The Sith will have a encounter with the revered sword-combat culture of the planet Adumar. In their mission, they’ll teach Sith fighting techniques to the Humans who developed their art in order to impress the chieftain that the Sith are worthy to spread their influence over the people.

Adumar, Early Afternoon, Chieftan’s Resort Home

Darth Perilius took a long journey to reach this far out planet. It was quite isolated from most, but the Sith Lord found it a potential asset for the Sith. As with the other missions in his small campaign, this advent to Adumar was placed in order to obtain allies that would possibly become assets within Imperial ranks. His research into the planet included the fact that the natives of this planet were strongly adept with sword fighting. In order to introduce them and diffuse Sith culture, he and his comrade were to teach them Sith fighting technique and hopefully impress the chieftain in the process. If they were to succeed, then the Siths’ sphere of influence would enter a new sector which could fuel the defense against the enemies that flung themselves at the Order.

Perilius’ ship landed upon the beach he was directed to in order to wait for their host to take them to the chieftain. Whenever he exited his ship, he stood upon the beach in near isolation: the calm shores with the relaxing resort house in the distance gave a soothing feeling to the lord that he wouldn’t find anywhere else; especially with the wars and constant fights going on throughout the Galaxy. He waited for his partner and the natives to meet with him as he stood in silence.

Jarek arrived not long after Darth Perilius, his own shuttle landing smoothly on the beach not too far from the Sith Lord's ship. His ship's comlink beeped as he finished his landing process, indicating the imminent arrival of the Adumari delegation.

Debarking from his ship, Jarek strode towards Darth Perilius, coming to a stop before him. "My Lord." He greeted the Sith, bending forwards into a bow.

Glancing towards the skyline, Jarek wondered how the locals would arrive. From the research he had been able to do into Adumari culture before he arrived, Jarek could only assume that the famed pilots would arrive aboard starfighters.

Their method of arrival didn't really matter though. What mattered to Jarek was just how good of a fight he could get out of this.

Adumar prized its independence; while the Mandalorians and the Sith fought their war, the people of this temperate planet lived in peace. Adumar was known for two things: its swordsmen and its starfighter pilots, and both had plenty of time to hone their skills for the inevitable war that would come to their doorstep. Though they expected the Mandalorians to come knocking first, given the recent dissolution of the Empire, it was the Sith who arrived first, eager to lay claim to this world and its inhabitants. It was bound to happen sooner or later, and the chieftains steeled themselves for the encounter that was to come.

The outsiders landed on the beach as they were directed, a positive sign that, perhaps, the Sith would indeed listen to the Adumari people. The scouts reported this to their leaders and hopped on their speeders to meet the newcomers, curious as to how the negotiations will go. Within minutes, four speeder bikes and one speeder arrived. The drivers did not hop out, but rather simply looked at the two Sith and motioned towards the empty seats in the speeder.

”Come with us,” one of the scouts suggested, his tone amiable and non-hostile. Provided the Sith took up the offer and joined the Adumari party, they would turn and blaze the trail back to their home where their leaders awaited. The journey would take about a half-hour, and the Adumari escort did not seem much for talking. They were here only to escort the Sith, nothing more. Once they had arrived to a modest village, the convoy would halt and the Sith would be escorted out. At the center of the village stood several Adumari figures, legendary swordsmen in their own right. At each one’s waist hung an elaborate blastsword, as well as a vibrosword. Everyone present – for a small crowd had gathered to see the Sith – was dressed modestly in robes or other normal clothing, but each carried a blade of their own.

The elders stood to the side of a particularly grizzled man whose face looked like he had fallen under the ire of a combine. Scars and scratches lined his weathered face, and the years of his life tallied themselves in the wrinkles of his skin. Wise and experienced eyes sat deep in their hollow sockets, the steel blue irises regarding the incoming Sith with curiosity. His tongue traced his chapped lips, a small bit of pink poking out through his otherwise dense, impressive beard. He went by the name Barus, though the nickname throughout the nation of Cartann marked him as “The Sunsword,” for whatever reason. He paid little mind to foolish nicknames.

He waited, hands clasped together in front of his flowing robes, for the Sith to approach.

Darth Perilius had watched as his comrade landed beside his ship, with the crusader stepping out and meeting with the Sith Lord on the tranquil beaches. He was given a respectful bow, which we responded with,”Welcome, Crusader. They shall be here soon to take us to the chieftain..”

Soon enough, speeders containing their escorts would arrive as the two would follow them onto the bikes, which he’d sit in one of the empty seats. The ride that followed was longer than Perilius would thought, but his patience was was high as he relaxed upon the journey. It was silent as he desired it to be; he didn’t want to have to socialize about the Sith culture at least for now. The calm neutrality Adumar had relaxed him, and continued to strengthen his idea that he had no intention to take over the planet, rather obtain allies that could mutually benefit from each other.

Soon enough, they’d arrive in the center of the village and head for where they’d be displaying the Sith fighting culture. Whenever he and his comrade arrived, eyes of curiosity began to look upon them as the most powerful Warriors from the planet watched them. Perilius did not fear or believe himself to be utterly superior to them, but he was curious about how they’d react to his fighting style and their demeanor towards the Sith. One man of obvious experience and age stood in the center of multiple elders in fine robes; a chieftain of all of them. This was the man they were to impress in order to obtain a new ally.

“Greetings, Chieftan Barus. I appreciate your invite to display and discuss each others cultures..” the Sith Lord said with a respectful bow of the head. “The reason that brought me here was out of curiosity rather than imperialize Adumar. The new Order desires allies rather than colonies after all. I hope the Diffusion of eachothers cultures will be of mutual benefit..” he said with upliftment. He’d keep his distance, ready to show off whatever he’d need to about Sith combat.

“Shall I display our style first or would you rather go first?” He asked as he felt the force flow him, not with anger or rage but with focus and passion.

The Sith Acolyte stood rather cautiously, eyeing both the Lord and the native. He nodded to the Lord, pulling out his saber and igniting it. Stepping forward, he entered the center of the 'stage' as it were. This was nothing more than a show, a farce of combat to showcase the nature and might of their style. While Atraxis had never developed a personal style, he was quite experienced with the formal style taught by all training facilities and at the Temples within the Sith Order.

Atraxis remained stationary, looking no more that a statue with his saber out as he regarded the warriors from beneath his mask. His eyes roaming over their bodies, eyeing the movements and patterns they might exclude to begin dissecting them mentally. He would not be caught off guard, and after his experience back in his own training facility, he for all intents and purposes was on a hair trigger should he need to react.

He slowly turned his head halfway to the side to regard the Lord behind him, "I am prepared Darth Perilius, they may send whoever they wish. I shall attempt to provide sufficient show to appease their expectations and your own." he said curtly, his words short and to the point. Depending on how intuitive the Darth was, he would see he would not get much else out of the young man, yet if it triggered his senses, he would feel the force seeping from every pore on Atraxis's body as he used it to heighten his physical limits in preparation for combat.

Roman stared at the Sith Lord as Perilius had to suddenly disappear from the village. Perhaps he had forgotten to void while they were on their luxurious cruiser or perhaps it was more pressing Imperial responsibilities. In either case, he found it strange that a Darth would be present to showcase Sith fighting techniques to villagers. Not that there was anything wrong with it, but in the days of yore, such delegations fell to Acolytes and Crusaders. Luckily, he was here and happy to fill in.

The Sith was dressed in a shroud of marauder robes, ebony in nature while his corrupted eyes of yellow sulfur burned from underneath the helm.
Roman moved closer towards the Chieftain Barus, nodding towards the man before glancing at the warriors gathered around them. It was a show of their strength, after all, with the obsession Sith had for might, it would be poor sport if they did not show their absolute best. Roman's attention turned towards the other Sith next to him, an armored hand gently coming to rest on the man's lightsaber wrist. "No need for our lightsabers here..." He spoke.

Eyes quickly shifted over to a young woman standing behind Barus. His Daughter perhaps? If he impressed them enough, perhaps he'd get an opportunity at her....

Gaze turned back towards Barus as Roman unsheathed his Sith Sword, holding the blade in his right grasp.
"Shall we begin?" He asked towards the Chieftain.
