Origin:
Created by an exiled Shaman of Kro Var, this small handcrafted, partially burned book was located amidst the ruins of a distant, mostly destroyed planet in Unknown Space. The author, simply known as 'Youth' by Alhazred and the Jedi, was a prodigy in the Force, but was exiled due to his usage of the Force that did not include the Elements.
The picture on the cover is a remarkable imitation of Alhazred. Despite the undeniable fact that Youth lived and died before Alhazred was born, the image is uncanny, and pieces of the text refer to a shared vision both Alhazred and Youth had. Youth believed that Alhazred was some kind of spirit that interfered with his training. While Alhazred denies this possibility, some unanswered questions indicate that the past and the future interacted and affected each other.

This book carries extensive knowledge on a variety forms of Kinesis taught by the Shapers of Kro Var, as well as numerous theories on how the Force interplays with the elements. Anyone in possession of it has access to training excercises and theories on applications of the variety of forms of elemental kinesis. such as Pyrokinesis and terrakinesis.
Intent: To create a personal artifact resulting from Alhazred's short but vision involved adventure, as well as an explanation for why he has begun to learn forms of kinetic powers.
