Here's the OOC! Being a cPvP, from my understanding, the Sith end up taking Mandalore so you guys are gonna have a victory.

That being said, it would be cool to actually cPvP and I'm not sure where I wrote I was far away from y'all. Pls clarify @Nefieslab

@Nefieslab given that it'll be a few kilometers before you hit the mando lines, I think it's safe to say that you won't be encountering Sumas' troops for a good few minutes at least.

As for flanking and targeting the base/field, that comes off as slightly meta-gamey. There was no intention of doing either before my post and suddenly there's need to bombard the base and flank out, despite no reason or anything. Plus I don't think it's fair to say you'll simply know what the enemy will be doing. Given that they also covered their tracks and 'camoed up' they're pretty well hidden.

As for the scouts I'd say Dara's take is the most accurate. They took out the scouts but in the process somewhat exposed themselves. But your post read it as if taking out the scouts had zero effect in maintaining secrecy.

@Darasuum @KinkyPrawn and I all wrote that we were in a forested area - Kinky after leaving the base. It reads as you haven't left the base @vamp and since there was no mention of a base being close by myself or Darasuum or even specifically by Kinky, it's gotta be quite a distance away surely because otherwise it begs the question of why it was never mentioned by the invading forces and why they didn't just outright attack the base with their corvette

It's kilometers to the base because of the above but you (@KinkyPrawn ) confirmed you and your men are nothing more than two hundred meters from myself and Dara (otherwise you wouldn't be able to see me and you said it in your post) so, no, it's not going to be a few minutes before they engage

Also - Not bombing the base, I'm blasting apart stones and forest ahead of the Imperial forces that could hide ambushers - something I can reasonably expect considering the scouts are engaging enemies and dense forest and stone ahead is great cover for ambushers

Have changed the wording of my post about the flanking though but not removing the idea that a Mandalorian wouldn't expect other Mandalorians to follow Mandalorian tactics because, well, Mandalorian XD

Right so @Ekbar Kelborn / @Mr. Jexxel - you are either at the base or you are at the front lines but you cannot be both. As discussed above, the base is kilometers away from the frontlines where Tagal + Valravus are facing Sumas

Meaning if you are within shouting/sight distance of Tagal then you are NOT in the base and are with Sumas in the forest

If you are not within shouting/sight distance of Tagal then you CAN be in the base but you are NOT within range to hit, well, anyone or anything

So edits are needed for clarification please man!
