Halmo'de's comrades Eisa and Oondo to make their getaway and finish off the purchase of Boomas. Halmo'de stood over the unconscious Miralukan Jedi, after binding her hands behind her with a ziptie. And now, all he needed was transportation for the Jedi. He took a few steps to the left, toward an overturned speeder, leaning lazily against it, impatiently for his comrades to return, or the prisoner transport to arrive. It wouldn't be too long before someone showed up.

Hal had taken the time prior to lift the holsters of the pistols off the bounty Hunter that the Jedi had killed, and fixed them to his belt, and cocked forward slightly for a cross draw. His secondary lightsaber rested on his belt on his left side, just under his coat.

How long had it been since the battle? For the rest, it may have been such a short time, but for Steila it felt like an eternity since what had happened. The last she remembered, she was knocked unconscious by the man they were fighting. Slowly, the Jedi began to come to, her vision was dark but she could still hear what was around her. The sound of scraping metal across the ground and the steps of someone in front of her.

"Oskar?" Steila called out, a bit of fear in her voice. She couldn't see anything, even with the force at her side. When she tried to move, she found herself bound, and that truly scared her. Blind and immobile, she was in her weakest state.

"Someone, please! Help me!"

A large cry filled the alleyway as the Jedi tried to flail about in an attempt to remove her bonds, but to no avail.

"Silence!" Halmo'de bellowed, "Your 'comrade' ran like a coward and left you to die. And that's precisely what you'll do, unless you choose to join the Sith willingly, or rot underneath a Sith prison. Your allies see no use for you, why continue to defend them?" He spoke, playing on the helplessness of her situation to breed fear, and doubt in her mind.

"I can offer you a way to get back at them; prove them wrong and show them the potential they missed out on."

Oskar... had left her? No, that couldn't be right? He wasn't that much of a coward to have left her to die, no, that couldn't be right. Or maybe he was actually just a coward, like most of the other Jedi. Immediately the fear was planted in the Jedi's mind, and she struggled even more desperately. He was trying to convince her to join the Sith, and immediately she had a thought.

"Serie sent you didn't she!?" The Miraluka snarled as the paranoia began to kick in. Serie had been so adamant about turning Steila to the dark side, and perhaps this man was one of her friends whom she sent to bring Steila over.

"Join the Sith? I'd sooner die then join those bastards! And even if I joined, I'd only do it to slaughter that damn whore, Serie and her hired gun, Vincent! I'd never serve you and that damn wretched woman Andraste, bastard!"

With that, Steila tried her best to look at the direction where the man's voice was coming from, and then she'd spit on him with an angry look on her face.

Halmo'de laughed as she watched her scream. "No, Serie didn't send me. I'm offering you an out, before I execute you here, or have my students rip you apart in the courtyard. The choice is yours."

His words were calm and cool, even after the woman spat at him. He let a hand hover over her for a moment before she slowly rose to head height of the 5'11" Echani, toying with her.

How could this bastard be so calm? It seemed that he was intent on killing her, and if he wanted to then so be it. At least she would die a Jedi, even if she had felt the grasp of the dark side in her life. However, her thoughts went astray when she felt her body being lifted up off the ground.

"What are you doing, you bastard!"

Her voice was full of fear as she trashed around a bit more, unable to resist whatever the man before her was doing.

"If you think I'll join the Sith, then you're nothing more than an idiot! I would never support such a demented group of individuals, and I would never want to know that I'd be seen with the likes of you!"

Halmo'de laughed heartily at her flail as she elevated through the air. "Nonono, you've got it all wrong. The demented ones are the ones who left you to die." he said, emphasizing the last few words of his sentence as he tossed her across the street, into the alleyway across the street. As she hit the ground, Hal cast a low power form of Force Lightning, aiming to torment to Jedi.

"YOU ARE THE IDIOT, MIRALUKA! It's a shame you don't have eyes for me to gouge backward into your skull!

As the lightning her body, Steila couldn't help but cry out in pain as the Force lightning hit her body. The pain was excruciating, and the lightning brought back memories of Steila's fight against Serie in the museum. She was helpless against the man's attacks, and all she could do was let it her.

"You'll... never get away with this!"

Halmo'de released the Force Lightning, to let out a deep sigh. "Suit yourself," he spat, as he drew his pistol, holding to his side, and taking note of the Vibroblade of hers he had sat on top of a nearby speeder. The damage done to the Miraluka was mostly superficial, 1st degree burns at the point of contact, and spasms in various muscle groups.

The plastic ziptie had been melted slightly, and with sufficient force, the Jedi could conceivably break the binding and defend herself. Halmo'de did prefer killing people who fought back.

Laying on the floor, Steila felt like her body was burning, and she twitched about from the spasms caused by the Force Lightning. However, her attention was diverted to the sound of a small slice, and with one of her spasms, Steila felt her hands were freed from the grip of the ziptie. Scrambling to rise up, the Miraluka would try her best to channel what was left of the Force in her body.

Her vision had managed to return, albeit muddied and clouded. She could barely see the form of the Echani in front of her, and she knew that he would be quite the dangerous foe. However, in her clouded vision, she spotted one thing that shone through the darkness.

A vibrosword.

Rushing past the Echani, Steila would grab the sword on the speeder, raising it up in a defensive stance in case any attacks came towards her. Defense was her best thing, and in this scenario, perhaps it was all she had.

Halmo'de grinned widely at her attempt to move past him, immediately spinning into a heavy hook kick aimed at her chest to keep her guessing. Should she duck, he would probably let her grab her Vibroblade, igniting a single saber in his left hand, and holstering his pistol, preferring to make up for the lack of a melee from earlier.

He took up the blade with both hands, and stepped back, clicking the dual phase switch on his saber, extending it a full meter longer than it's standard blade. He took up a Djem So stance, angling the blade downward from overhead, and gripping the hilt high with one hand and just above the 'pommel' of the hilt. He watched for her next move.

As much as she wanted to reach for the vibrosword, Steila felt the breath knocked out of her as Hal's kick hit her at full force, knocking her to the side of the alleyway. She struggled for a moment, trying her best to regain the air that had left her body. Once it came back, Steila would stand up against the wall of the alley, her vision become more clear now.

With a loud huff, the Miraluka would begin to channel the Force inside of herself. Even if it was short, she didn't care. She just needed something that was enough to throw this guy off.

"Why don't you leave me alone, you bastard!"

Steila roared as she held out her hand for a force push, hoping to stumble Hal so that she could reach her vibrosword finally this time.

Allowing the girl to gain her footing, he took the time to grip the Vibroblade telekinetically and angling the blade of it away from the Miralukan, and flinging it essentially into her hands, hoping to interrupt the Force Push in the process. With luck, the woman would grab the weapon, though, if she followed through with the push.

"Ever watch a Gundark play with it's pretty?" he hissed, in response to her, chuckling as he did so.

"Can't say I have."

Steila growled as she caught the vibrosword in both her hands, stopping the Force push. Gritting her teeth, Steila would hold the sword up in a defensive stance, waiting for what move Hal would make next. She wasn't going to go down without a fight, and she was going to show this Sith that the Jedi still had a chance in battle.

Halmo'de just grinned and thrust forward using the full length of the blade of his lightsaber to poke at the Miralukan, amd test her defenses. He'd aim for her chest, with a quick poke and step through with a hard thrust, moving roughly half a meter closer to skewer the Miraluka, if she didn't react.

Given that the blade was twice the length of a standard lightsaber and most vibroswords, a counter attack would require quick and significant movement across into Halmo'de's range.

Steila was skilled in her defense, and when the man tried to impale her with his lightsaber, Steila would rush towards the man, performing a counter attack to deflect the lightsaber that would possibly spell her doom. Taking a side step from Hal, Steila would try and slice at his side before trying to dash behind him and raise her sword in a defensive stance.

"If a fight is what you want, then a fight is what I shall give you."

Halmo'de grinned, "good. You're less of a coward than the other Jedi," he said, behind the humming of his lightsaber. He would shuffle backward, putting him well out of the way of the Vibroblade's trajectory while he prepared a heavy over handed swing, meant to come down on to the crown of her head, keeping at least four of the six feet between him and the blade of the Jedi's sword.

"Yet you're still as much of an idiot as the other Sith." Steila growled as she took a step to the right, raising her sword up to deflect the heavy attack headed straight towards her head. Then, she would go down low for a surprise attack at Hal's legs before standing up and readying her sword for any other attack the man tried to throw at her. She knew things were only going to get worse from here, and in the back of her mind, something was telling her to run.

Leaving herself practically wide open for strikes from above, as she leaned downward to strike at his legs, Halmo'de leapt, pulling his legs to his chest, and released a heavy jumping front kick aimed at her head, in the middle of her swing before slashing down on her again with a heavy over handed cleave strike, ignoring the comment.

Given that she was already commiting to an attack to his legs, it would be difficult to change the direction of her attack. The kick would be swift, snapping quickly as it hinged outward from his knee.

Steila had left herself open for attack, and as such she would pay for it. The kick would hit her and send her toppling to the floor, causing her to also drop her vibrosword. She was in a vulnerable position now, and seeing that Hal was going in for the attack, there wasn't much she could do besides struggle to get up and roll away.

The steps of death were wandering closer and closer now, and Steila could hear the soft tick of her life fading away.
