Astridia looked up, blinking a couple times to make sure she had heard Trinidia right. Stay here in this apartment? Spare bedroom? That was hard to believe or even remotely comprehend. It didn't feel right, coming from someone who was both drunk and had such a terrible backstory. Something told her the detective didn't do this on the daily, giving a room to someone they hardly knew. So Astrid must have been doing something right. Maybe it was the fact that she looked miserable enough to warrant such a need. Or maybe they were both more drunk than they thought.

The offer was welcome either way. She nodded, and the movement made her a little lightheaded as she fell back into the seat, wincing slghtly at the impact. Astrid nodded to the prosthetic legs, having noticed their incredible stability powers. She pulled the bottle of alcohol from under her back and gently tucked it back into the liquor cabinet. Her right hand reached up to grab the bridge of her nose as she stood up again, sighing and rather irritated at her mishaps so far.

"You're too kind, Detective...I'm sure I can..make it back to an apartment or something..."

Oh dear, she hadn't even tried walking in a straight line yet.

Trinidia eyed the woman up and down rather obviously, trying make an clear note that it was easy to tell what kind of state the Imperial was truly in. She did fear that maybe her offer sounded strange considering how little they knew each other, but she had already offered it so she wasn't going to back away from it.

"Well I'm not going to stop you if you do decide to head somewhere else, but the offer still stands. And It's warmer inside here than outside trying to find yourself somewhere to stay."

She didn't sit back down like her body was desperately telling her to, instead she turned and walked back over to her desk. Walked was a not the best way to describe her movement, hobbled would have been a much better way of describing it. With a thud she leant up against the side of the desk and grabbed her packet of cigarras.

"Either way if there's anymore help you need with," she gestured to Astridia's backpack containing the folder she had brought with her, "I'll help. Though not to be rude, I would need to charge. I need to keep the rent coming in some how."

With that she, against all drunken odds, managed to lite up a cigarra and take a slow drag, filling her lung with the harmful smoke.

Astrid shrugged and stared at Trinidia through drunken eyes while the woman gave her a once-over. She had to admit, it was an appealing offer considering how high the chance was that the Imperial would be embarking on a perilous journey which would have taken no more than five minutes if she was in good condition--which she wasn't. The woman watched as her newfound detective ally limped over to her desk and went to light up a cigarra. Extra payment wouldn't be that much of a big deal, considering that Astrid was planning on paying her anyways.

Especially so since she had gotten a drink and now a room. She nodded again, ignoring the smoky smell that now filled the room from the pack of cigarras.

"I don't need any more help about this case I'm afraid...but in the instance that the Republica requires your assistance, I will be glad to contact you again. As for this, I have every intention of paying you for your services...and I appreciate the room."

Astrid guessed that was obvious enough to show her decision had been made, and she took a few steps across the room, making an effort to attempt to not stumble. That would just be embarrassing, considering her status as an Imperial agent. Agent Kazaczecho, reduced to a drunken mess in under ten minutes or so. Absolutely fitting title. Maybe she needed to drink more, it might have made things easier for her to handle.

Probably would come in handy in the near future, considering her occupation.

It was easy to see from an outside perspective that they were both on the spectrum lightweights, though Trinidia was more use to being brunk. Even with more experience that didn't mean she wouldn't wake up tomorrow and clearing remember all the events of tonight. She even realized there might be a chance with the hangover that she forgets that she offered the room to Astridia, which wouldn't be surprising considering Trinidia wasn't sure if anyone had ever stayed in it before.

"I would prefer it if the Republica didn't require service of me considering I already performed by duty to them. But I guess if they were to offer a price I couldn't refuse, well..."

Trinidia could tell her speech was slurring, but she tried to ignore it and hide it behind a layer of smoking. She was surprised that the the Imperial hadn't brought up the smoke considering how bad it was for you and that the academies all taught you to keep yourself as healthy as possible.

"The rooms down the hall, first on the left. At the end of the hall you'll find a bathroom if you feel you need it."

Trinidia voted to stay firmly planted where she was on the desk at the moment, not wanting to test how far the legs would be able to carry her until she fell. Hopefully she would make it to her room later, if not the couch was probably as good as any place to spend the night.
