DESCRIPTION
This particular Delta-7 starfighter has a story that follows many of the galaxy's major events. Originally assigned to Myla Lessi for the Battle of Geonosis, it became her personal starfighter. During the Battle of Jabiim, where Myla was captured, the ship was reassigned to a different Jedi. During its possession by said Jedi, the fighter was equipped for infiltration missions by giving it an afterburner and a cloaking device. Following the Purge, the ship was placed in a warehouse with other miscellaneous weapons and equipment and, essentially, left to rot. However, soon after the Battle of Endor, the warehouse was discovered by members of the New Republic, who either commandeered or sold most of the technology. The Delta-7, being an incredibly rare and valuable ship, was transported to the capital for placement in a museum. However, en route, the shipment was intercepted by a group of pirates who looted the items on board. Unfortunately, during the attack, the cloaking device on the fighter was badly damaged. Not realizing the high worth of such a craft, they took the Aethersprite-class interceptor and sold it on the black market. It ended up in another warehouse, where it was again forgotten. There, Myla rediscovered her old ship while checking on illicit activities in the area and, after having it fixed up and finding a compatible hyperdrive ring, flew it back to Takonda.The ship itself proudly sports its original colors (well, repainted, but same scheme), including the Old Republic roundel.
LEGALITY
Restricted. The Delta-7 Aethersprite-class interceptor is undeniably a combat starship and is subject to increased scrutiny by authorities. In addition, these fighters may be prohibited in anti-Jedi systems.INTENT
