If you don't mind the rather oddball situation of a Padawan training a Knight, Andreus could teach you piloting. You would have to approach him IC, however, because currently he thinks you just enjoy ignoring him.

EDIT: Though he only recently joined the Jedi, Andreus would have full licensure as a flight instructor.

Lus-ma is only described by "a form taught to Grievous and his body guards." Even in behind the scenes they say next to nothing is known about it except that it was used to counter an unnamed soresu move. What possible use will you get out of it?
