That'll depend on whoever wants to submit a new Dathomir write up for review and re-approval. All profiles, including planets, will be archived.

I'm considering starting an NPC Faction for hyperlane scouts and navigators since the map this time around is a lot smaller than before.

The trouble is, I'm having trouble finding planets and routes that haven't been discovered yet. Any suggestions?

Yes, we will be starting over. New characters, new environment and circumstances, brand new story.

The new timeline is in prehistory, a millennia Before the Battle of Yavin. Sometime around/during the Hundred-Year Darkness. I'm not a doctor, but I may have missed them more specifically qualifying the date. Brandon's post said several, canon said singular... what's yer source?

Canon dates the formation of the Sith to at least 6,000 BBY.

The canon article you linked uses millennia in the plural. The next set of entries, 6021bby, talks about the founding of the Sith Empire. How could they do that if they didn't crop up until 1000ish baby?

Mandalorians were around way before 1032. The Taung, the species that created the Mandalorian culture, were around since the beginning. They battled on Coruscant with the first ancestors of humans. I'd say the Mandalorians would have been in full swing during this timeline because Mandalore the First created the Crusaders between 24.000 BBY-7,000 BBY and slowly took other species they saw worthy from the planets they conquered into their culture. (I love all things Madalorian, lol)

For the record, none of that is canon. There will be a Mandalorian presence in the timeline, but we don't follow the Legends history of events.

We have one we're aiming for but we're not going to announce it until we're positive we'll hit that date.
