Right, with Winter approaching, mowing lawns for money will be difficult, so I will search for a new job. I got several applications already for the following.

Game Stop
Papa Murphey's Take N Bake Pizza
Mountain Mike's Pizza
Wing Stop
Quiznos
Local Theater

Any advice on any of these places, or maybe a better career somewhere else?

Also, don't say things like Go to college instead, because I want to have alot of money on me saved up before I go.

WHAT THE ****?

You don't even work at taco bell?

What the hell is wrong with ppl. Lying on the internet...

Johnny isn't even a cop and you're not 23 **** this.

I feel like my whole life has been a LIE.

Bac is also 12, Matt is white, Ols is a woman, and Lavi is a trans.

I might be an asshole or whatever, but I'm a really honest person. I'm seriously unable to lie, even if I wanted to, and even on the internet. So I really can't understand why anyone would do this to make themselves look better.

I admit though, I am reassured that you're only 19. It slightly excuses your ignorance.

Well, Mulluns, before you get any of those jobs you need to tell yourself that none of them are a career.

Unless you invent an amazing video game, bake the greatest pizza ever, or direct a major motion picture, none of those jobs will get you anywhere.

He meant that being a dude who works at a pizza house doesn't fit the definition of a "career." It's just a "job."

EDIT: And get your ****ing ass back to a community college you lazy bum. It doesn't cost that much money, ask your ****ing parents. Then you'll be able to start a real ****ing career.

And stop spending so much time on your xbox. Read a ****ing book for god sakes. It's your ****ing life man, you only have one. Try to be successful at least.

Maybe you outta take english classes, know other words to use besides F bombs.

Career and Job is all the same to me. Something that earns you money.

Anf FYI, I do read books, thank you very much. It's just that these last few months were full of new releases.

Also, I'm still getting a job or whatever first before I go to college. Nothing is going to make me think otherwise.

Even though English isn't my first language, I'm willing to bet that I have a much larger vocabulary than you. I could also list a number of english authors who uses the "F Bomb" quite a lot in order to support an argument, for comedic purposes or simply for emphasis.

Btw; reading a Star Wars book doesn't count. As Mark Twain once said (btw this is one of the many advantages of higher education; being able to strengthen your point with a quote to completely own and humiliate someone in an argument) "The man who does not read good books has no advantage over the man who cannot read them." In short, it's just like watching a dumb action movie. You should definitely read some classics, and looking through some Encyclopedias would definitely make you sound like less of a complete tard.

And not to burst your bubble but a "career" isn't the same thing as a "job." I think you're the one that needs some english classes. There's nothing more annoying than someone who misuses words.

Do not work at GameStop...

I work there and have for three years...

It blows. Takes the fun out of gaming, trust me.

I'm not going to argue this with you, Sin. Neither of us can persuade the other, I doubt. So let's just return to the topic at hand.

How so?

When everything you have to do is related to video games you begin to dislike them.

I'll never be able to walk around in a game/electronics store looking through the games and such again as i know everything about everyone of them and far before they're released. I hear every bad thing about every game and I also see way too many people falling into a fad for a certain game that I begin to not like it. Trust me it sucks.

Besides that, they don't have good policies for the staff and pay is bad no matter what position you're in. I worked at EB Games first and we had it a lot better; we got commision for selling warranties we got rewarded for doing good with sales, we got a good discount on games and we were also encouraged to take home games to find out more about them.

Since GameStop bought the company we, instead, get punished by not selling enough warranties, we aren't allowed to take home any games whatsoever and our discount went down a lot.

You can go nowhere but down here lol, I'm only keeping the job as a part time while I'm in University, but if I had a chance to have a job at my position with similar hours as I have now I'd gladly take it.
