Theia knew she had great ideas, and this one in particular turned out to be extra popular with the girls at her school. It started out on a whim, the interest booming in the group chat and before she knew it, she was finding out the guys from the academy wanted to come and their friends were inviting others too. It was going to be the biggest party and Theia couldn't mess it up; with exams over for the quarter, and her mom away on a business trip for the ISC on Sullust, she could have whoever she wanted, she just needed to make sure everything was as it was when her mom had left. She had worried about it getting out on larger apps, but luckily it was a need-to-know, keeping it on the downlow until you were actually told about it.
She made sure to lock the rooms where she didn't want anyone helping themselves and was able to find the liqueur her mom kept for special occasions; most of it was wine, and hinted for others to bring over any beverages they thought they should have. The living room was cleared for guests to mingle and sit, the pool was open and tons of snacks were piled on the counter in the kitchen.
Some of her friends arrived early to help set up things; strings of lights hung from room to room, glow sticks and floaters in the pool, black light bulbs replaced the regular ones, glitter, streamers, confetti was everywhere, and one created a playlist to blast over the speakers. They didn't have to worry about bothering neighbors, the Durand Manor was set to have several acres of space between the nearest home. Theia was absolutely excited, even buying herself a cute new dress and fixing her hair into a side braid. Theia was ready for anything, she was certain this will score her top points and hopefully get noticed by some of the guys from the academy.
