her mood, yet so far, she wasn't motivated enough to throw herself on the dancefloor, not alone anyway.

She suddenly heard a faint clang as the glasses touched the counter's surface right next to her. Her mind immediately flicked back into the presence and she instantly turned her head, meeting the stranger's gaze. At first she thought the stranger hadn't even adressed her, but it dawned her a second later.

Why was he asking her why she sat here? Her blue eyes wandered to her empty glass, then the two drinks she had just brought before they flicked back up. "I decided to enjoy a drink first...I might not be the only one". A warm, however measured smirk crossed her lips as she replied, assuming he was just making smalltalk.

She seemed the type to play hard to get, which was always a fun game to play. Plus the night was young, Ajax had plenty of time to figure her out. So far she seemed closed off. Made sense though, he was a stranger. So it was time for introduction, "Name's Ajax, but you can call me AJ or Jax." He would take a sip of his drink and then let out a smooth "Ahh" afterwards. Turning to face her he'd give her the glance up and down, "Got a name?"

Ajax was here for a good time, and right now he was having fun learning about this woman. Though, now that he's taken a good look at her, she looked familiar from somewhere. While he pondered on where he knew her he would take a few more drinks out of his glass and watch the dancefloor as the song would change to a much more upbeat song. It was almost time to tear up the dancefloor.

The Contractor decided if she was bland he'd head out to the dancefloor, and if she followed, well.. that let's him know everything he needed to know about her. He was a bachelor of sorts when it came to ladies, and never showed disrespect. Sometimes all it takes is a little mystery to get them to fall. He wondered if she was the same way.

Heather didn't always seem very approachable, at least not for men who lacked confidence as her elegant way of sitting simply indicated that she had been raised well, but it didn't seem to be the case with the stranger. He was nice, so far, hadn't just randomly hit on her with a cheap pick-up line and given what she had already heard tonight, he was so far the most pleasant conversation partner.

Ajax. An interesting name, but the way he throw three names at her in total let her smir, grow a little wider. "Nice to meet you, Ajax" she usually preferred normal names over nicknames, if that was even his real name. "My name is Bella", she replied, handing him the lie perfectly charming and convincing, however internal feeling a little bad.

She had learnt not to trust strangers and so she decided handing him her childhood best friend's name was the safer choice for now. "You're not from here, are you?" she asked, genuinely curious. It wasnthe casual bar small talk, but if he was genuinely intersection in an actual conversation and not just checking out whether she'd follow him to his run-down hotel room like the other jerks asked, he had already won.

Bella, a good name. It was a bar though so the name will come and go. Then when she said her name, she would follow up with a question. The answer was that no he wasn't from here of course. Though being too personal with a stranger felt a little too soon and to be honest, weird. So Ajax would shake his head no slowly, "Nope. I'm a place to place person." Then he looked at the locals around the area and then her, "Take it your on a vacation of sorts?"

To be fair, the way the people who were from here danced and acted, was far different from how she carried herself. Seemed like she was the rich type, or maybe just a popular figure somewhere. Either way, she didn't seem local.

"What brought you here? Chasing something, someone? Getting away?" Ajax took a longer drink from the glass, and then kept his stoic look as he listened in on what she had to say. This was probably the best conversation he could have in here without someone asking if he had spice or wanted to buy them for the night.

Even if she now had her name, just like her, he seemed like someone who would play his cards rather close to his chest. She couldn't blame him, and it was a much better sign than people who just randomly through their whole life story at you.

How could he tell she was on vacation though? Admittedly, there were many tourists around, but did she simply struck him as one? "What brought you here, of you don't mind me asking? It's surely a beautiful place...was it the beaches?". She gave him a rather sweet smile, filling another role she could play perfectly. It wasn't faked though. He still seemed nice.

He casually sipped from his drink after having proven he wasn't too bad at reading people. "The latter...I needed a little break" she chose to disclose, avoiding to flinch at the sheer recount of the reason why she even found herself here. "I noticed they were quite restrictive of whom they were letting in in terms of men...how did you convince them?" she asked, rather playfully than inquisitively.

As Ajax relaxed where he was, the woman next to him would ask what brought himself here. As she answered his question. Which naturally was the same question. "Well, like I said. Place to place. Heard it was a good spot. Figured I would check it out." He would take a drink, finishing the glass, "And the beaches aren't too bad." He would smile with a couple small laughs coming out.

Placing the glass back on the counter behind him, he would hear the question asked of how he got in. The words she used to describe this place was, 'restrictive' and well she wasn't wrong. But he kept his cool and looked at her with 'the look' whilst motioning to his body and face, as if to say 'come on look at me'.

Before she hit him with another question he stood up and held out his hand. He'd nod to the floor as he relaxed his eyes in a seductive way and kept his smirk. He knew she'd take his hand to the floor, she wanted someone understanding or maybe even just a good listener. He proved he could listen and carry conversation. So him asking wouldn't have struck as a creep or anything she had said she hated so far.

His answers kept being vague, mysterious even, and it wasn't hard to tell that he had his secrets, too. She assumed he was no politician like her, but perhaps he had been brought here by business. If he traveled a lot, the money came from somewhere unless he had been born rich - but he absolutely didn't strike her as an heir.

He didn't verbally answer her next question, but his eyes told her everything she needed to know. Confident...perhaps a slight trace of arrogant, but charming nonetheless. The answer wasn't fully satisfying, but she accepted it for now.

He suddenly got up and even before extending his hand, she knew what he had in mind. Her lips curled into a charming smile as she accepted, gently placing her hand into his and following him.

He looked like he could dance, but she wasn't done assessing him. Her curiosity was definitely piqued, but she couldn't ignore the way he skillfully started this game. He wanted her to come along, maybe even wanting her to crave more information about him, but two could play this game.

Her hips began to sway at the music, the rhythm somewhat intoxicating as she followed the stranger into the mesmerizing neon lights. The mood was great and everybody was having a good time, the Twi'Lek dancers were the center of focus for many party goers, but her deep blue eyes were still on him. Her gaze said, 'let me see what you have', one brow raised in anticipation while the rest of her soft features indicated she was relatively delighted so far.

As they made their way onto the dancefloor, Ajax looked around the room for a little here and there but his eyes came back to Bella every time. He kept his stoic but amused look the whole time. His brown eyes weren't much to look at compared to her blues, but he'd return the same look she gave him.

Once they made it and she started swaying her hips and enjoying herself in a seductive manner, Ajax figured he'd keep the flow with the music. Keeping his body moving in the rhythm of the music and having a chillaxed vibe about him. The only thing he was worried about was dancing. He wouldn't flirt or touch the woman he was with, no instead he focused on the sounds around him, the beat, the rhythm, the flow.

Everything felt vibrant, and the Apex member was having a blast. He would look at Bella from time to time, but he made it a point not to show too much interest. If there was one thing women weren't into, it'd be guys with too much interest or just guys to eager to get what they want. Honestly at this point, he felt all he wanted was to have fun in the moment.

She could feel herself loosening up further as she simply gave in to the music, letting it carry and move her body without having to defend herself from any creeps. No, she found herself having a really good time actually, simply enjoying the dancing and letting it wash away the negative thoughts that had surfaced earlier.

She found his company pleasant, neither too much nor too less and she did feel a little safer now that she was in company here. The planet seemed relatively fine per se, but the recent parts had left its traces and there had been too many disgusting dudes already that had tried shooting their shot.

Their gazes meet every now and then, however just casually, which she found quite right. He was indeed nothing like the others and she was simply glad to have some fun. After a little while though, right as the song changed again, an idea crossed her mind.

"How would you feel about a little game?" she asked him with a soft smirk, her blue eyes meeting his again. They could play it here while dancing, or at the bar, she was fine with either, but she couldn't deny the dancing was making her a little thirsty.
