ISP-1123 moved through the labyrinthine hallways of the Imperial Palace on Coruscant. The red cape of his uniform training behind him as he walked with a purpose. It was his first time back at the palace since the new Empress had taken leadership of the Empire and so he had been called home, back to the center of the Galaxy, if not physically, but politically. The black and silver vibrosword in his hand glinted in the afternoon light as he continued towards the throne room itself. The Throne Room was in the center of the palace, and labyrinthine walkways and halls made access time consuming and difficult. This had been only intentional in part, once the palace had been much smaller, but over 500 years the palace had grown, splayed out, and taken up ever more space on the giant city world. It was a good thing, then, that as part of his training, deep within the bowels of this complex, he had been forced to memorize every secret passage and shortcut nestled within the walls.

It was to the surprise of one of the many Aides that scrambled through the palace that ISP-1123 appeared from one such passage behind them, causing him to startle and drop his many datapads. As such, ISP-1123 smiled and stepped around the man. Still got it. He thought to himself, as he approached the door to the throne room at long last. Slowly, he forced himself to slow his breathing and become calm. He was actually getting a bit nervous, after all, for all his time in the Royal Guard, he had never been called to assignment guarding their leader. With a heavy exhalation, and a click as the seal closed, the visor systems clocked on and ISP-1123 strode through the doors at last, ready to for the most important assignment of his life.

This was the first time that Imperial agent Ben Kennic had entered the Imperial Palace on Coruscant, and it was intimidating. The sheer size of the palace alone amazed Ben. While Ben did not know much about architecture, the elaborate halls and delightful decorations that adorned them was beautiful in their own way. The purpose of this visit to the palace was to meet with the Empress. Ben only knew of himself attending the meeting, and did not know the actual details of why he was summoned. Nevertheless, he came in high spirits hoping to first congratulate the empress's rise to power after the previous treasonous emperor, and second to discuss matters on the increasing influence of the Mandalorians.

Imperial agent Kennic passed an aid who was apparently dropped his datapads. Ben paused to help the man, receiving many thanks in a quick nervous voice. Ben then continued on his journey, finally approaching the hall leading to the Empress's throne room. Guarding the door were two Royal guards. He approached them, and took out his personal datapad with the message from one of the Empress's many aides, requesting that Ben arrive immediately. "Imperial Agent Ben Kennic to meet with the Empress." One of the guards took the datapad to check the validity of the message, and opened the door, guestering for Ben to enter. During the whole process, the guards said nothing, their expressions concealed behind their visors, standing at the ready.

Lyanna had heard about them and she had seen very little of them before now.

When she had been making her moves and dethroning Elix, these men and women had not stood in her way. This was both a good thing and a bad thing for her. It was good because it meant she could take the throne and it suggested that they didn't have any issues with her. It was bad because it meant that the part of the military dedicated to the protection and service of the throne had decided that the current Emperor needed to be replaced and so had allowed it to happen.

There had been no resistance to her ascending to the throne after all and that? Well that was cause for a small amount of alarm at the very least. It was something that would need to be addressed. Lyanna was waiting in the throne room now for one such member of her Royal Guard and she wanted to test him.

She wanted to see just how loyal he was.

How devoted.

She was prepared to be impressed or disappointed. Smiling slightly when the door opened, she was sat on one of the steps at the base of the throne rather than the throne itself. She would be alone with the Royal Guard member, save for another two of her household guard from before she became Empress.

"Ah... ISP-112...3 is it?" She greeted him, looking up from her datapads, "Nice to meet you finally."

As for the other?

"And... Ben is it?"
