My new bike

My Christmas gift from my granddad that I just got this past weekend. It's a Gary Fisher Mako which runs around $230. I also got about $170 worth of extras for the bike too... (mini bike pump, seat bag, multitool, patch kit, waterbottle cage, 5 year maintence contract, helmet...)

yes, my bike is alright - i probably would have a better one if i was bothered to but i thought i just needed a bike so i went into the shop and just got the first on that was there - ill find a pic of it...there we go...

mine isnt not too bad - slightly at the lower end of the price scale at £390 - but i needed one fast and i couldnt be bothered to get it all seperatly

only bought it for my cycling trips - done a couple of overnight trips etc - and a 3 day one aswel - that was the best
i dont London to Brighton aswel - was pretty cool - but i think i need to get some SPD's and maybe some lighter tyres for road cycling - like yours mine are made more for mountains

my friend has 2 bikes worth over £1000 each - the bloody suspension cost him around £450 - more than my bike

Yeah.. I could have gotten a bike that was much better but since I am gonna be using it at college I figured that getting a $400 bike would be a DUMB idea. So I got one thats still pretty damn nice. Plus... the color fucking rocks. Lime green fucking rocks
