At the risk of being an ass, I need to start out by pointing out an issue - @Andrewza: in your post you talk about throwing an EMP disruptor.

However, in your character sheet, you state that all the equipment Jake has listed is carried on him unless stated otherwise. While this is totally understandable, at no place in your character sheet's gear list (as of 12/14/16 @ 1235 hours) does it list that he carries any sort of EMP device of any kind that might be used as stated. I would kindly ask that this be redacted.

Yeah, but you are opposing us, so... Essentially you're helping the Pubs.

Also, not to be rude, but... Can the sensor in your HUD pick up Crius' life form and tell you he's nearby, considering he's got a neck-to-calves cape on that has a lot of scatterweave in it?

Also, @Enuf, did you peek around the same corner Crius is looking around? The alleyway behind him goes back quite a ways, but I can deal with it if Giz saw him from behind.

Just want to say that on all sides, so far, I'm really happy to see OOC and IC PvP progressing so smoothly compared to how its been at other times, in other threads. So cheers to that, folks.

@Slamdingo you do know thats not a limitations to the force. People have stopped blaster bolts and moveing star ships with the force. So i am seeing a auto dodge. My unintended partner how ever does prevent my objecting. So @Enuf it is all was best practice if you post before a partner check with them. Over all i dont mind Slamdingo's post but if he had done something truly bad i would not be able object.

Well @Andrewza I'm not exactly your "partner" in the RP. My guy icly has just got caught up in this mess and is very angry that someone blew something he loved up. (And the fact hes looking for a quick score of credits.)

Matters not though. We are for the time being fighting the sith and if they so wished are well with in there right to see us as partners.


The rules dont yet make mention of this. Actually.

@GABAroo this is not a complaint in the thread. But what is the rules for third parties in a fight like this?

I don't want to mess with or object to any ruling GABA makes, but I do think that Enuf's character will have the choice to fight the Sith or to work with them, which could very well happen based on Giz's character so far.

Now, my real concern. It is a bit difficult for me to decipher where exactly people are IC for some reason; it could be post-finals exhaustion, or it could just be my incompetency. I just want to clear it up before I post. From what I read, Crius and Giz are above ground, going to meet Jake and Essja, who are underground in a stairway or hallway that goes up the ground level. Jake and Essja are fighting, and Giz and Crius are peacefully walking down an alleyway to get to the fight. Is that correct?

Giz is carefully walking through the alleyway not to get caught off guard and murdered. He's more or so looking to assist in the winning side because let's face it, that usually means free credits. The only thing HE Cares about. He has no reason to fight either side as of yet. That could very well change. EDIT: HE is going towards the current sound of fighting.

D. When using a Force Power in a role-play, you must make it detailed. “He used Force Push” is not an acceptable description. The Force is used as an extension of one's will, not invoked by an incantation.

E. You are not permitted to use Force Powers against a non-Force user if the non-Force user is unable to counter that attack. However, almost all of the powers can be used against non-Force users.

He lost his balance and his run from the pull. Assuming you just completely stock-still stopped him strikes me as something of an autohit because if he's totally frozen with no means to move or fight back, he can't combat the Force powers. Based on my knowledge of the site rules in regards to Force powers, I reacted in what I felt to be the most realistic and fair way possible. If site staff come in and rule otherwise, however, I will respect that decision.
