With the security hub itself already having been invaded and successfully shut down, it would now be immensely easier for Devrim and the other rebel he'd selected to actually carry out the heist on the database. With the building that held the blueprints to an external shield generator belonging to a particularly well-funded manufacturing company, it was still notably well-guarded. These guards being under their own payroll as opposed to outside private mercenary hires, their primary concerns were in fact other competing companies that wished to get their hands on the valuable blueprints. Despite this tempting method of gaining the upper hand in the business of shield generators, no other competitors had actually dared to attempt a heist. Security shifts were always rather boring and uneventful, with routine checklists and hours of watching bleary camera feeds.

Tonight, Devrim had selected none other than Ner’Giza to accompany him for the assignment. He'd seen her in action before, and the broad-shouldered rebel knew how effective she was in the field. "You ready?" he asked her quietly as they stood across the street from their targeted building. Despite looking almost identical to Coruscant, the ecumenopolis of Denon was in fact quite different — notably, that the streets here were much darker and less populated than those of the Imperial Republica capital. Few ventured into the business sector of the planet at this time of day. Today, Devrim and Ner’Giza were dressed in the outfit of commonplace electrical engineers. While concealed on his person, the dark-haired rebel carried his Quickdraw pistol, the rest of his gear was stashed inside the electrician's work bag that he carried by the strap around his back. The rebel took a breath to reassure himself and steady his resolve. This was it — it was more than likely they wouldn't get a shot like this again.

The glow from the data center's lights flickered from time to time. The hit on the security hub that Devrim and Toland had made earlier certainly seemed to have taken its toll. It appeared that the building was operating solely off of its emergency generators, one of which was malfunctioning — information that the rebels had gleaned in their surveillance after their previous hits. Intercepting the electricians hired to get to work in the data center was easy enough. Their disguises would pass anywhere on Denon. To every other living being, they were quite literally nobodies. And Devrim liked it that way — security through obscurity.

Having been called in to assist, the woman had wasted no time in deploying to the site. Once before she had had chance to work alongside of Devrim upon her own homeworld of all places. During that time she had quickly realized how far his own skills and knowledge outpaced that of her own. She had witnessed first hand his taking the brunt of enemy fire so that she and Aurel could get her people to safety. It was something that she would never forget.

Attired in the disguise of an electrician, her DH-7 concealed in the uniform, she let her eyes scan the building. Already the previous team had given them a huge advantage toward the success of this heist as evidenced by the back up lights struggled to provide illumination. Like Devrim, she had stowed the rest of her gear the tool bag resting at her feet.

Unlike the prior engagement, this one would be more to her old skill set as a smuggler. It was going to be a pretty good score if they could pull it off. The implications of what such technology would mean to the Alliance were obvious. And with the expansion of bases, their numbers thinning as they increased their sphere of influence within the Galaxy, the extra protection couldn’t be more timely.

Reaching down to take hold of the bag, she said, ”Yes, let’s get going”. Confident in the effectiveness of their disguises, she knew that in a complex of this size they would just be viewed as another pair of wage slaves, if they were taken note of at all. Following his lead, she moved in an sluggish manner as though coming in for a night shift was the last thing she wanted to do.

Valar Dohaeris didn't get called out to deal with a lot of things but sometimes he got called out to add some extra security to an installation or something similar. This was something that important installations did when something odd occurred - such as when power went down suddenly and unexpectedly.

Thankfully he had been on planet regardless.

Dressed in his lighter armour, Valar was on watch for the installation now. It was a database or something he had heard but he didn't really care other than the fact that he was going to be guarding it. At the front gate, he had all of his regular weapons on his person but there was nothing odd about that.

Wasn't like he was waving them around.

Instead he spotted two people across the road who looked like they wanted to come on in. He could understand that - it was fairly cold right now. They looked like electricians from this distance. Not his problem though.

"I'm going on break Jerry."
he told the guard at the gate before taking out a cigara and igniting it with a lighter as he wandered away from the gate, off to the side of the building, "I'll tell Sandra you said hello."

Jerry the guard grumbled but Valar didn't care - he had a secretary to flirt with. Maybe the electricians could fix the karking heating while they were here too? That'd be nice.

He wandered away from the gate at a sedate pace.

ergei Petrov walked the halls of the database complex. As Denon was in Imperial territory, the company headquarters was therefore under his jurisdiction. He had every right to observe, inspect and examine the facility. Especially after the spike of rebel activity in the Outer Rim Territories, which the world stood on the verge of, he was paranoid. But he was not entirely out for blood. From what he was told, the security hub was unexpectedly shut down and the entire complex was left running on the fumes of its emergency generators. He didn’t know why, and he was clueless about the notion of a rebel attack. He believed it was just faulty power.

Far from an entrance but in the heart of the facility, Sergei flagged down several employees. “What the hell is going on? These systems should have been repaired by now.” The lights in the hall flickered again. Only one of the emergency generators was working. The database was barely alive. “Where are those goddamn electricians?” The employees shrugged and shook their heads, unsure and anxious.

A scowl planted on his face, he rolled his eyes into the back of his head. “Does nobody know anything? I’m surrounded by idiots.” The Imperial stormed away and down the hall. He despised such obligations. He preferred to be outside. Not literally, but beyond Imperial space. Sergei wanted to breath free, enjoy some action, quell an uprising or butt heads with enemy Sith. He wanted to do more than oversee this heap of garbage.

The armored man eventually found himself at the front gate. There was only one guard at the post but the database’s mediocre security was the least of his problems. Heel tapping impatiently against the ground, he noticed two figures approaching. More employees? Electricians. He sighed in relief and called them out. “Yes, please, continue walking at that lifeless pace. Not like you actually have a job to do or anything.

His words were full of sarcasm and annoyance. “Come on already. You have work to do.” He gestured them into the complex grounds, not bothering to even glance at either one. Ushering them forward, Sergei moved back to the database with a clueless grimace.

Upon approaching the database complex at his lifeless pace, Devrim noticed that the building was a bit more heavily defended than he initially assumed it would be. Nearing the front gate, he was intrigued to see the form of a Sith leaving the entrance and striding toward the side of the building. The only reason he could tell it was a wielder of the Dark Side was because, well, they always dressed the same. Those dark, edgy, flowing robes. Not that Devrim judged the man for it — hell, in another life the rebel could see himself wearing the same garb and loving every minute of it. His attention turned back to the gate as an Imperial agent's voice carried out across the street.

Oh boy, now what a sarcastic and entitled one they had here. Despite the chiding of the clearly impatient agent, Devrim found great pleasure in continuing his casual saunter toward the gate. They were paid minimum wage, by the hour. What was the hurry? "Aye," the dark-haired man replied to Sergei with a thick southern Corellian accent. Devrim's former cell leader on Dxun was renowned for the inflection, leading to many (including himself) to mimic it mockingly behind the leader's back.

Entering the building with the Imperial agent in tow, the rebel snorted loudly as he peered through the corridor, scratching his chin stubble in contemplation. "Y'all mind lettin' us know where the genny's at?" Devrim asked of Sergei, removing a micropoint from the outside of his pack. Also strapped to the side was some bonding tape, a small magclamp, and a power tester, among other such tools. Although the two rebels had another objective, Devrim still did fully intend on actually fixing the generator too — he was a somewhat accomplished electrician as it so happened.

"Pleas'd to meetcha by the way!" the man exclaimed with a winning smile, wiping his hand on his grimy electrician's garb and reaching out with the still-greasy hand to shake Sergei's. Though a mottled blue with clear black stains, the uniform had a black patch above the heart that clearly stated "Craig", denoting Devrim's name for the disguise.

Picking up the motion near the gate, the sound of the man’s voice drifted across the street interrupted by the glow of light illuminating his features as he lit up a cigara. Then she heard something about a woman named Sandra. The encounter seemed to be no more than a couple of men breaking up the dull moments of a night shift on the job. Only this one was obviously a Sith and the image of one of the dread lords engaging in locker room talk with with some rent-a-cop was outside the picture she kept in her mind of force users.

Setting her mind on her ‘identity’ she gave Jerry the once over as she adjusted the strap of her tool bag to slide over her left shoulder. All manner of gear was stuffed into the outer pockets of the pack and as the grumbling guard was joined by the Imperial she reached for a little data pad upon which electricians kept track of their hours. Lifting the device in the air with a bit of a tip toward the impatient agent, she tapped at the pad some while sauntering forward at her same pace. ”Clocked us in, Craig”, she said while slipping the pad back into the pack’s outer pocket. Officially they were now on the job. And wasn’t that what a good little Twi’lek assistant was for?

Once inside the building, ‘Marge’, as the tag on her set of electrician’s attire labeled her to be, picked at her teeth while Devrim used a thick drawl and asked for directions. As he got all friendly with the agent, she set her eyes to looking about the room noting the location of the turbo lift.

Valar Dohaeris was a simple man.

And as a simple man, despite being someone who believed in the values of the Imperial Republica, he was attracted to Twi'leks. It was just something that pretty much every able-bodied human would have to admit to themselves. Male or female - Twi'leks tended to be pretty hot.

As he had been going to turn the corner he had gotten a better look at Ner.

Specially he had gotten a better look at her backside.

Even in the most unflattering uniform imaginable, Valar couldn't help but notice. And by notice he meant that he would consider it a sin if he didn't leave this building with the woman's com number. Rather than go to see Sandra he stopped halfway and made his way back to the front to follow the two electricians into the building.

Sergei was ahead of them and that was fine too he supposed - didn't really impact him at all - so Valar took the opportunity to take a good look at Ner from behind before speaking, announcing his presence as he stepped into the building behind them.

"Are these the electricians or the new starters?"
He smirked ever so slightly at Ner, "Because as much as I'd love to have the power back on... I'd much rather you were going to be around here more often."

He spoke with his hands on his waist, resting on his sabers. Most of the time his conquests had liked the fact that they were bedding a Sith so he had adopted the tactic of 'showing it off' as it were.

e was about ready to take a blaster and either shoot Valar, or himself. Before he could answer one of the electrician’s questions on the location of the generator, Sergei was interrupted by the mysterious Sith. The man was meant to guard the post or the remainder of the facility. Instead, he was shadowing the three, inspecting the Twi’lek like a piece of candy, and now he was openly hitting on her. The audacity of it stunned the Imperial officer. At the same time, a part of him couldn’t be surprised. Valar was a Sith Acolyte. Lugging the massive ego he was, his lustful stupidity was to be expected.

Sergei didn’t bother to intervene in his misadventures. If the man wanted a piece of the electrician, fine by him. As long as they repaired the generators and brought the power back online, he cared not for what came after. Still, he could not help but groan at even hearing the man’s terrible pick-up line. He was about ready to gag until the first electrician tried to greet him.

Glancing back, Sergei inspected the man. Black stains, dirt and grime covered his fingers and uniform. Under the light, he was a disgusting mess. The more he paid attention to the stranger, the more he recognized his smell. No longer did he want to gag. He wanted to vomit. Being the professional officer he was, Sergei kept it in.

As the man, known only as Craig, extended his dirty hand, the Imperial’s face scrunched up with revulsion. Back and forth, he glanced from the hand to his unshaven face. These were the best men the Empire could offer? It was ridiculous. Poker-faced and sick to his stomach, he looked at Craig straight in the eye. “Don’t touch me.

Clearly done with his duties, Sergei turned away. Another few steps down the corridor and around the corner, he answered, almost relieved: “The generator is at the end of this hall.” Arms behind his back and head raised high, he slithered past the pair and the Sith likely behind them. “Watch them if you want, I don’t care. But I expect those generators running as soon as possible.”

Leaving a frequency channel open for Valar should he remain, Sergei moved for the surveillance and control room.

Hearing the flirtatious words escaping the lips of the lustful Sith, Devrim decided to not even attempt interfering — plus, he knew that Ner'Giza or "Marge" would be more than capable of handling herself and the situation as she saw fit. The dark-haired rebel would be amused no matter the outcome of that fiasco. Devrim maintained his amiable smile toward Sergei despite being rejected the friendly handshake and observing the face of utter revulsion that the Imperial agent momentarily displayed. Looking concernedly toward his hand, which he realized was more greasy than the backside of a Hutt, Devrim spat in it and wiped it vigorously on his uniform. He went to attempt a second handshake, but Sergei had spun off and located the generator room. So much for his efforts for a perfectly cordial introduction.

Shrugging ignorantly, Devrim followed the imperial agent and replied, "Aye, there she is," as he peered down the hall. He could indeed hear the familiar hum of a working generator — but only one. "Don'tchu worry my friend sir, we'll have 'er workin in no time!" "Craig" commented jovially as he trudged toward the room. The sliding door opened automatically as he entered and he took a moment to observe the room that lay before him.

Indeed, one of the emergency generators was quite dead. Walking over and cracking open an electrical panel, a burst of sparks sprayed Devrim in the face. Jolting backward and cussing, "Krikey! She's a live one," He got to work with the micropoint. "Marge m'dear, could you find the breaker and shut 'er down? I don' want to get zapped terday," he asked over his shoulder, assuming his assistant would have followed him into the room.

In keeping with the refined mannerisms of her adopted persona, Ner’Giza lowered her hand from her face, sucked air quickly in between her teeth as though clearing some left over mynock, and reached around to scratch her behind. It was more from need than brilliant acting on her part for this electrician’s get up was giving her a horrible wedgie. It may have been possible that she was not completely unaware of the erotic imagery associated with her climbing gear. All those hooks and straps about her torso accentuating her attributes, encircling her upper thighs, and pinioning her narrow waistline, but it did have its drawbacks.

Enter the Sith in Heat...

Still in the process of relieving her butt crack of the coveralls, she turned her head to look over her shoulder at the man. Had he really come back to hit on her? It was too precious. Gifting him with a smile she latched onto his words about the new starters and decided to just wing it. She could play disgruntled electrician’s assistant seeking a better position, preferably on the night shift.

One of her many, and as yet, unrevealed dimples tweaked at the right corner of her mouth as she wet her lips to speak. ”Oh? Are you guys hiring?”, she said letting her voice rise a bit at the end with a hopeful tone. Pivoting on her heels to face him, the movement would accent the muscles of her upper thighs which were bound at her groin by the safety straps securely fixed in place. Despite the bagginess of the coveralls which blessedly spared her the humiliation of there being nothing left to the imagination, it was undoubtedly tantalizing; at least if you went for those sort of games.

Hooking her right thumb over the end of a Power Calibrator which was stuffed in her tool bag, she let her weight shift to her rear facing leg so the roundness of her hip would pop out toward the right. ”I mean working at a place like this would be a dream come true.”, her eyes looked him up and down, a slight smile spreading across her lips while they lingered at his crotch. She let her cheeks flush a bit and drew her eyes reluctantly to his face. ”Tell me, what kind of benefits package do you have?” The flushing of her cheeks only deepened as the words left her mouth for how shamelessly corny she was being.

Her gaze only left the Sith’s when the agent made his exit, a look of ‘what’s his problem’ on her face. She shrugged and returned her eyes to Valar and said, ”I got good references and everything”. Her left hand raised to swat the air as if to shoo a bug away, ”no problem there”. Her hand drifted to her belt and rested the heel of her hand lazily on a roll of 100MGLT tape.

The young rebel had been trained to be convincing at an early age, to anticipate the needs of a master, to dance… it wasn’t something she’d ever told Aurel about, though maybe their Uncle Taln’erca had. While it had been a while since she had used her charisma, she could be reading the man wrong. The cues were so subtle at times. But hey, he had come onto her so he must have seen something he liked.

Ner’Giza had a rich fantasy life and if nothing else it filled the long hours of hyperspace. Needless to say the only thing on her mind at that time was being the best Marge she could be and oh so willing to find new employment.

Well, and maybe that cape. It was rather edgy.

She caught sight of ‘Craig’ heading off to the generator but she wasn’t going to put on a show like this and leave before she got a little audience participation.

Valar had to admit that it was strange to find a xeno within the Empire who seemed to have a profession and seemed to still be open to the idea of spending time with a Sith such as himself. He would know considering his taste in women tended to run a bit 'outside the norm' for the Imperial Republica.

She seemed rather eager to discuss things.

Her smile and her eagerness were things that he liked about her already it had to be said. Grinning a little bit, Valar took a second to run his eye over her and he liked what he saw. Maybe this wasn't such a boring posting after all? He chuckled a little bit, his voice making it sound deeper than it normally would have been.

"The job has it's perks but the best one is the people you met here." he replied with a quick wink, "I believe you might just be walking, talking, proof of that..."

He took a step closer to her, looking her in the eyes.

"Marge is it?" He held out a hand for her to take and once she did, he would briefly kiss the back of it without taking his eyes off of her, "Valar Dohaeris, at your service."

As Marge had indeed not followed him into the room, Craig muttered under his breath as he worked, remembering that the Sith was keeping her well occupied. Ah well, he knew she was just getting paid minimum for this job — apprentice work for xenos in the Imperial Republica was difficult to get as it was. Pricking a few wires the wrong way, a control panel nearby burst and a billow of smoke began pouring out of it. Not enough to set off any fire systems, but enough to cause Devrim to leave his spot to go look at the problem. "What a mess!" he exclaimed in his accent, realizing the irony of the situation as he caused this very problem in the first place back at the control center. Discreetly taking out a datachip from his belt, he plugged it into the still-working (although smoking) system panel in the wall. Though Toland and Devrim had managed to get a copy of the shield generator plans earlier, the rebels needed to confirm that the version was up-to-date.

While working with his microchip to stop the electrical issues, Devrim deftly searched through the system files on the panel and began copying over the files necessary. He could barely see the screen through the pillar of smoke, despite being an inch away from the panel. It wouldn't take much longer before he'd finished one of his objectives — but the generator still wasn't fixed, and he had no intent on leaving this manufacturer company without power. Reaching for the bonding tape on the outside of his bag at his feet, Devrim tore off a piece and began stitching together loose wires below the panel. Thankfully, the Sith and "Marge" were still conversing rather cordially down the hall and around the corner. For now, it seemed perhaps Devrim didn't need his companion's help in the generator room after all.

His pick up lines had all the confidence of someone who was used to being a success with all the guys and gals. A man who thrived on his charisma. Very conscious of their differing social status, on the basis of economics alone without even adding in the ‘Xeno’ factor, she felt confident enough in playing Marge off as an overtly sexualized woman just making the most of all her assets in order to survive. Her mother had schooled her well. Observe and focus all your reactions to feed their baser desires. Cower when they are intimidating, beam when they are kind, flush and become weak when they seduce, dominate and punish...learn to anticipate their needs whatever they may be to please and make yourself indispensable. It had been a glorious childhood, that is for sure.

Oddly enough bringing that training to bear did not make her feel trapped or enslaved; no, on the contrary she felt powerful and on the offensive and she was not about to disappoint in the execution of her physical reactions to his attentions any more than she would have forgotten to replace the power pack in her blaster.

His smile was encouraging, as it seemed genuinely pleased rather than sinister or mocking and she let her lips part slightly, a bit breathless, as she felt his eyes running over her form. At the sound of his voice deepening she seemed to relax her stance a bit, shifting her position to let her hands clasp each other before her waist. His flirtation caused her to flush, a bright smile crossing her features when he winked, before lowering her eyes as though the force of his gaze might cause her to grow weak.

Then he moved closer and put forth his hand for her to take drawing her gaze to himself once again. She extended hers expecting to participate in a hand shake, but as her hand slipped into his grasp he actually brought it to his lips to kiss despite the obvious filth her work as an ‘electrician’ had left upon her skin. Her left hand came upward to lay upon the top of her chest just beneath the base of her throat as though trying to still her breath. She actually swallowed, her eyes becoming more round and liquid before attempting to draw her hand from his grasp. Her cheeks blazoned with the flush of embarrassment.

”Oh you do me too much honor, Sir…”, she paused to wet her lips before speaking as though truly touched by his gentleman’s demeanor,”...Valar Dohaeris. I’m not anything special as all that.”. Lowering her face, she shook her head looking to the ground, her left shoulder rising slightly to add a sudden air of vulnerability his actions had just uncovered. Still, she cradled her other hand where he had placed his lips within the palm of her right, then drew them both to her chest as though protective of some precious memory she might hold onto.

For the moment Marge seemed as though his flirting had completely pushed all thoughts of a good paying job from her mind. Mindful of keeping him busy while ‘Craig’ completed his work, she let her eyes flick upward to his face before laughing softly and looking at the ground once more. ”Truly you are too kind.”

Valar was enjoying himself he would freely admit - there was something about a lovely little Twi'lek that got him rather interested it had to be said. He was aware his tastes were... odd to most within the Imperial Republica but that was fine by him. If everyone approved of his tastes then, well, they'd be boring now wouldn't they?

This woman, this Marge, held his attention so well that it was only the sound of the panel (which he didn't know about) sparking out that caused him to pay attention to anything else. He frowned ever so slightly.

"You alright in there?"
he called out to the other electrician, glancing back to Marge, "Do you think we should, I don't know, go and see if he needs help?"

He didn't want to.

He would honestly accept almost any flimsy reason not to but he had to at least pretend to be interested in the repair work and what sounded like a complication with said repair work.

Glancing occasionally at the screen’s progress bar as it copied information onto the datachip, Devrim turned his attention back to the primary electrical panel he was inspecting earlier. No longer sparking incessantly, although the second panel was still puffing a steady stream of smoke, the electrician knew he was making solid headway to fixing the generator. It was then that the voice of the Sith reached Devrim’s ears from around the corner and down the hall to where both Valar and “Marge” currently stood. Spitting out the handle of the micropoint, which he’d temporarily gripped between his teeth for convenience, Devrim raised his voice in reply. ”Naw, I think I got’er! Should be another moment an’ we’ll be all set.”

Peering closer, he found the primary issue — one of the connectors was completely fried. ”There she is,” he commented to himself, retrieving a brand new one from his tool belt. With some work, Devrim extracted the broken one and replaced it. Plugging it back in, he fully expected the lights to come on, but they didn’t. He frowned in confusion, then remembering to check the second smoking panel. The electrician realized that the outage had caused several of the fuses to blow — thankfully he had brought spares with him.

Checking the panel once again, the files he needed had successfully copied over. Removing the datachip, “Craig” stuck it into a discreet pocket and retrieved a few spare fuses from his bag. ”Whatta day,” he commented absentmindedly, simply pulling out the blackened fuses before plugging the new ones in. Standing back to review his work, now that the sparking and smoking had stopped, Devrim stood back to inspect his work. ”Awh, roight! Gotta turn ‘er off an’ on again.” Reaching for the breaker handle, he pulled the lever down, shutting off both generators and sending the entire center into darkness. Waiting just a few seconds, he flipped it again, restoring full power to the entire building instead of the flickering, barely-functioning state it was in before. Smiling, “Craig” returned to his pack and collected his tools, replacing them to their spots on the outside.

She too could hear the sparking of electricity coming from the generator room, her head turning toward that location when Valar called out to her partner. His question made her turn to look back at him and she shrugged opening her mouth about to speak, when Craig yelled back causing her to hold her speech.

Laughing softly at the reply she then shook her head and said, ”And that is why he is the electrician and I am just the helper.” The two really hadn’t planned on this Marge-bit at all but it paid to be flexible and able to think on your feet, as it were. Speaking of thinking on her feet, she let a look of shock cross her features and rushed to say, ”I mean not that I don’t have skills too, certified and everything”, she blurted as though suddenly mindful she was looking for work. ”It’s just that Craig’s really good, lots of experience, you know?”

She tried not to grin too much, for the idea was to hold his attention, not put him off by the notion that her head was turned by everyone. Instead she held her expression to one that made it appear like she was oblivious to how that remark would sound. That was when the lights went out and she squeaked lightly in fright. She laughed at her silliness and said, ”Oh good. He’s rebooting the system. Shouldn’t be too long now.” At least she hoped that was the case. She sniffed as the seconds ticked by and said, ”Oh I hate this part. Always gives me the willies like in those jump scare vids? Shooo, I can’t hardly stand to watch them.” Fortunately the power would be restored and she knew that the time to leave was quite near.

Valar raised an eyebrow at the voice from in the room. He turned back to Marge, gesturing over his shoulder at the war behind him.

"Care to translate?"

The man's accent was terrible as far as Valar was concerned.

"I have no idea what the hell he just said."

But it seemed that the two sparkies were on the up and up since the electric was coming back on. So rather than making more of an issue, he instead turned back to something he much preferred.

He turned back to Marge with a grin.

"So... looks like you're all but done here... could I take you for a drink?" he chuckled a little bit, "If you'll excuse the pun - I think I feel a spark here, you know?"

Terrible pun but still.

All finished backing his belongings, the ersatz electrician breathed a silent sigh of relief, feeling a fuzzy sense of accomplishment for having fixed something rather successfully and without any further issues. Stepping out of the generator room, Devrim strode down the hallway and around the corner just in time to hear the Sith ask his companion out for a drink sometime. Both of "Craig's" eyebrows raised in surprise and amusement. With a grin plastered across his face, he stepped around the two and gave them both a very pronounced wink.

Addressing his Twi'lek helper, Devrim gestured with his head toward the exit and their ride home. "Ai'll be waitin' fer ya once yer done talkin'. Don't wanna interrupt you two lovebirds." Chuckling silently, he turned and stepped toward the door. Before exiting, he hollered back toward Valar Dohaeris, "We'll send y'all the bill in a few bisness days! Should be abou'," the electrician trailed off, eyes gawking at the ceiling as he did some painful mental math.

"About tree fiddy," he finished with a satisfactory nod and friendly wave goodbye. With his work fully complete, Devrim would step outside and to their vehicle. Assuming Ner'Giza would eventually follow him to their vehicle, they would return home.

Ner’Giza had to chuckle a bit at Valar’s comment concerning Craig’s accent. It kind of made her miss Aurel who was quite good at doing accents too; his high born Coruscanti was a complete riot around the cantina when they were blowing off steam. There was hardly time for further comment however as the lights came back on pretty much making translation moot. Her hands raised slightly in the air with her palms upward and looked up at the overhead lights with a grin. ”Ah that’s got it just fine”, she said before Valar asked her out for a drink.

Her eyes went to the Sith’s and seemed to sparkle a bit and her lips parted slightly as if to respond when Craig walked by making his teasing remarks. She turned to face him, giving the man some serious attitude with a look that did more than hint at her lack of amusement. ”I won’t be just a minute. I’ll go ahead and clock us out”, she said to his retreating form as she pulled out the data pad from the side pocket of her bag. Tapping at the screen she did give a translation as she logged Craig and Marge off the job and in route to the next. ”He says he’ll be waiting for me outside and that the bill will be submitted in a couple days.”, she said with a hint of sadness in her voice.

Looking up from the pad she said, ”Oh that does sound like it would be fun. Unfortunately we have three more…”, her words were cut off as the data pad gave out a ping drawing her eyes. ”Sorry, make that four more jobs to see to tonight”, she continued while looking up at the man once more. The look of utter disappointment was soon replaced by one of anticipation as a thought suddenly crossed her mind. ”What if we exchange contact info and I ask for a rain check?”, she suggested while extending the data pad forward for him to do the same for the transference of the deets.

If such was agreeable she would leave him with the promise to give him a call as soon as she was free. Naturally once she was in the vehicle with Devrim speeding away, she would apologize for not getting the man’s cloak for him and brag about getting his number.

Well it seemed that the electricians had done their job and the power was back on.

He was grateful that Marge had offered to translate because even watching the man's lips move to form the words, he still had no idea what the hell the male electrician had actually bloody said. It was like he was using Basic but... somehow it came out sounding as foreign as Chiss or something to his ears.

Weird as hell.

Shaking his head to ignore it for now, Valar took the offered pad from Marge and wrote down his personal com details and copied hers from the data pad. She promised to call him and Valar promised to hold her to that before stepping back to let her leave.

He made sure he got a good look at her arse as she left.
