DESCRIPTION​

The MR4 series is a protocol droid produced by Cybot Galactica. Designed to assist organics in the niceties of etiquette and protocol, the droid can also function as a translator, clerk, receptionist, secretary, or any one of numerous public relations or administrative positions. They are a popular item among the diplomat community, as well as with large businesses.

The MR4 is designed on a humanoid, vaguely feminine form-factor, sheathed in a polished inoxium casing. Notably, the MR4's face-plate is molded to closely resemble a human face, although its metallic composition allows for no mobility of features, a fact which some beings find mildly unsettling. Even so, the MR4 is a decent enough protocol droid, being equipped with a language databank encompassing 3 million recognized forms of communication. Other features include an etiquette & protocol databank encompassing the customs of over 100,000 individual worlds, and business & administration databank with government and business practices for just as many. Other equipment includes a reader socket for datacards, a standard I/O socket for computer and network interface and a variable-pitch vocabulator for accurate linguistic recreation.

MR4s are found across the Galaxy in any number of roles, from low-level office drudgery to diplomatic translation at the highest levels. Out of the box, MR4s are somewhat impassive and tend not to speak much unless spoken to, however a lack of frequent memory wipes will bring out more distinct personalities.

No. MR4-series protocol droids are quite common across the Galaxy, and are easy to buy, steal or otherwise acquire. This is a re-skin.

This is not how reskins work. You have simply copy pasted the entire write-up for the MR4 and just changed the image. A reskin is a submission with different aesthetics and description but with the same or worse abilities than an approved piece of tech. So a reskin of the MR4 would have similar tech and functionality to the MR4 but would need its own description and details.

@Wit is absolutely correct, @Meckabro. More than that, the image you have chosen will have to be changed. That Droid model is canon, and will as such not exist for several thousand years. Please use an image from outside Star Wars media, if at all possible.
