Cardinal cracked his knuckles individually, slowly. Then he yawned. If the Sith representative was smart, he would know that Cardinal had grown bored of the meeting. The human stumbled on his words, but explained the deal. Cardinal just nodded. "Ok, to sum it up, I give you some of my men and you allow me to work in Sith space, fair deal." The meeting was closed. Cardinal shook the man's hand and he turned towards the door, walking out of the cafe. Cardinal's men followed behind him closely, watching for any suspicious activity.

It was dark out, but Cardinal had walked these very streets over a dozen times, so he knew where everything was. Not many people were out at night, it wasn't safe. Gangs patrolled their territory, and homeless lunatics begged for money. Most of the gangs were on Cardinal's payroll, so he didn't worry. He just kept on moving through the streets, headed to another meeting. A few minutes later, he arrived at the warehouse. The huge door was open and Cardinal strolled right in, it was one of his lieutenant's base of operations. "Hey Luke you here!?"

Dav'id had been tracking this group of Sith for a number of days now, but even he was not to know that he could have been so lucky to stumble upon this. It was a well known fact to anyone with more than two brain cells that wars were not just a single front. They were fought on many. One of these fronts was making alliances, and it was something that The Exile knew that even he, as an outsider would need to do eventually if he was going to fulfil his destiny and unify those gifted with the force.

As men had entered the café he stayed back, his dark robes and deshined metallic armouring blending in with the darkness around him as he watched his prey from a roof top. Hubris was a trait seen far too often within the Sith, and this was no exception."No Guards, Hmph, Typical" Dav'id muttered quietly to himself, thinking that they sometimes make it all too easy for him to track down these Acolytes of the Sith Order.

Moving slowly, he dampened his force signature as much as he could, using his athletic ability and nimble footing to dart up a drain pipe, onto a ledge and then finally into the dipped crows nest like roof of the building the men resided within."Now, I will wait." he thought to himself. A predator had to be patient, and patients was a virtue that Dav'id had in abundance. Placing his staff down on the floor before lowing himself to his knees, he entered a state of meditation. Remaining hyper aware of his surroundings, but focusing mainly on the conversations within the walls of the Café he would wait for his moment to pounce.

~A Short While Later~
"Ok, to sum it up, I give you some of my men and you allow me to work in Sith space, fair deal." The man now known to Dav'id as "The Cardinal" said. It was the closing of the deal between the two parties and a deal that could benefit the plans of Dav'id just as much as any other person within that café. Being able to move freely within Sith Space would be huge, it had been down to pure luck that he had successfully eluded sight while being a stow away within the various ships over the last few years.

Usually, when he had begun to hunt a target there was nothing that would sway his blade from rending the flesh of those under his gaze. This time though, an exception had to be made and in that moment his sights drifted from the Sith to the man who could put him within striking distance of the whole damn hive.

He waited for the groups of men to disperse, before following the trail of this Cardinal. Dav'id knew that he had body guards, and the fact that the man strolled so confidently through the streets meant that he felt safe here. If there was even the sound of commotion, or a blaster shot, Dav'id would certainly find out if his hunch was correct. This man had allies everywhere here, and although he alone was not a threat a small army of gangsters and mercenaries that might follow him could pose several issues.

Luckily, Dav'id was not as affected by the darkness as the average humanoid. His sight being aided by a natural control of the force his targets bodies glowed brighter than the Nar Shaddaa casino district. He made use of the buildings being build close together, and the fact that almost all of them were covered in a vast network of pipelines carrying various gasses, wires or fluids.

It was not long before he was able to make a stop short, an observation point from which he could watch The Cardinal conduct some more business maybe, but more importantly, watch for a moment in which it would be appropriate for him to reveal himself. The Cardinal had entered the open door of a large warehouse, his voice bellowing for a man by the name of "Luke."
