Narr Noft is a former Sector Ranger charged for the damage of private property and the murder of four civilians who were simply doing their jobs. While he may or may not have directly ended these peoples lives, he lead the illegal raid that resulted in them. The Sector Rangers have offered their support in bringing this rogue ranger to justice.

Alone his threat is likely low as whatever plans he had while murdering these four innocent civilians was clearly not thought through. However as a man with knowledge of the underworld he may be able to find other outlaws to help shield him from his heinous crimes.

Client Information

The client is The Exchange but the bounty has been placed on the behalf of the grieving families of the murdered. As a rapidly growing power, The Exchange has more than enough credit flow to put forward this reward.
