New apprentice needing master

I am brand new to this site and I want to start an RP. My character, Aeryun is a young 15 year old girl who starts exhibiting Force powers after being blinded in an accident. When I first came up with the idea I was going to base my timeline around the Clone Wars. I don't know how your story works out, so if anyone can help tweak the details of my story to your current timeline I'd appreciate it. I have her set as a padawan because I'd love to explore my ideas with someone and it would be a great place for me to learn how everything works here too. Either Sith, or Jedi, whoever finds me first gets me lol!

I've got lots of roleplaying experience, but this is my first time using forums. I love to write long posts, so you don't have to worry about me ever one-lining you :) Traditionally, I used to play the DM, as it were, and would control the story. I'd rather take the back seat this time and let someone else take the wheel which is why I'm really excited to try being a Padawan.

So, who wants to be my master? ;P

You actually do not need a master to become Jedi. There are some different options, as you can see here: http://www.thestarwarsrp.com/forum/showthread.php?40923-Training-Guidelines

You can always hop into a existing thread and Jedi on, as long as you ask the thread owner if you can join.

Thank you for the idea. I was really hoping to have someone reach her though, at least the basics. I totally want her to visit a temple or such at some point.

No temples, but if you happen to be in space, you can join 2 Padawans who also just met (and started RP)
