Powerless
It is rumoured that the planetary governor has a young, Force sensitive teenage daughter. Why this girl was never picked up by the Jedi, we do not know, but it is fortuitous for us. Show the planetary governor how powerless she is to stop us.

Mission Type: Non-Conflict (Ask)

Objectives: Locate the daughter of the planetary governor, kidnap her and get her back to your ship. She is likely heavily guarded, so be wary.

Okay, so we are operating under the assumption that the daughter we're kidnapping is going to be the NEW governor's daughter that @Narsi and @Internecion are putting in place in their own thread, correct?

As for tying things in together, @Topher Ridge we can just decide ahead of time what species/color or whatever and a name. Say like a blue Twi'lek and I don't know what name... -.-

For the mission itself, I'd say that since it says right in the objective that she's more than likely heavily guarded we should go ahead with that assumption. Due to this, I also say we should approach at some place other than her home, since that'll be the most secure. Say she's at a party or something like that with small group of guards her father/mother (Is the governor male or female???) insisted she bring with her. In that type of setting we could easily infiltrate without being noticed (members of the party) and possibly even silently take out a few of the guards before anyone even notices what's happening (someone goes to the bathroom/outside to have a deathstick/etc).

Yeah I like the idea of not going to her home. Only idea I wanna pitch to you is what if we catch her out at a nightclub? Figure that could be a fun environment and offer us a challenge since we'd have to avoid her guards and the club security.

As far as her species I'm fine with Twi'lek. Name doesn't really matter, let's just call her Ne'saara? We can make the governor a single parent so his daughter is worth even more to him.

It doesn't really matter to me. I can think up interesting/diabolical things for npcs to do to my character in trying to escape and such, but it's usually better content if a third party jumps in. So yeah, either way, you can choose. :) Sorry I'm not being helpful, massive headache today is making me indifferent to everything.

Quick thing - is the daughter you guys are kidnapping, the child of the New Governer me and Narsi are putting into place, or the old governer's daughter? I thought it was the old governer's daughter. The new one, in our thread - we have tied up in a box, he's the one Narsi's char is talking to in his first post. I wouldn't mind tying our two RPs together even, to make it more interesting and interconnecting, if the daughter is the OLD governess' daughter, whom narsi and I are going in to assassinate now

btw, new governer tied up in box is the kind of lieutenant governer of the current governess. we thought that'd be easier, so he just sort of takes the governess' role. @Narsi

Ah I think my and @RedneckLoves idea was that essentially taking the governor's daughter was extra insurance to keep him in line. Kinda of a "hey we're taking her and she'll be fine and well trained as long as you stay in line"

If that's the case, you guys should definitely make it the next governor's daughter. Our plan is to essentially kill the current Governess. I notice when looking at the mission thread details in our mission A Change in Leadership, the planetary Governess is, well, female. And in your thread, Powerless, it seems to say 'Governor' implying it may be the new Governor we intend to set into place, in our mission. @Sapphire Storm

Honestly, it was all just an oversight on my part. I didn't stop to think "wait, but if the governor is being replaced, why take her daughter?" It probably makes more sense to just make it the next governor's daughter, as if the Change in Leadership thread has already happened and this is an insurance policy to ensure cooperation.

Yeah I think that was the reasoning @RedneckLoves and I had regarding the mission. Since this also meant the replacement would have a damn good reason to keep the sith happy.
