The Corellian's stoic gaze observed the planet resting before him. An organization calling themselves the Tear of Arkanis has placed extreme pressure on the sector's government, and that ruling body reached out to the Rebellion. Aldo had been dispatched to determine if this relationship is genuine or an attempt to quash a rebellion of their own with another they could turn the blame on.
Aldo Raine wasn't a politician. Asking him to broker a delicate relationship between sector royalty was an extreme lapse in judgment, that's why he'd brought the bunny. Well, partly, the little guy was surprisingly resourceful and able to tackle obstacles far larger than the two-foot-tall rebel. He smiled feeling his dower mood lift.
It felt good to have a purpose again. He wasn't sure why he'd been chosen for this mission, but he'd make sure to do whatever it took to get it done. Who knows, maybe he'd find a few more men to add to the squad he was building.
"Diz," Aldo said, into the X-109's com, "Prepare the ship for landing, we're going in."
A few hours later Aldo, Firen, Cal Vazra, a gruff scar covered Natolan, and finally Diz Avers, a cunning Kel Dor sat around their designated HQ and discussed a plan of attack. The City of Arkanda was the planet's capital, it also had the highest radical ToA incidents in the entire sector. It was clear their most active branch was here, and Aldo knew they'd be tasked with crippling the group.
"What do you think, Firen?" He'd listen to Diz and Cal drone on, but their arguments were too similar to his own. He needed a different perspective.
