[ASSET SUMMARY]

[SUBJECT SUMMARY] - Pre-Time Skip
Lyte is a diplomatic soul hailing from the world of Alpheridies in the Abron system. A Miralukan by birth, he lacks physical eyes as the result of a genetic trait passed through the entirety of his race. In the place of regular sight, he instead developed the natural Force Sight inherent to his blood. The second son of a pair of prominent Luka Sene members, Lyte was found at a young age to be more sensitive to the Force than the average Miralukan and possessed of a more developed capability for sensing phenomena through the Force. Due to his familial ties and his enhanced sensory capabilities, Lyte was inducted into the Luka Sene at a young age and spent much of his early life in the academic atmosphere of the organization. While still a student, he would come into contact with a man who had once been a Jedi Knight, a man by the name of Brent Lory. Once a formidable and faithful Jedi, Brent had become disillusioned in their cause and returned home to be a Master to members of the Luke Sene.

Brent would become interested in Lyte's education when the latter expressed an interest in leaving Alpheridies to "do good" in other parts of the galaxy; most Miraluka preferred to remain on their homeworld, and rarely left Alpheridies even for brief stretches of time. Aside from his wanderlust however, Brent was also intrigued by the fact that Lyte held a great fascination for the Force. Most students of the Luka Sene saw their education as a means to an end, the end being a higher level of efficiency in their various occupations. For Lyte however, his education was almost both the means and the end. He held a desire to learn more about the Force, and he held a desire to use what he learned in the greater galaxy. Though not holding faith in the Jedi Order, Brent did have faith in the power of others to invoke positive change as evidenced by his strong desire to teach the next generation of Luka Sene. For this reason, as Lyte matured the former Jedi would begin to mentor him in the arts of the Force. As the Luka Sene was held for some to be secondary in their lives as compared to their primary occupation, Lyte would come to find that his studies in the organization would become supplementary to the lessons that he learned from his mentor as the two bonded. Even without official title or ceremony, it was fairly apparent that Lyte had become a protege to the former Jedi much in the same vein as a padawan might to their master.

As he became older and his views more developed and sophisticated, Lyte would transition from simply wanting to "do good" to having a more concrete goal. The people of Alpheridies lived pleasant lives free from tyranny and the depraved machinations of dark minds, but there were worlds wherein the people were much less fortunate; some lived under the thumbs of cruel tyrants, others were simply crushed under the weight of the egos of uncaring politicians. Lyte held the desire to give others better lives, to improve the conditions of others less fortunate than himself, and in general to "do good" in practical ways. When he expressed these burgeoning thoughts to his mentor, the former Jedi would inform him that change was not something that would come peacefully, especially when politics meshed with morality. It would take more than the goodwill of a single person to enact such change, and yet Lyte was in the right frame of mind to perhaps enact it.

As his early years passed and Lyte began to truly come of age, theory began to give way to practice. Luka Sene membership transitioned to Sene Seeker status, offering opportunities to develop skills of diplomacy and non-lethal Force abilities. Discussions concerning violence and war became combat training, and lectures on the nature of the Force became practical demonstrations of Force potential. It was during this time that Brent and Lyte would begin to leave Alpheridies occasionally to give the latter experience away from home and real glimpses at the galaxy that he wanted to promote peace within. For his part, Lyte found the call of the stars to be greater each time he returned to Alpheridies, and he longed for the day that he would be able to set out on his own.

It would be shortly after his second decade that this desire would be realized. Having completed his training under Brent Lory, Lyte found himself ready to undertake a journey out into the stars to find others with a mindset like his own. Wielding a lightsaber constructed specifically for the occasion of his "graduation," the now adult Lyte would purchase the Wandering Rancor and strike out into the stars. Guiding by either the Force, destiny, or fortune, it would not be long before he would find himself under the employ of the Accord. Given his nature and his past as a Sene Seeker, Lyte would ironically find his talents most useful as a part of the government of the Void. More specifically, while not on active duty Lyte serves as something of a liaison within the Accord, combining a diplomatic nature with a natural gift of Force Sense that enables him to easily read emotions and maintain calm discourse. During operations, Lyte acts as a member of the Spectre Cell under the codename Oculus, serving as the ultimate reconnaissance expert due to his extraordinary sensory capabilities.

[SUBJECT SUMMARY] - Post Time Skip
Over the course of the past five years, Lyte has changed in dramatic ways as a result of his life experiences. The schism of the Jedi caused him to become disillusioned with their Order, as he blamed their more conservative elements for the defeat of the Jedi Army. The weakness displayed by the Republic during its waning days damaged his faith in the elected officials who ran it, and the destruction of the Accord at the hands of the Sith effectively began a slow erosion of who he once was. Embittered and resentful, Lyte partially blamed himself for the tragedies suffered by the Accord specifically. Just as the hesitation of the Jedi conservatives weakened their Order, his own attempts to be like those same individuals could have done nothing but pollute his efforts to better himself as an operative. Therefore though he has continued his work as a recon expert, his methods and personality have drastically changed. Where he had once been compassionate, merciful, and diplomatic, he was now brutal, ruthless, and taciturn. His overall demeanor, knowledge of demolitions, and affinity for fire have earned him the moniker "Pyre," though less generous souls dub him "Pyro" or "Pyromaniac." He now serves in GALAF as a combined reconnaissance operative and demolitions expert, fully intending to burn down the Mandalorian Dominion and the Sith Empire and give their ashes to his commanding officer to do with what they please.

[PSYCHOLOGICAL SUMMARY]
On the D&D alignment scale, Pyre has transitioned from neutral good to chaotic neutral. He has abandoned his belief that people are good at their core, and now believes that individuals are driven by self-serving instinct and that only by force of will does one overcome their baser urges. Passionate in his goals and ruthless by nature, Lyte has totally abandoned of the teachings of the Luka Sene and actively uses violence and coercion (and arson) to achieve his goals. Though he retains much of his academic nature, Pyre has since turned to what he considers to be more practical pursuits such as marksmanship and endurance training rather than studying academic materials. When on mission, he is efficient and completely merciless, displaying a preference for capture only towards high-value targets and typically killing anyone else standing in the way unless such means prove inconvenient. Pyre completely believes in the purpose of GALAF and is willing to sacrifice much for the organization's success, even up to his own life should a situation ever demand.

[Physical Attributes and Force Proficiencies]
In physical terms, Lyte is of average height and lithe build, focusing on muscle tone rather than building bulging biceps. As can be surmised by this, he has more constitution than strength and more dexterity than constitution. In combat, Lyte prefers to concentrate on dodging his opponent's attacks rather than attempting to meet their power with his own, as his natural Miralukan Force Sight lends itself to bolstered reflexes and perception. In terms of hand to hand combat, Lyte uses a style taught to Sene Seekers as part of their self-defense training. attacking the opponent. Over the course of five years, Lyte has modified Sene Seeker martial arts from its non-lethal and non-aggression stance into a style of combat that he considers to be better for survivability. Adapting elements from Mandalorian and Echani styles, Pyre wields a fluid and adaptable martial art that maximizes the utility of his supernatural vision and reflexes to lethal effect.

When the lightsaber is unveiled, Lyte is revealed to be proficient in Forms I, III, IV, and VI. Through training in Niman, he has become adept at mixing displays of the Force into lightsaber combat and does so with the careful precision that becomes his race. Furthermore his focus in Niman has given him a creative mind during combat that has the ability to adapt to developing situations. The aspects of Lyte's fighting form that differentiate him from a true Niman specialist are noticeably significant infusions of two other forms. Lyte's Niman is heavily influenced by Soresu and Ataru, appropriate for his goal of defense and maneuverability during combat. Due to the influences of Forms III and IV, Lyte's lightsaber form is highly defensive and takes advantage of his natural dexterity and perceptive prowess during battle.

During combat, Lyte will attempt to study his opponent(s) while remaining on the defensive until he believes that he has learned enough about them to predict certain movements. He will then shift steadily into counter-attacking and then into full out offense, using his enhanced perception to poke at studied holes in the opponent's defense until he pokes a hole in the opponent. As a last note concerning lightsaber combat, Lyte's focus on Niman was his gateway into learning Jar'Kai, and he does possess the ability to freely switch between using a one-bladed style and a two-bladed variant of his style.

In terms of using the Force, Lyte has the range of a traditional Jedi Knight, though his training has waned somewhat due to the inclusion of marksmanship and endurance training (amongst other physical training regimes). He wields the standard abilities across the board, being particularly exceptional in abilities related to defensive energy manipulation, perception, acrobatics, and precision telekinesis. A member of the Luka Sene, Lyte has sensory abilities that are difficult to match for non-Miralukans, and he possesses the near-unique ability to detect energy fields through the power known as Field Detection. Outside the realm of perception, Lyte possesses tremendous skill at acrobatics, being especially adept at increasing his speed and reflexes through the Force to allow him to "keep up" with what his enhanced perception reveals. In the broad categorization of powers that compose the Telekinesis tree, Lyte finds his specialty to be precision telekinesis. This means that rather than being able to easily produce massive Force Waves, Lyte is able to perform fine and intricate movements through telekinesis and he is capable of flinging small objects at incredible speeds to act as impromptu ballistics. Finally, Lyte is skilled in using defensive energy manipulation abilities such as barrier creation and Tutaminis, being more concerned with defense and survivablity than with the ability to cause massive amounts of trauma through the Force with the sole exception to this being a surprising talent towards manipulating fire.

Omg! Lol! Every time I log on, I think where the heck is Xan? Did he mature or something? Maybe his nerdiness wore off? I still am not in the game as I once was, but life is happening a tad too extreme for every millisecond I am granted.

WELCOME BACK!

WELCOME BACK!

Mature and without nerdiness? Me? *quick intermission as I laugh loud enough to be heard through space* Nah, I could never permanently leave the site, since I actually like being here. I just needed to take a few (several) months to get stuff together in RL. BUT NOW I'M BACK! *Celebrations!*

Hey! Gandalf Leader here!

As always, love the character. Just one think that needs fixing. The Accord was actually destroyed by the Sith, as Death Watch had been destroyed and converted into the Dominion before then and became neutral. Just fix that up, and i'll give you the approval!
