Nero watched Geeva stutter like a train, growing a little uneasy that he'd upset her if he simply opened his mouth again. He stretched his legs out in front of him on the floor, and his boots made dull thudding sounds on the metal, which he noticed was very warm all of a sudden. He stood and felt the wall behind him as well. Also very warm.
"What happened to the A.C.?" he asked, disgruntled. "Or more importantly, where's that heat coming from?" He walked to the end of the hall and looked up the elevator shaft. "Hey you! Droid man, what's goin' on up there?" he called up the shaft, but no one could hear him. "Do I have to have a little chat with your boss?" Obviously, the young man didn't figure out that the best way to solve the problem was to actually use the lift. Nero smacked himself on the forehead and took a deep breath to calm down. He then proceeded to make his way back down the hall again.
"Did anyone else notice the heat in here? I could've sworn it was freezing when we first arrived." he said.
