The Mandalorians have been the strongest of warriors since the days of the Taung. They have lived to fight the wars of others, and their reputation was unparalleled. Now, the Mandalorians squabble like insects under the galactic powers. Now, Mandalorians are on the fringe of extinction. We must regroup and protect what we have left. We must find our Haven. This is where Mar'eyce Morut comes into play. Meaning Discovered Haven in the Mandalorian Tongue, the project was conceived by newly reborn Tala Outlander. This project chooses to find and establish a safe place for Mandalorians to reside without fear of a devastating blow from the Sith that hunt us. This is a place where our culture may life and thrives, and where Mandalorians may organize and prosper together. Clans are disregarded. This is it’s own virgin field of snow where you walk, and all under manda may reap it’s fruits. Our own factory, once more bringing superior fighters to the galaxy, will keep the tradition set by MandalMotors intact. So, will you join us and be known as one of the brave that brought this dream to fruition? Beliefs To provide aid and shelter for our Mandalorian brethren so that we might heal and rebuild. No Mandalorian shall ever be turned away. We have not gone quietly into the night. Organization Each outpost operates near independently, with the Outpost's leader conducting the day to day business. Nekk Outpost delivers missions and general objectives, as well as gathering resources when required. Outpost and Safehouse Rules: While you are in any of the Mar'eyce Morut outpost, you are asked to abide by certain guidelines to ensure peaceful relations amongst us. If you want to have a fight, you can take it elsewhere. 1. Weapons are allowed throughout the Outposts. However, in the event of a fight or any action intended to harm a fellow Mandalorian, any weapons will be taken for your stay and returned upon your exit. 2. All explosives must be left on your respective transports. If you are found to have any explosives in the station proper, they will be confiscated and NOT returned. 3. No Non-Mandalorians are permitted without being vouched for by a Mandalorian. 4. No tampering with the Outpost. If you are found doing so, you will be ejected from the Outpost, with or without a ship. BASES​ Sarlaac Outpost Sarlac Outpost is our safehouse on Tattoine. Hidden underground beneath Mos Eisely, Sarlac Outpost is usually the first stop for any waywards. Here lies an area to restock, regroup, and recharge. An on duty staff member will give you the coordinates any needed outpost once presented with a (legitimate) background. Rancor Outpost One of our most heavily defended outposts, Rancor Outpost is located on Queyta, and is home to our manufacturing base. Any custom arms are produced here for use among our outposts, as well as a small group of starfighter models. Nekk Outpost Serving as our primary outpost, Nekk Outpost is where most administrative details are hammered out, as well as the base of almost all major habitat facilities, such as Starfighter Bays, lodgings, and a market. It is centered in the Seoul system. Nebulous Outpost Dormant for a time, this Outpost has begun functioning with a skeleton crew. It is currently offline seeing as it is still being modified for the Underground. FLEET​ 2 Crusader-class Corvettes The twin vessels Beskaryc Kar'ta and Kov'nyn are currently the only larger ships in the fleet, and are usually deployed on raids. 2 Action VI Transports These Bulk Transports are used to ferry Modular Ground Centers as well as raw materials. 12 Starviper Weapon Platforms These starfighters are distributed to each outpost, and are used for local defense against raiders if needed. MISCELLANEOUS ​ Donomel Heavy Manufacturing Donomel Heavy Manufacturing is the name adopted for the purpose of selling technology without drawing attention to Mandalorians. 150 Support Personnel These personnel are non-Mandalorian and often sympathizers and serve in various mundane roles that keep each outpost functioning. 20 Mandalorian Refugees Currently, there are twenty Mandalorian refugees that have sought shelter and asylum among the various outposts. They serve a variety of rolls ranging from Cultural Recorder to In-House Merchant to Weapons Instructor. 4 Modular Ground Centers Custom prefabricated structures. Their modular nature allows for ease when establishing an outpost.

However, it brings up an interesting point, Sid. I know that Outlander did an RP with Srota to 'secure' funding [Link], but at no stage in those RP's did Srota ever actually deliver on that promise. So i think its best if he dump his seal of approval on the matter.

But as with other concerns there is the big question of the station. And no, i'm not even going to bother telling you that the Mandalorians can't pay for it, since you so clearly believe that to be a wholesome lie, but I will inform you that as the station is a new piece of technology, it's going to require a Tech profile write up in the Unapproved Technoloy Board.

Aside from that, just for the ease of admins, if you could link the names of the characters on the roster here to their character profiles, that'd be awesome! If you're unsure how to do that, this is how.

Just so Lavi can check on everything without having to search the forums himself. If you want this to succeed (and its abundantly clear that you do), you need to make it as simple, functional and easy-to-read as possible for the admins who will be involved in this process. Any extra work on their part will not shine favourably on the chances of success of this getting approved.

just a note, all such promises are within the character of a crime lord willing to use guile and deception to achieve his goals. It could have gone worse, he could have turned our newest mandalorian in to the sith, something I had considered him doing, but, as a favor to a new player and writer who I think could do very well here once they get a bit more involved, I opted for false promises and deception. Of course, such a deception may not yet have come to light.

i sincerely applaud this initiative ooc, however, I think that in this galaxy at this time, this plan is doomed to fail and fall on its face, that being said, if you still wish to pursue this, perhaps seeking funding from a fellow mando would be better than making a "deal with the devil."

Ultimately, whether or not this can actually happen is solely up to Lavish. So while you're welcome to RP your character, you cannot begin to construct, particpate, or recruit for this faction and its stations.
