The broken mask is just a screenshot from Batman Begins and the picture of Bane just looks crudely photshopped into a background and then covered in snow, it looks like someone with a basic knowledge of the plot from all those spy set photos made this in photshop without much experience, that's why I immediately thought it was a fake, especially in regards to it hinting at the plot of the movie.

Something is fishy, Nolan has never been this open with a movies plot before.

This isn't the first time we've questioned Nolan on Batman.

Well here's two things to remember. First, the broken mask doesn't have to mean Bruce Wayne and/or Batman dies. It's broken, and Bane has broken Batman's back before. It could just be symbolism, not them being really open about the plot.

Second, "The Legend Ends" sounds like something a cliche marketer at Warner Brothers came up with. It doesn't have to mean anything other than "this is the last movie of the series."

Christopher Nolan has promised repeatedly that Robin will not be making any appearances in his films.
