DESCRIPTION
The Collection contains volume IV, V and VI, of the Mining and Manufacturing data and training program. This program is an average knowledge for one going into the mining and manufacturing work field. After completion of this program, the individual will be trained from a basic knowledge of the subject to an average knowledge. Some may come out of training with an above average skill set, but this is a rarity and is mostly accompanied by some previous experience of some kind.

LEGALITY
Is legal in all systems.

INTENT
Another item created for the one and only @Trix . To give her a way to train her NPC's into an average understanding of M&M.

ADVANCED TECH
Yes, this does not come standard with any mining and manufacturing company. This will be used in 2 or 3 threads and takes One (1) tech plot to attain.

My previous statement in M&M Data Matrix Collection I-III applies here as well. Personally, I don't even see why this would be considered Advanced, a training course on even advanced mining techniques is not exactly difficult to obtain in any reasonable scenario.

Regardless, I am moving this to gentech. If I see anything else like this submitted for formal approval, however, I will be archiving it. Please consider the rules regarding what does and does not need formal approval in the future.

It's not a problem with the write ups themselves. It's more that this was basically just a write up for trade school textbooks. We dont generally need to acquire some sort of tech to show how a character learned to read or fly a ship or anything, and I think mining falls into that category- it's a fluff piece, rather than anything tangibly useful in the RP in a traditional sense. It's a good example of "non-banned canon items"- those items being school books.
