Even if days had passed since the last official correspondence, Andros was still downright ecstatic to have been granted a meeting with the newly-elected Senator of Anaxes. It had only been a few years since the half-Orcolan passed his trials and had been granted knighthood, and the way with the Empire had almost exclusively demanded his attention since that time, whether through combat humanitarian engagements. Nevertheless, Andros knew the upcoming diplomatic summit had the potential to make real, critical change within the Galaxy and for the Jedi - second to nothing he’d accomplished thus far.
Since being removed from the Senate and banned from the Core, the rift between the Jedi Order and the New Republic had only festered. To his horror, Andros had seen many of the ‘Anti Force-User’ groups that had started to take root on Republic - but didn’t allow any of that to deter his meeting with Trina.
If there was even a small chance to mend past mistakes, then Andros wasn’t going to squander it.
Upon arriving on Anaxes, Andros was quickly - and rather quietly - ushered into a shuttle prepared to transport him to the Senator’s office. Whatever door had been opened with Trina, the half-Orcolan knew that his very presence in Republic space was a violation of the law - and he made no spectacle of it. His dark hair was combed and styled, and he had opted for less flashy Jedi robes - the hilt of his saber safely tucked just out of sight.
Andros kept his bronze gaze straight ahead, keeping pace with the droid that guided him to the meeting place. Though the nerves didn’t manifest on his expression, the half-Orcolan couldn’t help but absentmindedly run his fingers through his dark hair - fixing the strands into place for no reason at all. The importance of the meeting, unsurprisingly, wasn’t lost on him. He came to a halt just outside the door to Trina’s office, waiting as the droid alerted the Senator of their arrival.
