Missions - all welcome

I'm looking for some NPCs to do some missions for the Jedi. I'd like them to be actual players if possible, but if you're willing to just NPC I'd greatly appreciate it and promise to return the favor should you need it. Looking to get the missions more Player v. Player not so much Player v Him/herself.

That said the current Jedi Missions need some pirates/extremists to go through space from Trevi IV to Naboo in hopes of dropping off a Biological Bomb to Naboo.

The other mission I currently have written up would be a group taking over a Radnor Research Station. I can see a lot of potential for this one with Players v Player, any Mercs or Hutt characters could easily decide which facility they took, and it being a high-tech research facility anyone involved could find something neat for their character to use. IE) New weapons, armor, etc.

If interested in doing either of these please post here. Jedi post in the sign-up thread on the board. Just know signing up with these with a real character could result in death, but the same goes for Jedi, you could get yourself a kill.

If you want to get 2-4 people for that Az I'd appreciate it. Probably 2 or 3 would be best number as there is going to be at least 2 Jedi, dont need a huge group of postees haha.

I might be making a character here pretty soon who could have a reason to be involved in the tech mission. Although he is working for the Republic, he'd often be told to do things that may make him seem not part of the Republic (because he isn't supposed to exist as part of the Republic) to covertly help his organization out. I've been talking the character idea over with Jiang since he's the head of the Republic, and so far he seems fine with the idea. Idk, I think it would be quite intresting, although if he was involved in the mission I wouldn't recommend having too many Padawan characters around seeing as how they could end up in body bags. And it wouldn't be a seige, probably just him blowing a lot of shit up and stealing a lot of tech data at almost no cost to him or the organization.

I like the idea, I'd prefer it if maybe it was a siege, maybe your character could be part of a group that breaks into the facility, and he kind of goes off on his own, gets split up? You could RP the NPC'd group if no one else joins in and perhaps take on the Jedi only to escape/lose give up his cover/etc some idea to that extent. Let me know, I'll have you be the main plot point in the thread for sure.

Ping you could be a merc in the group, Sleven you could be the Republic undercover in it, and XII could RP the rest of the group we'll say 3 men the leader and 2 side men maybe the number 2 unless Ping wants that and some underbelly guy. Thoughts?

If another person is needed, I can go for the research station mission with one of my actual characters. The only thing is, he's a lone wolf type - doesn't work with others, ever.

Hmmm, my thoughts is that it might not work for the character I was gonna make then. Most of his stuff is solo/within organization covert operations. And no one can find out about the existance of him or his branch at ALL costs. Even if it means offing fellow Republic/Jedi people. For the greater good... so to speak. I couldn't see him working with other people not in his organization unless he planned to just retrieve the tech data and then off them in the end.

Thoughts?

Uhhh......if you're asking if I'd like to be the second-in-command of the group, I'm personally indifferent as to what position my character has.

I also might have to modify my character's profile slightly, but if there is a change, it probably will be a minor one.

I'll say you can participate if you wish, but since your character will be looked at as a member of an assaulting group or a spy the Jedi may attempt to kill/take you in. If you're willing to participate knowing that and your character holds his intel then you're more than welcome to join in on it.

Trakon, if you want in on any of the missions there was a 3rd posted today as well if you wanna take a look, need a person to NPC that gang or potentially be the leader/member of it and RP the rest. Probably going to be a couple Jedi on that one, but chances of a death in that RP is a lot slimmer. I might actually be doing that RP with Jiang, and two padawans or one of my others.

If someone just wants to do a solo RP as an enemy in the Ragnor RP I'm fine with it, but probably going to go on who would reply the most/is active.

To avoid a "you killed my character" OOC thread I might just pass on this one. Seeing as both Jedi and any people who would decide to go along with my character on this one could easily end up dead.

The first duel thread I was ever in taught me that a lot of people suck at roleplaying combat anyways.
