This looks like a great way to start, but I'd expand on the personality and the Biography. You aren't really telling the reader much about the character in either.

In his personality, tell the reader what your character likes, explain what makes them happy, sad, angry, etc. maybe even talk about some things they do in their free time when they aren't killing people for money.

For the biography, why not tell us how they got into the business of killin for dollars? why is that the life they chose, what events in their life drove them to that profession. Give us a little background so we can understand the pain or the joy the character takes with each kill or hunt.

I'd also keep in mind with your stats are actually based on your ability as a writer to convince your fellow readers and writers that your character is what you think they are.

Example, if you say your character is charismatic, it's up to you to portray them that way.
