With the Force enhancing her speed, Kalique sprinted through the forest. She took turns, kept avoiding trees, but even if it did slow the beast, it was starting to catch up. Worst of all: trees didn't even fully stop it. It crashed through a couple of them, seemingly unscathed while it's beastial, endless hunger drove it further.
Kalique's initial thought was to get a few more shots at it, but the race didn't allow for that. Also, while she felt her powers slowly beginning to fade, the abomination still seemed unstoppable. She knew it wasn't entirely true though as she felt its pain, but it still kept empowering it further as well.
Knowing she couldn't keep it busy like that for ever, she chose a more even path, slowed down and decided to jump up again, allowing for it to pass through and skid to another halt. That was when the comms finally chimed and Kalique knew support was close. "St...op" she brought forwards, one hand outstretched and aiming for the beast's massive head, intending to twist its mind in a different direction, but it was as if there was nothing left to reach.
"It's beyond saving!". Kalique called back into the comms, reaching Rhia as she broke into a sprint again, her voice determined yet a bit breathless. There was nothing else to do. This thing had to perish, regardless of the cost. There wasn't a single trace of conscience left and so she needed to get some distance between it and the others, including herself.
Racing back closer to camp, the two remaining Sith did come back into sight, the two of them terror-stricken and attempting to flee, but that was her perfect chance. She heard the approaching fighters which meant that the Commander wasn't far either, so she took her chances.
"Tell them...to blow up the area...around the ledge". The natural formation outside the camp was the perfect landmark for orientation, so Kalique kept on course, exhaustion creeping up inside. With gritted teeth and the color long faded from her features, she led the beast right towards the two runners before she herself turned and jumped out of the way.
"Everybody run!" with the incoming vessels and the order, Alpha Squad and Rhia had to get out, and fortunately enough, the beast stopped to devour the Sith to allow her to leave the zone as well. It was still a race against time, and they couldn't be sure the beast would die from the aerial fire, but for now they had to hope.
Meanwhile as Kalique reached the camps premises again, she noticed there was still a whole buzz of activity as a bunch of animals still squirmed in cages. More abominations? Judging from their neutral presences, she doubted it, but their panic was clearly perceivable.
