This was Emilia's first visit to Bastion. It seemed a good location, considering how close it was to other rebel planets. Besides, she'd arranged a meeting with an underworld contact here to help take care of some side business. Her main objective here could wait for a moment.

That was why Emilia was walking through the underworld of Bastion for the moment. Wearing her scoundrel garb, though she'd taken the time to dye it black for this mission. This way, it'd be harder to connect it to anything she'd done before, and she'd still blend in with the every day riff-raff.

But? She had an unusual partner today. Another Jedi, and not Tiberius. Emilia was not use to working with many other Jedi, so the experience was going to be new. Still, the man was willing and seemed able. He was also older than her, so he likely had more experience, both as a Jedi and in battle.

Emilia turned a corner, into an alleyway, where a male human with brown hair and dark eyes was leaning against the wall. "Ah, there you are," the man said, giving a playful smirk. Emilia couldn't see the smirk though, since the man had the lower half of his face covered with a scarf, and she wouldn't have given him a smile back anyway even if she could see it. "And this is your friend, I assume, who's looking to do some business."

The small sephi nodded, gesturing toward Jon. She'd let Jon speak first, if he wanted to, otherwise she'd take over.

Jon didn't often work with other Jedi, but Emilia seemed to be an odd one in that regard. She too seemed to share his preference for operating alone, though whether out of necessity or choice he did not know. But then he didn't know much about her at all, so this was a good opportunity to make amends on that front.

Dressed as he normally was, which made him look more like a gung-ho gunslinging wise-ass than a Jedi, he fit in with the crowd Emilia seemed to hang with, and didn't feel particularly out of place as she lead them through parts of Bastion he might not have normally frequented. But the contact that she brought him to, he was much like many of his own informants and contacts across the Outer Rim.

"From what I hear," he responded with an easy smile on his lips and a hand reaching out to shake the contact's hand, not really giving him much of an option in the matter, "if you want something done here then you're the man to find. I always say, work with the best and they'll take care of the rest. No matter the cost." He leaned in to continue in a slighter softer, conspiratorial, tone. "And with things like these, can't be too careful, can you?"

He let out a chuckle, carefully using flattery, his own natural charm, and the subtle promise of good pay, to get into the good graces of Emilia's contact. Years of having to get information out of people like him, who worked on the edge or on the wrong side of the law, had prepared him for times like these.

Apparently, Jon's flattery worked. The other man smiled, enough where the smile reached his eyes. Flattery was not Emilia's style, so she flicked her eyes to Jon for a moment with a hint of judgement but then got over it. It was the first she'd seen a Jedi so friendly. Then again, once again, she hadn't worked with many Jedi.

"You'd be right. I'm the best you can get around here," the man answered with a wink towards Jon, pushing off the wall to stand in front of the two Jedi. "You got your specifications?" the man asked Jon and waited for an answer.

Emilia waited for Jon to give his answer too. Once he did, she'd speak herself, "I also need something done." She hadn't told Jon she'd come here for herself too, but she didn't exactly tell people everything she was up to. She unclipped a datapad from her belt and proffered it to the scoundrel in front of the two Jedi.

On the datapad was a request for fake imperial IDs. Many of them. Hundreds if possible. Along with that, a request to recreate imperial uniforms from all levels of their military. She was aware Kanlel (the scoundrel) didn't sew, but he had connections himself and could more then likely fill the order. He was also very trustworthy, which was why she selected him for both herself and Jon.

The scoundrel took a look at the datapad she handed him and smiled. "Yup, looks all good. Can do, madam," he said with wink towards her this time, giving Emilia a playful bow.

Jon maintained his easy manner as the man replied, and dipped a hand into a pocket to pull out a datachip, one loaded with some basic information. Name, planet of birth, profession, the list that Emilia had told him the man would need to create the identity he wanted. "Got it right here!" He replied as he wagged the chip in his hand before handing it over. The request was fairly simple, identifying him as a licensed private investigator, which would allow him to get authorizations through official channels on most worlds. A means for him to continue doing what he did without broadcasting to the Galaxy that he was a Jedi.

He let Emilia conclude her deal with the man, not knowing enough about the woman to guess if it was odd that she had clubbed two jobs into one, or if it was just the norm with her. Either way, he waited patiently, and only when their deal was concluded and Kanlel left, making them a promise to have everything ready as promptly as he could without drawing any suspicion. Which left the two Jedi with a dilemma, either they stay on planet and wait for him, or leave and return when their orders were ready.

He was about to ask about that when he spotted something, his height allowing him to follow Kanlel for some time and through the crowd he noticed something. The man had picked up a tail.

"I think we have trouble." He said is a soft voice, so soft that only someone with the sharp ears of a Sephi would be able to hear. "There's someone trailing our friend. Two someone's, and they don't look friendly." Watching the two men who were discretely following Kanlel for a few more moments, he started moving to keep them in sight. "Come on," he said, before remembering that this was Emilia's gig, "we give chase, right?" Unless she objected he would begin leading the way to stalk the would be stalkers.
