Ronan's ship, The Enigma, touched down on Lwhekk. Besides the native creatures, there were no humanoids, which Ronan found reassuring. He had landed in the middle of a wide green field dotted with yellow flowers. It was extremely bright and beautiful compared to Moraband and Ronan found himself pleasantly surprised.

It looked to be near evening here, the sun casting a golden light in the sky. Ronan was suddenly reminded of his dream a long time ago; of green grass and golden skies.

He turned to Hailee, who was descending down the ramp after him. "What do you think?"

The days passed by so quickly and even though they had also been talking a lot, they had had a great time. Once those words were spoken between them back in his bed, everything between them had changed. They had gotten along great since then and it felt like this high degree of suspension was finally overcome.

As they were approaching the remote planet of Lwhekk, she could feel her excitement growing. They had literally crossed the whole galaxy and this was a new beginning in so many aspects. She had no idea what she should expect, but from a distance the surface seemed extremely peaceful and beautiful. Once on the ground, she caught up to him and immediately grabbed his hand. "I think it's perfect", she replied softly, leaving out that the planet was also slightly intimidating because the Natives were clearly not humanoid. Honestly, this felt like a dream. A dream so colorful and wild that it was even hard to imagine that it was a dream. It clearly didn't seem like reality because it was hard to imagine that they had actually made it out alive.

Ronan had smiled more in those three days than he had in the recent decade and a half. He felt incredibly calm and peaceful at the moment and this feeling was only solidified when Hailee slid her hand into his. He squeezed it and looked down at her, still astonished at his luck. He didn't want to ruin it.

He scanned the horizon and saw a faint brown smudge in the distance. He squinted and could barely make out that it was some sort of building. Perhaps they could live there while they had to stay in hiding. He lifted his free hand and pointed it out to Hailee, before looking back down at her. "Looks like a building. Race you there?" his legs felt stiff from the prolonged journey on his ship and the still healing bruises.

She let her gaze wander across the beautiful, golden lit scenery, before she glanced back at him. It had only been a few days, not even a week since the battle on New Alderaan and things couldn't have been different. Once he spotted the building in the distance, she immediately followed his glance, slightly squinting because of the remaining rays of daylight. She could indeed see something in the distance, but it was hard to tell what it was.

She didn't let go of his hand now, even though she already had a devilish plan. She couldn't completely hide her intentions and that was why her smile broadened a little more. "Well, first of all, we don't know how these Natives will react at us, so we better be careful. Secondly, we can't even assess the distance correctly, so that's also something we have to keep in mind, and thirdly, I'm pretty exhausted", she replied sweetly, the last statement being a full-blown lie, but she said it convincingly. They couldn't move much inside the ship, and so she had lots of energy saved up actually. However, she would hide it just a few more seconds. "You also need to lock the ship properly...", she began, letting go of his hand in one swift motion before starting to sprint immediately, "before catching me", she would add, shouting back at him before she would use the Force to enhance her speed. With the headstart, her chances were quite good.

Ronan saw that devilish glint in her eyes and knew she was up to something. He knew her last excuse was bullshit, but she did have a point about locking the ship. No sooner had she dropped his hand then she broke off running across the field. He stood in place for a couple of seconds smirking to himself, before he locked up the ship with the Force and sprinted after her. She had a head start, but his legs were much longer than hers and he had trained in endurance for much longer. It didn't take long for him to close the distance between them, until he was almost clipping her heels. "It's quite telling that you need a head start to beat me, love," he said casually to her, even as they kept running, their feet pounding the grassy ground.

While sprinting across the fields she felt more alive than ever before. After she had joined the Order, she had made a commitment and even though she had always loved her training, she hadn't been fully free then, and right now all she felt was pure freedom, which was a little ironic because they were literally fugitives still on the run.

She ran on for quite some time until he had caught up, if Corellia had taught her something important, it had been that sometimes you simply needed to play dirty. As childish as it was, she was getting quite competitive here despite all the fun and so she actually shot a soft, but determined Force Push wave in his direction, aiming at letting him at least stumble. Even though she was trying to save breath, she was laughing wholeheartedly. "I don't need it. It was just clever to use it", she answered in her defense, glancing back quickly.

Ronan snorted after he had regained his balance. He seemed to be rubbing off on her. "Wonder where you got your arrogance from," he said as they continued running. She made it to the building first (just barely is what he told his ego) and he leaned against the wooden wall. It seemed to be a small cabin of sorts, which he found strange considering there was nothing but nature around for miles. There were no sounds except the wind in the grass, which Ronan liked much better than the empty thrum of his ship's engine.

He pushed off the wall and walked around the side to find an entrance. There was a wooden but sturdy door that rested open, revealing the interior. It was a small cabin that looked to only have two rooms. The bed was in the corner with a curtain around it, separating it from the rest of the main room. The main room consisted of a kitchen, dining room, and lounging area. In the far right corner, opposite the bed, was a wooden enclosure about the size of a closet. Ronan suspected that it was the bathroom. He turned around to face Hailee. "Hope you don't have anything against wood," he said bluntly, still smirking.

She didn't stop or slow down, even though she didn't have to prove anything. It was simply fun to run like a maniac or like the inner child that had been confined for so long. She did actually win and although she didn't want to rub it in his face, she couldn't help but to smile triumphantly. "Well, I had the best teacher", she teased him with an innocent grin before she planted a soft kiss on his lips. It was really odd that there was this cozy little cabin right in the middle of nowhere, so far off that there weren't even natives around.

She was a little suspicious and once she stepped closer, she could hear this faint whispering again. A Force Echo perhaps, she wondered. Wasn't that how Pêro had called it? She took another step and carefully placed her hand on the wall in front of her and suddenly it all made sense. She slightly jumped back, since these sensations were still rather strange, but it was good to have an answer. "It seems like a hermit had lived here not long ago. I could just see an old man, apparently human. I wonder what he did here, but he seemed to have build this cottage", she explained to him, slightly lost in thoughts before she was fully back in reality.

She followed him inside, letting her gaze wander over the interior. It was definitely small, but extremely cozy and definitely more pleasant than a ship in the long run. "I can live with wood", she replied with a grin, once again, unable to believe their luck. They had made it out alive and not that had even found a place to stay. It was an understatement that she could live with that...

Ronan paused in the middle of the cottage and turned to Hailee as she spoke about some old man that used to live here. "Nothing bad, I assume?" he said, placing his own hand on the bed. He could definitely feel someone else's faint presence, but nothing that worried him yet, without digging further. He sat down on the bed, and a cloud of dust rose up around him. He coughed and swatted at the air like an idiot. When it was clear, he blinked at Hailee.

"Don't wanna be sleeping in this bed if the hermit was promiscuous," he suggested. "Before he became a hermit," he added as an afterthought.

Hailee started to walk around, wiping the dust of certain spots every here and there until she shook her head. "No, nothing bad. It seems quite peaceful", she replied still smiling, elaborating on the vision she had gotten a few moments ago. She made her way over to him and let herself fall right next to him, but as more dust whirled into the air, she started coughing vehemently, so that his hilarious comment almost made her choke in the end.

Still catching her breath, she tried to calm down, shaking her head again while still being amused. "Nope I don't sense anything like that", she reassured him. It wasn't only a funny thought, but also not exactly plausible she figured. She trailed along the fabric of the blanket with a finger until it graced the pillow and that was when another vision hit her. He hadn't been exactly alone. Ronan had been right about that, but she wasn't sure whether she should keep that from him a little while longer, just to tease him and let his imagination run wild. In the end, however, she decided that she wouldn't be so evil, because he had already lost the race. "Apparently he wasn't so alone..at least not always. It seems like he had met an old lady and they had lived here for quite some time. I'm not sure where they came from or why they were here, but they have seemed to spend their evening of life here", she finally explained before she softly cupped his cheek with one hand. "If we want to stay here, it seems like we have some cleaning ahead of us".

It appeared Ronan was not too far off the mark. Despite the fact that their presence was still here, he found their little story strangely sweet; an old, lonely couple, living out their days together.

When Hailee placed her hand on his cheek, he leaned into it a little, before she said they had to clean. He stood up and brushed the dust off his backside before turning in a slow circle around the cabin. "Just looks dusty," he said. He really did not like cleaning but he supposed they would have to if they planned on living here. He walked over to the windows and opened all the shutters. The light only made the dust more obvious. "How fun," he mumbled.

It was difficult to ignore this old couple's presence, but even if it was a little strange, it felt rather warm and pleasing instead of creepy. Also, they should have been happy for having found such a place on such a remote planet anyway, so she was rather happy, even if they had some work ahead of them.

"Oh don't be so enthusiastic about it!", she sarcastically replied before getting up with a smirk as well. She softly wrapped her arms around his neck while pulling him down a little, so that she could kiss him again. "The cottage isn't that big, so we will be done sweeping in less than an hour I suppose", she explained, separating her lips from his for a second, even if this estimation might have been a little too optimistic. Truth was they had to do in anyway, so why should he be grumpy about it? She was no fan of cleaning either, but she knew that there would probably be a sweet reward once they were done.

Ronan liked this new version of them; Hailee seemed more likely to kiss him than pick a fight. When she kissed him, he kissed her back and almost didn't let her go when she pulled back slightly. "We better get started then or else we won't get anything done," he said, his hazel eyes meeting her green ones. He kissed her again before stepping away and turning to face the room.

He didn't see a broom, so he raised a hand and used the Force to sweep instead. In a matter of seconds, he and Hailee were standing in a cloud of dust from the aggressive telekinetic sweep he had done. Ronan was coughing again, and he barely remembered to send the dust outside. When the cloud finally cleared, Ronan swiped a hand over his face.

She let him go reluctantly, but it was unfortunately true. The faster they got this done, the more time they would have afterwards. It was apparently afternoon already, so they had to hurry to use the rest of the daylight properly. Hailee started to look around for useful tools, but before she could think of any intelligent solutions, Ronan made his move.

Immediately, the room was filled with dust and dirt and she coughed vehemently. "You've never cleaned before, have you?", she accused him playfully, but there was indeed a slight hint of actual complaint in her voice. How could he think this was a good idea? She really had no clue, but with an open door, the cloud started to dissolve. She shook the dust off her clothes and out of her hair until she couldn't help but to chuckle.

Ronan smiled innocently. Perhaps Hailee was rubbing off on him. "Nope," he replied. He stepped forward and wrapped his arms around her waist, looking down at her. "Now we're both dirty. Maybe we could try out the shower?" he suggested, with an equally dirty look on his face.

"Why was that so obvious?", she asked him with a cheeky grin before she simply enjoyed his proximity once again. His comment made her roll her eyes in a playful manner and she let out an overdramatic sigh. "Well well. I should have known. You're just a classic man. You're not good at cleaning and the first thing you want to do is getting me out of my clothes again", she scoffed sarcastically, but it was obvious that this remark of his chauvinism was fully exaggerated.

Truth was, she wouldn't complain about his suggestion at all. They seemed to be far away from any Natives and they were still in possession of two lightsabers. It really seemed as though they were save for now and they would have plenty of time to clean the rest later on. She also knew that they would have to meet their distant neighbors sooner or later, just to make clear that they didn't have any bad intentions, but they didn't have to rush anything.

Ronan smirked at Hailee as she scolded him. He put on a pouty face and kissed her. While still kissing her, he backed them towards the bathroom. "You want me out of my clothes just as much, admit it," he replied, breathing the words against her mouth.

They were all alone in this cabin, and likely for miles around. No one or anything there to interrupt them.

His breath was hot on her skin and she couldn't hold back a smile any longer. To say that he was wrong would be a full-blown lie, but she wanted to try it at least. "No...I'm innocent. I just wanted to...clean and stuff", she replied with a sheepish smile, not able to keep up her appearance convincingly. She pulled him back to her and kissed him again, more passionately this time while she started undressing him again. It was truly remarkable that they were both able block out the fact that they literally didn't have any plans on how to go on, but it didn't seem to matter here anyway. They would hide long enough to cover their tracks until they could start anew, perhaps even here on this remote planet.

Once again they were lost in each other. Like he knew, Hailee couldn't deny it. It was proved when she pulled his shirt over his head. He returned the favor and before he knew it, they were both bare once more and he was pressing her into the wooden wall of the shower, the warm water drenching them both. The dust still on them turned the water gray.

Fortunately she didn't have to witness any Force echoes when they were in the Shower, as they would have been more than a mood killer. Once they were done, she didn't only feel great because she was clean again, but also because the shower had been pleasantly warm and it seemed as though this older couple had done a great job in building this cottage in the middle of nowhere.

They were both exhausted from their long journey and so they had fallen into bed after they had done some more cleaning. The temperatures dropped during the night, but it was neither too cold nor too warm, even if they laid in bed completely entangled in one another. Hailee hadn't had any difficulties in falling asleep but right in the middle of the night she suddenly woke up due to strange sounds coming from outside. "Did you hear that?", she asked him quietly, her voice soft and still half tired.
