Meeting (ask)

[Ser Yorick]

*Kane's Blaze emerged from hyperspace just outside the orbit of the jungle moon Yavin IV, the small starfighter swung in, ion trail jetting behind it. Lu Kane sat inside, breathing heavily, he had just escaped from the clutches of the Jedi once again. Carith Korso had betrayed him, Lu had gone to him for help, and he brought him to the Jedi, where they attacked him and tried to brainwash him back to their side. So here Lu was now, about to enter the atmosphere of Yavin IV, he was supposed to meet someone there, he had felt a call*

*He set his starship down in between a set of trees, leaped out and smoothed his bloodied tattered robes and brushed the hair from his eyes. He was exhausted and needed healing badly. Drops of blood ran from the wound in his shoulder that had been caused by Jedi Master Halleck. He pulled out a cloth from his pocket and used it to wipe off some blood, then stepped out from the trees into an open field, there was no wind, no sound as he stood out in the open*

*The same voice he had heard calling him before called upon what seemed to be the wind as it gently rose and moved across the once still plain and rustled his hair. The sounds of the planet seemed to be quietened as he heard the voice echo in his mind. It was urgent in meaning and yet instilled some sense of deep welling curiosity within him.*

Come to the east...follow where the wind takes you and you will find your answers...

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Something called out to him upon the wind, he looked up and around the field, seeing nothing that could have made the sound. Then he understood as the voice told him to go to the east and follow the wind, he brushed back his hair, and walked forward up a small hill. The wind blew again, he looked to the east and threw back his robes and kept moving on. Lu then stopped, as the wind had fallen, he was standing upon a moderately sized boulder on the top of a cliff, he looked up into the sky and sighed. He then straughtened his bloody robes and ran his hand through his hair tentatively*

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*He did not hear her approach from behind as the woman dressed in black closed off his only exit from the cliff. Only her face was visible under the curly mane of burnette hair. Her brown eyes looked him over closely as a farmer would his stock.*

"Your haste in coming is appreciated. You have the taint of a Jedi about you, but there is something else that doesn't agree with that."

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Without turning around Lu spoke, keeping an aura of smug cockiness about himself*

"I had a tussle with a few Jedi, yes, but as you can see I made it out alive"

*He turned about to face her, he looked her up and down quickly, she was beautiful, but had a deadly feel about her, a "don't mess with me" attittude*

"A Jedi master cut deep into my shoulder, and a few other minor injuries, he was apparently trying to get me to join their side once more, but of course that isn't about to work. So, lets get down to the point shall we? You called for me, why?"

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*The right corner of her mouth rose in a smirk at his insistence to get right down to business. Moving closer to him, she sets herself down on one of the nearby bolders and pulls her gloves off. Taking care to pull the glove off of each finger and laying each glove down neatly beside her, she finally speaks to him and raises her gaze. The smug look was in her own face this time.*

"I wouldn't call losing a limb a tussel. Nor would I call getting captured by the Jedi a little excursion. Not unless it was for a plan to get inside and mess with their minds. They so long to bring one of their lost ones back into their fold."

*She moves her hands over top her knee as she crosses her legs and looks to the ground for a moment. Her eyes then close and her smile intensifies.*

"Do you feel it here? Do you feel the darkness tied with this place?"

*Since he wanted to rush the meeting, she would delay it longer.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*He cocked a smile and turned his body around to follow her movements*

"You mean my leg? Ah well I had lost that a little while before I ran into the Jedi, it's something I'd rather not discuss"

*As she put her hand on her knee and spoke once again he raised his eyebrows and looked around*

"Of course I can feel it, but what relevance does that have to do with you calling me all the way out here? Is there something you'd like to show me, or is it something else?"

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*She let out a laugh again and held her hand out to him. What appeared to be a friendly move at first was far from it. As she turned her hand and lowered it, he felt pressure against his back pushing him down to the ground.*

"Actually, I have a lot to show you. First we will deal with your arrogance. Now sit down and shut up. Listen and do not answer unless I ask you a question. If you cannot follow this simple rule, I shall cut your tongue out of your mouth."

*The smile never left her face, but he could tell she meant every word.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*The pressure on his back forced Lu into a bow position, he knew what she was doing, she was showing him who was boss and it most definitely wasn't him. He gave no resistance but looked up into her eyes, never letting his gaze falter. He stayed in that position and kept his mouth shut, waiting for her to continue*

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*She smiles deeper at his obeying her wishes and gets to her feet. Walking around him, she continues to speak.*

"There is a great darkness here where persons fell. Tell me, Jedi, what do you even know about the darkness that can consume a heart?"

*The word Jedi was meant to send waves of anger down him as a test. She wanted to see just how much he dispised his former life.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*At the word Jedi, Lu shuddered, not from fear, but from the hatred inside him. It lashed out in his body, oh how he hated the Jedi, they were fools*

"What do I know of darkness Lordess? Darkness is in my soul, I feel it within me every waking moment, ever since I took my first life, and felt it leave him. I had crushed his skull with my foot, unmercifully, he was unarmed, but the rage within me would not cease"

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

"Correction. You have tasted some of the darkness, but anger and hatred is only a beginning point. It is these things that lead to darkness, but they in themselves are not darkness. I can sense your wanting revenge. Why?"

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Lu's head turned up, his eyes still locked on hers*

"Why? because they shunned me, because they tried to force my emotions deep within myself, to force upon me their own vision of the man I should be. I should be the one in control of my emotions and my life! Not them! Not them and their high and mighty opinion of themselves"

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

"Would you like to manipulate them and their own emotions? Test the very fabric of their beliefs and show them just how vulnerable they are? Do you want to rip at the very fabric of what holds the Republic together?"

*She stopped before him and locked her own gaze with his own. Her hand reaches out and grasps his chin tightly in her grip. Her eyes show a murderous intent full of hatred. Her fingernails dig into the flesh sending a slight tinge of pain through him.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Lu's eyes burn bright once more, his passion showing outward*

"Yes, doing so I could make them crumble, show them how the Force is meant to be. Show them how their ideals are false and obscure, how their Republic is only an illusion, that it is corrupt and unbeauicratic"

*As she dug her nails into his chin and ignited a bit of pain, he welcomed it, letting the sensation course through his body. He had felt much pain this day, and this was nothing compared to it*

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*Her smile turned more gentle as she withdrew her hand.*

"I can show you the way, but the path is not an easy one. I can give you all the tools to unleash your anger and hatred towards the Jedi. Is this the path you want to walk down? for if you walk down this path, there is no returning. Straying only will lead to death."

 

[Ser Yorick]

*In his eyes, the answer was reflected, it was just plain easy to predict what he would say*

"Yes... that is the path which I chose, and I can assure you, I will not stray. If you would take me as an apprentice, I would show you no failure, no lack of faith, your will would be my command"

*Lu lowered his head, and put his hands to the ground in an offering of his allegience*

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

"Good. Very good, Kane. Now rise and let us leave this place. Time is drawing close and there is so much to teach you..."

*She turned and walked away from him. Her intentions were clear. He was to leave all behind that once was his and follow her with abandonment. All of his past was behind him. He was about to be born anew.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Lu stood up slowly and deliberately, he shook his robes and brushed back his hair, looked back up to the sky and turned to follow her. He was about to leave everything behind, and he wasn't going to regret it, whatever had happened, it was done now, he was going to start over. As a new man*
