On the Path of Light (Gottchol's Training)

As he ran forward, still reaching out in the Force, he sensed Rehni landing a small distance behind him, unsure of what her next move was, but feeling a small inkling it a Force based move, he turned towards her. He felt the Pull coming, and quickly absorbed it, letting the energy rest in him for the moment, he started running for the wall again, still using the Force to speed up his pace.

Rehni felt her force pull deaden, in her mind she smiled as he used that energy to aid him moving faster. After a few more moments of trying to push and pull on him she called the game: Rehni 1: Gottchol 1.

She approached him for one more round, "Notting going to goes easy on you this round." she told him and without a hint of starting, Rehni started, throwing a force push at Gottchol to disorientate him.

He grinned as Rehni finally called the game, having won. He approached her, this time completely ready. She may have made no hint of her sudden move, but having done that 3 times in a row, the lack of a hint was itself a hint.

He quickly backpedaled from his position, once more absorbing the push. Having stored enough energy, he decided to move more offensive. He threw his own Force Push at her, using the energy he had stored, and resumed backpedaling, ready for her followup move.

Rehni wasn't expecting him to go on the offensive, since he had been on the defensive each round so far. She threw out her arms to catch it, but only a tail end, his force push caused Rehni to fall back, but she jumped right back to her feet and shot multiple force pushes at Gottchol in rapid succession.

It was indeed the case that shifting gears had worked, Gottchol noted as Rehni fell onto her back and then... started hurling Force pushes... Gottchol turned to run, but he wasn't quick enough as the first Push caught him in the back, sending him forward, followed by two more. As he focused himself to land gracefully, another Push knocked him off-kilter, crashing back to the floor and rolling over and over like a barrel. He finally came to rest on the other side of the room. He picked himself wearily, and with unsteady feet, he turned, staring over Rehni, "I win?"

"I ams willing to calling it a wins for you." she replied to Gottchol with a small smile on her lips. "Now comes so we maying talk." she told him taking a seat in the middle of the training room, legs crossed, waiting for Gottchol to join her.

When he did seat himself, Rehni spoke: "What doing you knowing ofing the lightsaber?" she asked him.

Gottchol grinned witdely as he staggered back over to his Master. He sat down infront of her, crossing his legs as much as any Ewok could. As Rehni asked him of sabers, he leaned back ponderously, thinking back to his own teachings. Gottchol himself, like any Initiate, had been taught Shii-Cho like any other, and had wielded a training saber on several occasions. "The sabers, they are tools of the Jedi. They are... yoo...nee... unique. They are what lets us keep peace, since as I had heard, even off sabers keep some from fighting when they would normally." He then leaned back forward to listen to Rehni's response.

"Goods and whating ofing you know ofing lightsaber forms?" she asked Gottchol.
