(OOC for a bounty hunter story arc for Jakob Merrik.)
Target: Marchi Liviano
Reward: 50,000
Warning: Highly dangerous. Expect to be armed and heavily defended.
To Prove Success: Contractor must provide the target's right hand with tattoo intact to receive payment.
Time Limit: If contractor succeeds within the first 72 hours of contract initiation he/she will recieve an additional 10,000. If contractor fails to deliver within the first week of signature, reward is dropped by 60%. If contractor fails to deliver within 10 days reward is nullified and all papers will be ignored and treated as void. Contractor must acknowledge this clause to proceed with violent action to initiate the mission.
Rival Local Gangs:
Swoopers: Made up by a majority of non-humans, their symbol is a swoopbike made of flames. They're considered a mild threat.
Thalons: A human only gang, they're one of the most well known gangs for child sex trafficking. Their symbol is the silhouette of a small child. They're considered highly dangerous.
Lightning Runner Important Facts: A pale white lightning bolt, often tatted onto the hand or neck, and painted on the top righthand corner of buildings affiliated or protected by the gang, is a symbol. They're 'family creed' demands no one member goes anywhere alone. They are usually lightly armed on their person, but have been known to pack serious heat stored in their bikes. Considered extremely dangerous in all situations. Contractor must treat any run in with absolute care. They control sector 15 of level 32 on Coruscant.

Marchi isn't the fastest thinker, but he makes up for it in the magnitude of his singular thoughts. For someone who's been smacked around this hard he's a hell of a fighter, and won't ever give up. His shock boxing has given him a very linear view on life. You do one thing to accomplish something. One thing at a time. Some say this is his weakness, but it's kept him at the head of a dangerous swoop bike gang going on thirty years.

Marchi grew up on Coruscant. His father was a major member of a swoopbike gang named the Lightning Runners. They dealt mainly in prostitutes and the occasional spree of drugs, but the eye was always on the big prize for Marchi's father. He wanted to lead the gang to greater glory. In other words, military grade weaponry - the illegal selling and transportation of. He took control of the gang in a bloody civil war between the Lightning Runners, but in the end died in a speeder bike accident shortly afterwards.
The Lightning Runners were a strangely traditional gang, and in that manner Marchi was elected leader after his father. They were a family, and the oldest son by blood would inherit the 'business.'
Marchi successfully developed his father's dream. At the same time, he held up a business in shock boxing. (A sport in which he was actually quite good, and some who did not know how truly active he was in the gang questioned if that was where his true passions lay.) He would throw fights and bet on the other guy, and everyone knew it, but he was rich. Where he was, money was everything. Lining the purse of a lawman could get you many things, such as freedom to do what you wanted. Marchi certainly had the money.
Now he's expanded the business. Marchi and his 'family' of Lightning Runners work in almost everything. Anywhere from petty theft to human trafficking - and Marchi?
He's made out like a bandit.
