Mission Limit

Hey there! So this is just a real quick thing, but we've decided that with the missions we're going to limit people to one conflict mission at a time. The reason for this is that if your character dies in one of these missions, either while trying to complete it or trying to hinder someone else, then suddenly we've got huge issues with any other conflict threads you're in, since technically your character is dead but they're still there.

As for non-conflict missions, we're limiting those to three per character.

So you can have a single character in one conflict mission at a time. This counts both for Sith missions and Jedi/BA/etc missions you joined to try and disrupt. The last thing we want is for your character not only to die, but for their death to then cause all kinds of chaos that will need to be sorted out and will just generally be a headache for everyone involved.

Maaan - I wish to a degree we could include ourselves in possibly 2 conflict RP's at once. Only one at a time kind of limits the ability to especially jump in on enemy Jedi missions, especially if you are waiting for your current thread to progress, it kinda leaves you stuck waiting unfortunately.

Yeah, but waiting is better than dying in one thread and screwing over your group in the other because you were in two at once.

True enough, and understandable. Does this only include Conflict Missions, or can it be applied in any Open setting? For example, if my character is currently engaged in Mission A., and I want to take part in a non-faction mission Open thread (or even basic PvP occurances) would that still apply, or would it not? Given the second RP I theoretically want access to isn't a faction RP on either side (our mission or jumping into an enemy's conflict mission), more in the example of getting PvP in an open thread, if it specifically isn't a mission of any kind. Hope this question makes sense. lol!

This is just conflict missions, since that's really all I have control over. I can't stop you from joining an open thread someone puts up, but if it's a conflict mission posted by a faction, keep it to one.

Also, if you're looking for something to do while you wait for mission replies, just find someone to start an RP thread with. Another Sith on Korriban or Yavin IV or any of their other worlds; some random, etc. Don't be afraid to post a thread in an OOC board just looking for RP.

Also just be aware that if you die in an open thread and are in an unrelated conflict mission you'll be screwing over your group in that thread.

Hey! Sorry for the double post, but I updated the OP and removed the restriction on non-conflict missions. If it's a non-conflict mission, go for as many as you like. They're far easier to sort out if a character dies in another thread than missions where their life is on the line.
