M4-78 Environmental Safe-Zone
Forged by a deal with the droid intelligence M4-78, the Enviromental Safe Zone (codenamed 'Haven') is an area on the planet that bears the same name. The area is a decently wide zone that encases a number of buildings in a ray-shield. Due to the planet's air that's not breathable to organics, a air purification plant cleans the air and the ray-shield encases it, creating a perfectly livable self-contained atmosphere for organics.
The Safe Zone was pitched to the droid intelligence by @Newton Arden and @Julia Hipori to establish ties between organics and the droids there, but also more specifically Blackwell Tech and M4-78. The Safe Zone is built in the Central Zone of the planet M4-78, as due to being more organic-friendly due to it being start of the colonization project, it would be the most ideal location.
The other buildings contained in the safe-zone include a small starport and some landing pads, a Blackwell liaison office, some residences, and an outpost. Only Blackwell employees, any authorized visitors of Blackwell, and M4-78 droids are allowed in the safe zone.
Due to M4-78 lacking substance and necessities for organics, they are shipped in regularly along with other goods as needed.

To give a more detailed overview of the M4-78 Safe-Zone, that has developed in the RP, to give Blackwell Tech a foothold on the planet and stepping stone towards further projects on the droid world.
