Future Businesses and Plot (Unless Killed)

Slave Trading — It is unquestionable the large pool of possibilities from the slave trade. Drask worked hard to solidify and expand his influence over prominent slave rings in the outer rim territories, with competition from other crime bosses. With his palace on Ryloth, the Hutt oversees a large Twilek slave operation and owns a pleasure-house where they are trained before being shipped out for a fine price. Zudd helps make sure that the slaves are of peak performance through the help of capable enforcers and electro-whips.

Bounty Brokering and Loan Sharking — Drask sees bounty hunters as clever, resourceful, and a valuable asset to maintaining control and supervision over those beneath him. The Hutt plays a large role in Loan Sharking, known for his large loans to help up-and-coming criminals or entrepreneurs, and his even larger interest rates. The Hutt promises good services and cares to those he loans money too, offering them protection and help, for an extra fee.

Arms Trading — Always loving the shiny and destructive appeal to weaponry, Drask owns a weapons vehicle, much like a friendly ice cream truck in your children's neighborhood. Being a portable weapons store, it has a vast amount of possibilities for different markets.

. . .

[Plots to do]
1. Acquire Palace
2. Secure Ryll/slave business and strip club on Ryloth
3. Acquire Luxury Skiff and Heavy Freighter
4. Take over Ryloth
5. Acquire a cute Rancor :)

K'ustirah Palace,
is a large compound located to the North of Tann Province located in the "Twilight Zone" of the planet around the equator, temperate and hospitable for most life unlike the harsh deserts of the planet, and the desolate tundras on the dark side of Ryloth. The palace sits on a rocky region, surrounded by massive natural pillars of stone and other natural rock the planet offers.

The K'ustirah palace has a long and rich history, once owned by a proud Besadii Hutt by the name of Rokkal the Hutt. Under the Hutts control of the palace, it saw many modifications and upgrades as well as expansion. The Besadii ruled over the palace for several years, with plans to pass ownership to his son after his planned peaceful retirement. Unfortunately for the Hutt, he met his untimely death, as well as his son's death, to bounty hunters of unknown alias that were sent to kill the Hutts. After a large conflict, the original denizens of the palace fled, leaving it unoccupied for a short amount of time until a vicious pirate gang known as the Black Flag Guild took over control of it. Drask along with a team provided for by the Exchange will go to the planet Ryloth, and deal with the insurgent band of thugs that have taken the palace, returning it back to rightful Hutt control.

Interior & Rooms of the Main Building

The Palaces interior consists of a vast array of corridors and rooms that are all intertwined. Several rooms scattered throughout the palace are currently empty and could be modified and changed as Drask continues to renovate the palace.

toVM6KK.jpg
Towards the front of the palace is the large Iron Gate, upon entering the palace a massive dark hallway opens up, with dimly lit marketplaces on either side of the entrance. Walking up the main ramp until the edge, there is a central room which splits off into three large hallways, each going off into the different areas of the main level, with the main hallway taking you straight into the guarded throne room of the Hutt, where a second Iron Door could be found at the end of the main hallway before being granted access into the throne room.

Lower Level

Cells: The palace has four prison cells located in the lower levels on either side of the main entrance hall. The cells are guarded by pairs of [ type? ] guards and are used to store bounties Drask has captured alive and his enemies whom he hasn't designed to kill.

Beast chamber: A large, rocky room underneath the Throne Room of the Palace. By activating his switch, Drask sends his victims plummeting down below to meet their untimely fate at the hands of his very hungry rancor. Drask enjoys the punishment and entertainment his beast provides to those who undermine him. The beast after being captured was forced into the very dark, tight dungeon where it was half-starved and could barely move. Making the beast all the more ferocious when brought victims to eat. [Note: Drask will have to acquire his Rancor through a plot]

Main Levels - 2 floors
MXtJd9L.jpg
Throne Room:
The throne room is the center-most room on the main floor of the palace. The center of the throne room features a large, circular, floor plan which acts as a place for dancers and newcomers coming to seek out the Hutt. On both sides of the throne room is large booths covered by curtains for those to rest, talk, or to enjoy a hookah or drink. Along the corner of the throne room is a small stage for performers to play music or to make small announcements. Directly underneath the central floor infront of the Hutt's throne lies a large trap-door that can be activated by a switch located on Drask's throne. Directly behind Drask's throne is a large curtain which covers a hallway leading down directly to a small, well hidden exit that looks much like a cave. Inside the cave rests a skiff which can be used as a last-ditch escape method.

Halls:
Two halls flank the sides of Drask's throne room:

The hall to the left - of his throne room leads to a set of stairs that lead up to one his guard towers, as well as an exit to the palace's hanger, where he stores his ship and skiff, as well as the ships of any of his personal employees. The hanger has a blast door which can be closed when the hanger is not in use.
The hall to the right - leads to another set of stairs that lead up to another of his guard towers, as well as an exit to a cavernous chamber where the palace can take on supplies. This chamber also acts as a storage room for any spice being smuggled out of the palace. It contains enough room for only one ship, usually some sort of freighter, to dock and either take on or offload supplies. This chamber also has a blast door that can be closed when not in use.
On the second floor of the central building of the palace features a second lounge room in the center, with a large aquarium at the heart of the floor, surrounded by a circular bar which acts as a cantina for guests to buy drinks and food. Several gambling stations are littered across the room with attendants.

Bed chambers: On the second floor of the central building, two large hallways split off from the central cantina room, on both sides of the hallways bed champers are located there for guests to stay.
Upper Levels - 2 floors

Palace Archives: Towards the back of the palace, on the third level of the main building, a heavily guarded and monitored room featuring a blast door holds the library of Drask's archives, business dealings, intel and contacts, and other prized possessions very close to Drask. To either sides of the blast door is two [ type? ] guards.

Empty Space/Storage: Several rooms all connected by the main hallway on the third floor are completely empty, Drask has eventual plans to expand on these rooms and continue adding more to this level. For now, a small portion of the rooms, closer to the backside of the palace near the archive room, is used for general storage.

Drask's Personal Chambers: On the highest floor of the main building to the palace lies Drask's chambers. Within his chambers is some personal belongings as well as very dim infared lighting and a few moisture tanks to keep the room to his liking.

Exterior of the Palace

Power & Communications Tower -
To the right of the main building of the palace-complex, a six-story tower resides on the cliffside of the palace that acts as the housing for the power center for electricity in the palace as well as comms systems to allow for long-range communication from the palace. This tower is guarded very well, with frequent patrols typically in groups of two [ type? ] guards patrolling up and down the winding staircases leading to each floor.

UpO9LxP.jpg
Hanger - Located near the furthermost left wall of the palace's exterior, accessible through blast door or the hallway from the main room, is where the hanger for the Hutt's personal ships or his employee's personal ships are located. The hanger is one of the most frequently used areas of the entire palace, and the large blast door of the hangar is typically opened, as the only other way to get into it would be to climb up the extremely steep natural wall of stone.

Landing Pad - A large space outside the walls where visitors to the palace can land their ships. From the landing
pad a pathway that carves through the rough rocky terrain will guide the visitor to the front entrance of the palace.

Courtyard -
Directly beyond both sides of the front gates of the palace is an expansive courtyard where palace guests could mingle and outdoor parties held. The courtyard features a vast array of plants native to the planet Ryloth, as well as exotic plants.

Monitoring Hub - Located in a separate, smaller building, to the far right of the main entrance rests the Monitoring hub where palace cam feeds were monitored and all the guards were coordinated. This bulbous building had a balcony that overlooked the desert and had a clear view of the exterior landing pad.

Intent

To provide my character Drask with a home and base of operations for most future plots and threads. This is a page describing the reward of the Ryloth plot once completed.

(Un)Friendly Takeover
Zudd Drask has long awaited his moment to prove his worth to the Exchange. Discussing his plans for Ryloth with Nor'baal, which received a good response, it was decided the Hutt would need a better home than his dusty cantina on Nar Shadda, and they happened to find the perfect place. An amazing palace on the planet Ryloth once belonging to the Besadii was taken-over by the Black Flag Guild after his death. The Black Flag Guild is a group of pirates which are infamous on the planet Ryloth for terrorizing villages and their cruel methods of torture.

The Black Flag Guild was very numerous and spread out over a larger expanse of territory, but recent bloody conflicts with warring crime-factions on the planet have left them a remnant of what they once were. Seeing this window of opportunity, Drask believes with enough manpower he can overcome the remaining pirates bunkered down at the palace, and take it for his own.

Knock Knock. - After gathering an entourage Drask plans to burst into the palace guns blazing, hopefully dealing with and eliminating the bulk of the remaining pirate force inside the palace. [ @Nommie, @Gian Greydragon, @KinkyPrawn, @Nor'baal ]

Need for Speed(ers) - After the storming of the palace, the Captain of the Black Flag Guild, Captain Tonga De'kat has escaped along with a few of his fellow pirates, fleeing the palace on speeders. Two people will chase down the fleeing captain and finish him off so he doesn't come back... @KinkyPrawn, @Gian Greydragon ]
These threads shall be ASK, with the objective of securing a base of operations from which Drask and his affiliates might do business.

Konan Jak'ath
Jedi Learner

Konan, a relatively recent Jedi to the fragmented order, is a Togorian Male standing at 6ft and 10 inches tall, and weighing in at almost 280 pounds, Konan is 19 years of age. Despite the extremely wide and intimidating frame, the Togorian is a friendly giant and often carries a big smile on his face. Konan hopes to restore proper balance to the force and the galaxy, being a firsthand victim to the Empires tyranny, he holds the subject very close to his heart but does not let his emotions cloud his judgment.

Konan hopes to serve the rebellions interests in returning prosperity and peace to the galaxy, thwarting the tyrannic rule of factions fighting tooth and nail for personal glory.

Biography

dPCK27i.png

Born on the planet Togoria, from a young age Jak'ath was self-taught to be independent. His mother had many children. Having several brothers and a little sister, Konan often felt overwhelmed in the small home and spent a lot of time away from the house, exploring the rich forests of the planet and hunting with some of the other young Togorians in his group. Despite often being away from his family, Jak'ath loved them and was very protective over his little sister, Tig'ral.

Peace and isolation of the planet Togoria would soon cease, with the growing Imperial Republic at the time seeing a large prospect on the planet, they decided to invade it. Konan will never forget that night, still burned into his mind forever. The empires soldiers lined up like chess pieces on a board, retaining perfect composure as they gunned down and slaughtered innocent men, women, and children. As if this was some practice for them, the sight of this bloodshed being just another night as an Imperial soldier. The warriors in the village put up the best fight they could but fell to the superior technology of the empire.

Konan, who was not near the village during the initial attack, could hear the faint sounds of the screams and the blaster fire, as well as the wicked and violent cracking of the flames. Running towards the village as fast as he could, tears filling in his eyes as he cried out. By the time he had reached home, it was just a massive ball of fire, soon turning everything in it to ash. Konan could only stand and watch, completely powerless and afraid.

The Galactic Alliance got word of the Imperials assault on Togoria and sent fighters of their own to counter-act their advances and help supply the villages with better technology and means to defend themselves against the imperial weaponry. Konan was alone, sitting near his village as he stared into the blackness of the ash as it drifted away. Hearing voices from behind, he leaped up in fear, catching the attention of the soldiers who made their way towards Jak'ath. "We're not here to hurt you, little one." the soldier said. The confused and hurt Konan embraced the soldier, the first act of compassion he had received for days since his village was burned.

Having no family left, Konan asked the rebels if he could come with them to wherever they were going, saying he wanted to go with them. The rebels hesitantly agreed, and Konan began his new life on Yavin 4. Growing up under the wing of the rebellion, Konan was entranced by the ideals of resistance and freedom from the tyranny and oppression of the empire and other warring factions. If everything was evil in this galaxy, Konan believed this was the last vestige of good.

When Konan was of age he decided he wanted to fight for the Galactic Alliance, becoming a pilot. With two years of being a pilot, Konan forged several friendships and bonds with his fellow soldiers. The naive Togorian had believed the Jedi to be extinct, never seeing one, to him it was a myth that there was Jedi fighting for the Galactic Alliance. His skepticism soon went away when he was called to the planet Hoth for a reconnaissance mission. His eyes fell on a woman wearing robes, talking to a few generals who were present at the meeting, he didn't know at first, was this a Jedi?

Making his way to the woman, he asked her who she was, and why she was wearing that silly outfit. The Jedi woman smiled, her name was Anitha, a female human who was one of the Jedi Knights that remained mainly in the shadows to keep safe. The Jedi took great interest in Konan, resting her hand on his shoulder, she could feel the force was strong with him. Exuberated, she asked him if he wanted to learn the ways of the Jedi. Although feeling a rush of excitement, Konan maintained a stoic composure, demanding she proved herself a Jedi with some act of the force. To the togorians surprise, she didn't hesitate as Konan felt a rush of powerful wind lift him up from the ground. He yelled, demanding to be put down whilst laughing with the Jedi Knight afterward.

An immediate connection was formed, and from age 16 he began his journey training as a Jedi student under his master and deep friend Anitha. He followed her wherever she went, primarily in secret throughout the galaxy, keeping a low profile whilst helping whoever they could to make this crappy galaxy a little better, day by day.

Personality & Traits

Konan is both understanding and patient, showing love and compassion to those. Despite his horrible past, Konan is in control with his emotions, not without the help of his master who was helped guide and shape his former lust for revenge into a more productive willingness to move forward and help build a better world. He is laid-back and easy-going, but when on a serious mission is extremely focused and aware.

He has a strong sense of duty and honor, willing to sacrifice himself if need be if it means saving the lives of others. No matter the task, Konan shows commitment to it and tries with all of his ability to see that task through. Sometimes this works against him, as he doesn't know when to quit. Hard-headed and stubborn to his cause, he has no time for manipulators and schemers, seeing through their pathetic ploys to turn or control him or others.

Konan wants nothing else than to see a galaxy that doesn't need to be afraid of tyranny or war. In his years of training with his master as a padawan, intense meditation has helped to hone his communications with the force, he believes the force will guide him to do whatever necessary to ensure the dream succeeds.

Powers & Abilities

"Close your eyes, feel it. The light...it's always been there. It will guide you."

His force abilities currently include telekinesis, force sense, force push and pull, as well as using the force to enhance the speed of his movements in combat.

GvU6HiS.jpg

Harra's Nightclub, now formally known as Drask's Dive since the purchase, is an establishment located in the rural and rocky terrain in the twilight zone of Ryloth, located roughly a mile west from the K'ustirah Palace. The place fancies a collection of scum, villainy, and slaves, and is an up-and-coming social place on Ryloth for its seclusion and privacy on the bipolar planet. The place of business is made up of one main/central room, as well as a section disclosed for private rooms, and a VIP lounge room, where the Hutt himself can typically be found if he is at the establishment. Behind the stage is a small dressing/preparation room and also a hangout area for the Twi'lek dancers. Next to the cantina bar on the other side of the gambling machines is a smaller stage for performers or other musicians. Surrounding the stage is several chairs and other lounge furniture placed along with the main room. Towards the back of the wall is a bar. There is one main door at the front of the nightclub, and a secret blast door in the back near the VIP Lounge.

Within the establishment is a few gambling tables as well as a few gambling machines towards the back of the wall near the cantina bar. The stage offers the main lighting in the establishment, for the rest of the building primarily features dim blue or purple fluorescent lights. It is typically the building is filled with a slight fog from the number of hookah-pipes and other smoking done within the place. It is common for fights to break out constantly, and on a weekend night, it is a rather dull affair if less than three people die. Outside on the backside of the building is a large dumpster, which smells especially awful considering several bodies have been thrown into them from time to time.

Intent: To have a place of business and a social meeting place on Ryloth for my Hutt.
