Some cats "murr" and some cats "purr" and some cats "gurr" which can all have the same meaning of "touch me like you do, l-love me like you do" (screw you Elle Golding, but perfect use found), though if it isn't in an instance where they're receiving attention then I'm not sure. I'd have to know in what instance they are making that noise, like the situation. You see sometimes cats don't even make meows, they click too (like when they're looking at the window and can't get to their prey, scientists think it is anxiety or agitation), so who knows XD Furthermore sometimes sounds have a similar, but slightly different, meaning such as "I like that" or "I really like that" or "I'm addicted", so the specifics could remain elusive to us.

ANd no, I am not an expert in cats, I just read a lot, they're my favorite animal,. and I have a rate of recall that ranges from 80% to 90%
