Rishi was a jungle planet, deep in the mid rim region of the Galaxy. It was here that Horus first met his Master and began formally learning the ways of the Force. This was also the location of his first ever sparring bout against another apprentice. In a way, it was his beginnings as an Initiate that led him to the knighthood he bore today. This was also the place he wanted his newest (and only, so far) student, a Jedi Hopeful by the name of Naala Re. Here, she would study the basic facets of the Force and Lightsaber drill basics. He would hopefully pass on what he had learned personally while adding his own twist and unique insight. It would be enough. He was clad in his Jedi apparel, both sabers hanging from his waist as he stood, robes folded over his arms, in wait. In theory, they had traveled together, but Horus had thought it best to give the young woman some time to acquaint herself. Once Naala had finally joined him, he began.

"On this beach, some time ago, my Master said that his students were his future. If that is true, then I guess we're making history today. Today we're gonna be covering your most fundamental force abilities and some saber combat. Speaking of..."

He unclipped the green lightsaber from his side and spun it in his palm so that the ignition switch was facing her and the emitter itself pointed towards him. Horus had considered just letting her use any old melee weapon as he had been forced to do, but decided against it. She would be using his lightsaber for now, until she crafted her own so that she got a feel for the weapon. Assuming she accepted it. If she didn't, he would simply leave it in place, and wait until it was collected or ignored completely. Once that business was concluded, he unfolded his arms and put them behind his back, looking around. It was sufficient to teach what he had in mind. Unclipping his primary amber lightsaber, Horus turned it over in his hand and observed it, before reaching out with the Force and causing it to levitate.

"This first bit will familiarize you with your core Force abilities. These are powers that any Force-User has. As you progress in your training, you will learn new abilities. Every Jedi is naturally stronger in certain areas of the Force, and it will be up to you to decide what to focus on. But for now... That rock. I want you to push it into the water."
